Vodafone Live — not giving information about usage charge
I am using vodafone Live service on my prepaid number.I had recharged with 98 card which provides upto 2gb download limit.But they doesn't send any gprs balance information & even the customer care has no information about it.And when the free usage ends,they deducted the charges from my main balance without giving me a single information.I think this is a nasty hide and seek game with customers. i m Sachin Sharma I have purchase a New Number:- [protected], Vodafone Executive Provide SIM . & i have paid Paid Amount Rs.750.00 SIM is Not working. But Your Collection Department is calling to me about my Outstanding payment . which outstanding payment. That number INVALID SIM. when sin enter in phone shown Msg. registration Faild. (This number is not working). How can pay without using Number. vodafone collection executive saying to me u will may otherwise.......etc...(talking to me very roudly) every day calling to me 5 to 10 time in a days.can u please help me about this problem.

Vodafone — EXORBITANT CHARGES ON POSTPAID CONNECTION
I HAD PREPAID CONNECTION [protected] OF VODAFONE TILL RECENTLY ,WHICH I HAD BEEN USING FOR QUITE SEVERAL YEARS. HOWEVER MY SIM CARD GOT DAMAGED DURING MY RECENT VISIT(3rd TO 7th AUGUST,2010) TO MA VAISHNO DEVIJI , PROBABLY DUE TO JAMMER ON PREPAID CONNECTION IN THAT REGION.I WAS DIRECTED BY CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE (UPE) TO VISIT VODAFONE OFFICE AT CHINTELS HOUSE,STATION ROAD,LUCKNOW FOR REPLACEMENT SIM , SINCE I BELONG TO LUCKNOW. ON[protected] I GOT REPLACEMENT SIM AFTER PAYING REQUISITE FEE FROM AFORESAID OFFICE.HOWEVER I WAS SUGGESTED BY ONE OF THE EXECUTIVES ,TO GET IT MIGRATED TO POSTPAID IN ORDER TO AVOID SUCH DIFFICULTIES WHICH I READILY OBLIGED AND MY PREPAID CONNECTION WAS MIGRATED TO POSTPAID CONNECTION NO.[protected].HOWEVERAFTER USING IT FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS I FOUND CHARGES LEVIED ON MY USUAL CALLS EXORBITANTLY HIGH.ON[protected] I AGAIN VISITED THE SAME OFFICE WITH MY COMPLAINT AND REQUEST TO GET MY CONNECTION REMIGRATED TO PREPAID CONNECTION AS EARLIER.HOWEVER THEIR EXECUTIVE SHOWED HELPLESSNESS AND TOLD ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO COMMUNICATE TO HIS MANAGER SITTING AT VODAFONE'S SHAHNAJAF ROAD OFFICE,HAZRATGANJ,LUCKNOW.SUBSEQUENTLY I VISITED VODAFONE'S SHAHNAJAF ROAD OFFICE ON[protected] WITH MY COMPLAINT AND REQUEST FOR REMIGRATION TO MY EARLIER PREPAID CONNECTION [protected] AND IMMEDIATELY STOPPING POSTPAID CONNECTION [protected]. I WAS TOLD (a) I WILL HAVE TO WAIT TILL BILL GENERATION,( b) REMIGRATION TO PREPAID CONNECTION NOT POSSIBLE AND (c) I WOULD HAVE TO LOSE ALLOTTED NO. i.e. [protected]. IF MY REQUEST IS NOT MET I WILL BE LEFT WITH NO OTHER CHOICE BUT SAY GOODBYE TO VODAFONE AND SWITCH OVER TO SOME OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER FOR PREPAID CONNECTION. WILL THE VODAFONE AUTHORITIES WAKE UP FROM SWEET SLUMBER TO ADDRESS TO MY ISSUE? I M JITENDRA SINGH & MY MOBILE NO. IS [protected]

Vodafone — UNNESSARY DEDUCT MY ACCOUNT WITH ACTIVATION UNUSED OUT MY PERMISSION FULL THING FOR ME , WH
From last year i m using Vodafone service , they are doing well in this field but they are not take care of there customer .i have some bad experience with them such as activation o[censored]nnecessary items without my permission nd deduct my aacount. . whenever i try to contact them .there customer care dont recive the call i dont why always haappen with me . is ti m unlucky for them or vice versa. by chance thry pic up the call they dont provide responsible reply.Recently they activated M.C.I sevice and today they activated some vioce chat nd deduct 30 & 20 Rs respectively

Vodafone — No response against the complaints
Dear sir,Vodafone no- [protected]
I was in the plan of daily 150sms's free no rental calls to any network was 50/p per min landline was 1/rs per min std was 1.50/p per min and night calling was 10/p per min.There was no rental at all.
My tariff was got expired on 19/08/2010.. my calls were charging 1/rs to all network. And on the same day i visited Vodafone store in Belgaum.There the customer care Executive{MR. Visvas} has said me that if i recharge for 61/rs I will get the older which i have mentioned above. Then i got it done. When i came to know that is different plan I called up customer care.I have given compliant about the issue on the same day i.e on 19/08/2010 they said me that the problem Will be resolved till 21/08/2010. i.e is to activate the same plan which i was having earlier. when the plan was not activated on 21/08/2010 again i called up on the same day. Raised a compliant about the issue on the same. The have taken the time till 25/08/2010. again they have failed to response to the complaint. Now they barred my calls to customer care.And i have Decided to take a legal action against this. I am surrendering the 23 connections we have in our family and friends
I have called to customer care today now they are saying it is not at all possible to get the older plan for this they need 6days to tell.. my issue is when it was not possible why they took compailnt against this the customer care Executive has talked so rudely to me
I hope i will get a call from the company..
