This is disgusting. Now you should tell me how can my mobile itself type these digits and activated this service. Moreover recently I received another message saying bollywood alerts has been activated on your mobile and 30 Rs has been deducted from your account, what nonsense is going on. Are you people making your customers fools by doing all this nonsense. Am I MAD that I will complained against my own request. Stop cheating people. I hate your services. It was disgusting to talk with Vodafone customer care Mohali. First of all Vodafone has charged me 30 Rs for caller tune activation which I did not activated. When I called up at their customer care for the reason, they were not providing me the valid reason, and were saying that this has been activated by you only, and when I said I have not activated he service and I want a solution for that, then that guy told me to talk with his senior and ask me to hold on, and then he drop my call. Then I called up again, no this other guy did no even listen me and when I said I want a complaint against this he sad you cannot, which was so frustrating. I am really pissed off by these guys and I am really surprised that such people are working and being hired by companies like vodafone, such a unprofessional way to treat the customers. Its a huge harassment of customers. I really want somebody should teach these people a lesson. Also Vodafone should stop harassing there customer like this. INDIA is going no where if such unethical and unprofessional people are employed.

Vodafone — not giving itemised billing for uk usage
my number is [protected] ac no[protected] of vodaphone mumbai i have visited london on 27th july to 16th aug on 25 th july i called up hot line before my jourmey i want to use my bbm only in london so thay advise me that delete e mail acs fr vodaphone sight so i will not recive any e mail during roming 7for bbm for 10kb useage i willbe charged rs 5.50 per 10 kb i did like this when i was in mumbai on 26 /27 i have not recd any e mail on my mobile when i landed in london i have not recd any emails i only made 4/5 bbms but thay have sent me bill for rs 12584 for my useage in uk according to bill i made 17 mb bbm in one singel day which is next to impossible for 17 mb i have to make minimum 1400 bbms to whom shoud i do my total usage thay are saying 22893 kb in 3 calles i have doubts that there is some mistake but thay are not ready to give itemiesd bill for rs 12584 after this thay have raised another 5500 unbilled usage also for which bill will genrate on 4 th sept my credit limit is rs 13000 so thay barred my service forceing to pay ow my service will not start i want detailed i temiesd bill for this amount i have made part payment rs 6250 to them which is coorrect at my part thay are forcing me to activate service you have to clear our dues we are unable to give itemiesd uk bill pl help me what can be done asap i want the details and address of this numder [protected]. please send the information quickly.

Vodafone — Rs 33 talktime not received
One of the Vodafone advertisement says,"Paaye Rs 33 me 33 ka talk time . . Validity 3 din "
So, I recharged my Vodafone mobile for Rs 33 but I did not received the amount (as recharge balance). .The balance remained 0 (Zero) even after the recharge was made. Instead, I received the amount to make calls (just like free minutes) . This is complete cheating.

dear sir / madam,I am fedup with unwanted advertisements messages and phone calls, despite of making end nos. of complaints with vodaphone regading the same. I have not received any soluatuions and the messages are coming on regular basis.

On 22nd August I purchased a new sim card by paying Rs.110/- out which Rs.94 was talk time offered. Also I had asked the shop person to add-up Rs.35 towards some 400 SMS. Very surprisingly only one call had been made and yesterday my balance is showing minus balance. Later I understood that with out making any request vodafone activated its caller tune and finished off the money which is highly objectionable. Even I have a post paid sim card where also they played such stund by charging me every month Rs.30 when the request was not made and it has taken me almost 6 months to fight it out.
Shame on you Vodafone management for cheating your customers and making surviving on poor people's hard earned money!!!
