You should check with the dealer from whom you purchased the connection from. He might ve not submitted your documents to the concerned authorities. Yes I agree that you should not recieve messages that late but it is an automatically operated machine that send you a message after a particular period of time if you ve not submitted your document proof. I would recomond that you shud check with the dealer.

Vodafone — wrong information provided by vodafone customer care

I have a vodafone post paid connection from last 1.5 year, On 07 august 2010 i called vodafone customer care around 2.30 to know about black Berry Services and they informed me about their monthly plan of 1099 excluding taxes, in which they will provide unlimited surfing and downloading but conditional with those website which charges for dowloading. On 7 august 2010 my unbilled usage was Rs. 200 whereas my unbilled amount on 9 August 2010 was Rs. 6600/-.

When i called up customer care for detail of this amount they refused to give me any information regarding the same. i asked for any complaint/reference no they refused to provide.

On 10 august 2010, they barred my outgoing call facility without any prior intimation, after calling customer care for detail they asked for payment as my usage is higher than credit limit of 5000.

After having the long discussion they provided complaint no.[protected] but at the very same time they didn't provided any break-up for this unbilled amount.

kindly look into this matter.

The above company has deducted charges of Rs.30/- p.m. from my balance. and sometimes start cricket pack or any other services and deduct my balance. now recently they started a service and sended me a msg tht they will deduct rs30 frm my account due to service known as ONM_BSRS30_NAME...???? huh...

I am requesting for taking up the matter with the company and advise them not to do such type of injustice with their customer.

Vodafone — blackberry getting switched off automatically

the blackberry phone which was purchased on 17.07.2010 is automatically getting switched off and hanged.The people at vodafone store had said that they are sending the same at their head office,if any problem id diagonised then thary will replace the same.But if they deny the same then what action can be taken?

Vodafone — Deduction of Money and Activate Service Without Intimation

Hi,
Unfortunately i am a Vodaphone customer. This is the cheapest,beggar service provider group.I bought a new connection([protected]) around two weeks before.First of all they denied my DL id proof time. It means Indian DL can not be use for id proof. Then somehow it got clear. My costumer care no. is restricted, means i can not talk to the costumer care executive. I don't know what plan i am having. My balance was 82 rs. and next day it was 50rs.i don't know what happened.i got a message your request for caller tone is activated. Even i didn't got the any message or call for this request. Day before Yesterday my balance was -12rs. and yesterday it was -28. i am not able to understand whats going on.And more over i can not talk with customer care. I am fed up of this vodaphone. Please provide me the solution.
