Vodafone — deactivation of sim

Dear Sir,
I want justice-My simcard has been deactivated & when I talked to customercare they told that I have to submitt documents at vodafone-store only then it will be re-activated , when I went to vodafone store,that lady told that she will not submitt documents because this mob. No. has been deactivated & will be given to retail store & to other person soon, it had also a balance of Rs.150 . it will also be lost..She said that in 6 month you have to recharge it with Rs.200..but sir I was not informed it before,no sms & not any call/confirmation call was done from vodafone..
Please do needful action, I have given this no. to all.Please favor me otherwise people will not trust on vodafone, I will never advise anybody else because I am sufferer. ..

Vodafone — PORTING REQUESTS REJECTION

I like to inform you that i am using vodaone [protected] for the past years.Recently

indian government introduced the MOBILE NUMBER PORTABLITY system.
I am using the MNP under the guidelines of TRAI specified procedures.I like change my
network using MNP under the guidelines of TRAI.
My current network (VODAFONE) has rejected my unique porting code (UPC)
provided by MCH.I asking to vodafone,for the reason to reject my porting requests.
They gave the irresponsive reply about the rejection of my portiong requests. Also

rejecting my requests under the improper route(not from TRAI guidelines). Regarding

this event, i get very depressed with vodafone . Please take as a complaint from me to the vodafone and get me justyfication for this dispute.I am eagerly expect your reply as early as possible. Reply with 30 days from the
date of reciept of this e-mail as per RIGHTS TO INFORMATION ACT.

Vodafone — selling sim cards with misleading & false statements

I wanted to purchase new mobile connection with seleceted number for which I approached to Vodafone Store at Malad (West), Mumbai 400 064 Near SNDT College, where one Mr. Tejasvi & Other Mr. Jay (may be) who first of all did not help me out for the good number which I was looking for three days my consequtive visit to that store. As I was in need of one connection urgently I was forced to accept the numbers which they offered me. I was offered the free talk between two numbers at no extra cost which tempted me to buy another simcard.but I was not informed that there will be monthly rent for it of Rs. 49/= P.M. which I came to know two days back when I enquired with billing depatrment I came to know that those guys have activated SMS pack on my number for Rs.35/= a month, which I donot use by which I have felt cheated. At the time of filling the forms I was not informed that some one from the company will visit to my residence for verification. As I am cheated I am herewith filing my complaint for refund & action on those persons.
