Vodafone — not activated postpaid sim card
I am already using Vodafone prepaid connection, though i am going out of mumbai I have decided to go for postpaid, I have given all documents & Money at one shot. Till third day. billing card not started, then i called to vodafone, they told they have not received documents yet regd. same.Afterthat i contacted to andromedia, that time i acome to knoe that documents are still lying in there office, they have not submitted in vodafone.
What to do, if this kind of service, & if we make late to pay the mobile bill, they will easily disconnect the service.

Hi,I took the Vodafone number-[protected] in the month of Feb, it got suspended within 2-3days after activation and reason given is negative verification. Here I have not used the number for the full month but I have been charged with full rental for the month. And after some days it got activated automatically and then I start using it.
On dt. 25th March 2011 I asked for the activation of Vodafone live where monthly rental is Rs99/-.
Vodafone generated a bill on dt. 03th April of Rs682/- when I asked for the calculation they said.
(a)Previous month Due: Rs 100
(b)Advance rental for Vodafone live: Rs 99
(c)Rental Vodafone live for the previous month: Rs 82
(d)Usage and rental for the month: Rs 401
So I called up at customer care Vodafone (111) around 10th April and complained about the wrong charges(a,b and c) added in the bill and for the rectification and I was told that rectification will be done in 24 to 48-hours and message will be sent for that and request number given is[protected]. I did not receive any confirmation sms for rectification of bill as committed by Vodafone care. In the meantime, I have received phone calls for the payments ALSO but when I asked for the rectification of the bill, Call back was committed BUT AGAIN I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY CALL.
I called up again on dt 03rd May 2011 at Vodafone care with this request number[protected], they are the saying that this request number is not for the billing issue but for the general query. I have taken the 2-corporate connections so there is no point calling up at Vodafone care for general query. AND WHEN I CAN MAKE THE PAYMENT ON MY 2nd NUMBER WHICH IS[protected] OF Rs.842/- ON DT.14TH April, so there is no point of not making the payment on 1st number([protected])
I have written email @ Corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com; vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com to the, on 3rd may stating my problems for billing but till today which is 06th May I am receiving only template copy paste email from the 3rd different person from Vodafone.
Request to you please HELP me out of this.

Vodafone — Disconnecting Connection without any notice
HiJust to summarize the problem we are facing for the past one month with Vodafone.
The problem started with IVR (asking to submit the ID proof and address proof) put it to my phone call. Even after sever call to 111, requesting them to send there representative to collect the document no one turned up to collect the document.
When i finally decided to terminate the connection and sent the mail to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com, for this mail immediately i got a call from Service team ask me not to disconnect the number and they will resolve the IVR issue as soon as possible and also send representative to collect the document, but nothing happened.
Finally on 23 April, Vodafone representative came and collected three sets of photo copy of (Passport, Bank book) and photo. But even after several days issue was not resolved. Again i have send mail to disconnect the connection and for that i got a call from Mr. Paramesh, like other he to ask me not to disconnect the Number and he said he will resolve the issue as soon as possible. But he also couldn't resolve the issue we where facing.
Suddenly on 3 May Mr. Paramesh had call me and said that they are going to process for termination the connection and he said it will be terminated within 24 hours. Again on 4th Mr. Paramesh had called again and requested me to continue to use the connection and he promised to resolve the issue in days time and he said he will send his representative again to collect the document from me on 5 May, i also agreed to it. But to my surprise on 5 May 2 PM onward my outgoing call was barred, and no one come to collect the document. I tried writing several mail to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com and call to 111, but there was no respond.
In this past one month Vodafone had given enough trouble and several false promises. For the past three days we are suffering due to barred outgoing call without proper notice.

Dear sirmy self Ravindra my complaint against horrible customer support.
sir i have got an message from vodafone on 26th April 5:26pm
recharge with rs-299 for unlimited calls in local for 30 days and i made the recharge now from 6th may i have charging 10/p per call. when i call to customer care no one is taking my complaint and when i talk with some calls shrikant.k and my reference no. is[protected] its already 48 hrs passed its not happening its a horrible service poor wicked dam hell plz help me

Have mad several desperate attempt to make calls to 111, [protected], but every time i call i get a new person to attend my calls, with painfully i have to explain full story to them and finally they will simply reply with some default answers with will not help me at any case. Its really frustrating to be back at them and they don't even care a bit.
Because of poor service i have decided to disconnect the number and wrote mail to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, to disconnect the number after with Mr. Paramesh was interacting with me and he made several promises to resolve my issue. But he could not solve my issue. Finally on 3rd he call me and said that they are going to process my request of terminating the connection. But again on 4th he called me and said that to give one more chance to resolve the issue and requested me to continue to use the number.
On 4th i got a mail from Paramesh that they are working on my case and would resolve the issue as soon as possible. But to my surprise on the same day at around 2 PM, the outgoing on my number was barred.
Is it really ethical to disconnect the number this way?
After this when ever i call Vodafone 111, Customer support people reply that since i have requested to disconnect, they have disconnected my number. Is this proper way of replying without knowing the full story?

Vodafone — Number porting
Vodafone representaive collect all paper and Rs 250 on 26.4.2011 for number porting from reliance Mobile No [protected].Their verification executive is also collect ECS cheque on 1.5.2011 i had called 20 times but they have not give any reply what is staus of my number activation. please do something sir.Vodafone — Suffering from frauds and misguidance of this mobile service provider.
Dear sir,This is to bring in your kind information that i am facing long unresolved experience by the vodafone mobile services and this has troubled me alot.I buyed a new postpaid connection i.e. [protected] on 08/02/2011 from the vodafone store situated at Vishal mega mart on Nakodar Road,Jalandhar.
During the purchase of this connection i was told that the bill will not exceed 150 Rs(125 Rs rent +25 Rs Service tax).The first bill was upto my expectation 146.94 Rs.But i was shocked to see the second and third bill which was Rs & Rs respectively.
Immediately after the second bill i ranged the vodafone customer care,where the executive told me the you can change your number from postpaid to prepaid after the payment of the three bills.After completing this period then i again ranged the vodafone cutomer care,where the executive misguided me that you still have to wait for a month.I told him that i have cleared all the outstanding amount then why can't i change from postpaid to prepaid?The reciept number of all the bills are as follows:

Now this time the fourth bill has made a great effect on my mind to think, because they had charged me 30 Rs for the callertune which was not subcribed by me & 86 Rs for the downloads.Even i can't browse or surf from the mobile because in which the sim of vodafone has inserted is chinese,which doesn't suppost internet.After so many requests they had converted my postpaid number to prepaid on 07/07/2011 on charging extra amount of 200 Rs other the bill amountof 313.49.The reciept number of this bill is PUN001C110507_767892.Yesterday when i got the confirmation message that the number has entered into prepaid,after three to four hours i recharged with 150 Rs from the registered retailer near by my house.After the recharge it showed Nil talktime.Then i ranged vodafone customer care on the same date and i was assured that after 6 hours i will get my talktime.Today when i was in need to talk to someone,it again showed nil talktime.then i again ranged to customer care where the executive putted the call on hold and after 22 minutes disconnected the line.I continously tried many times but they disconnected the line.Then i tried from my another number i.e. [protected] where executive named Dharamveer disconnected our line after listening the same matter.Then i again tried when executive named Meena disconnected our line after listening the same matter even she didn't gave their vodafone customer care E-mail address.Now i am fed up by giving money to this fraud company.
I request you to look into the matter that how these companies are making frauds to the customers and do the needfull.
A prompt reply will be highly appreciated.

Vodafone — NOT ACTIVATED AFTER PERUSATION
I had purchased one prepaid vodafone connection from a local vendor OM SAI with number *****90123 alloted to me vide sim number[protected]. Since the number seems VIP, the vendors greed came into picture and he had refused to get the sim activated , instead when my daughter visited him, he torn the SIM. We had visited Vodafone center on 18th , 22nd and 25th of April 2011 to there setor 18 noida store and many times to their MINI store in Mayur vihar Phase 3 and they had asked for submission of ID proof again every time which was submitted to them. After that even I have been ccontinuously writing them for activation but no action have been taken by them despite assurances.andSIM is not activated till now.Thanks and Regards
