Vodafone — SIM deactivated while on roaming

While on tour, in Orissa my daughter's Vodafone ph. no. [protected] (of Bangalore, Karnataka) automatically stopped working. We tried but even International Roaming option did not work. SIM card removed and inserted again but message appears "SIM Registry failed".

We are still in another state, So Kindly activate the SIM with roaming.

Vodafone 3G Services — Not mentioned the download charges

i activated 3G services seeing the TV commercial, i was told by the vodafone gallery that there was no traffic plan in place , the services was given on trial basis, also the sms send by the company states the same, i used it mainly to download mobile appications..even though other service provider were offering unlimited download, i insisted on trying Vodafone trail offer and go for it...

I even checked with their customer care centre...was not informed of any charges for mobile internet usuage, its very sad when i saw the bill of overall 6,780 of which Rs.5,244 is for VFmobile connect.

Pls suggest how to waive this amount...if i was told the charges, i could have been careful..

My name is Yusuf Lakdawala...I am a Vodafone Postpaid Service user From Last 5 Years.. My Number is [protected]
.My Entire Family Uses Vodafone Service and All the a/c Are Postpaid Accounts...
Recently I m facing a lot of network problem in My Area and I have Already Complaint Vodafone Service At this 2 Months back but there was no response for the same....

I have also Contacted the nodal officer but still there is no response..we have around 6 services with Vodafone but none of them has good network service...Vodafone engineers have visited my Place couple of times but still there is no response from them....Engineers have confirmed about the network frequency being low...
Kindly Forward my Complaint regarding Vodafone network issues...

Vodafone — Number deactivation

Hi,

I requested to deacivate my num [protected] two months back as i lost this number.
Still they didnot deactivated and they will be asking number o[censored]nnecessary question and atlast still deactivated.from last 2 months iam paying bill for the number which is not with me.
really iam vexed vit vodafone postpaid services.I never prefer from next time and i vil be advising the same to my friends also.

Vodafone — wrong information given at the time of connection

I have been given wrong informations at the time of getting connection of Mobile # [protected] and are as following.

1) I am using 299 super plan where i was told the following plan- rental Rs. 299. benefits Free 299 mins local and STD and one local number free for life time. but when when I saw my bill they are deducting minus o[censored]sage on free no. from 299.

2) I was told that I can port out or can convert to prepaid after 90 days but now they are telling 180 days and not remitting security deposit during this period

Any company not provide call details for prepaid numbers, only if police complaint is lounched the company gives you a deatil of all calls and this facility is free only on postpaid numbers only the incoming calls,

I have done Recharge with rs 96 on my mobile for GPRS. Than i had -30rs in my account. But, after done recharge of rs 96 i was not able to use GPRS on my mobile. You know why...?
Because, when i did recharge with rs 96 than my account balance was in negitive... How this is stupid thing...
Vodafone is not good for GPRS service...

Vodafone — No GPRS Support

I am not able to activate my GPRS services since last 18 Feb'11.

I ahve been calling the customer care & also visiting the Vodafone store repeatedly, but all in vein.

My number was disconnected by the GPRS executive also twice on 28 Apr'11.

I should go to customer court.... for the worst support that i have got from Vodafone.
