I am gk sharma from saharanpur. Same thing has happend to me thrice on 13, 15 & 16 Apr 11 and lost Rs. 30 + 45 + 45= 120 . I called up 111 which was connected after 10000... of attempts. After lot of arguments they booked my complaint and promised to come back by 19 Apr 11. On 19 I booked complaint with Nodal Officer of Vodafone o[censored]P (W) region. On 20 I got call from Vodafone and they cut sorry for SYSTEM FAULT. Rs. 75 was reverted back to my balance but still Rs. 45 is not paid back. Vodafone SIM Card — Balance Related
hi my no is [protected]. i have recharged my mob online yesterday and i have got balance of 47.6 becoz previusly i have -34 balance.Today my Balance is -24 Automatically how it is Possible.Can Anybody Tell me please block my sim card no [protected] as soon as possible as i have lost my phone yesterday.

Vodafone — Repeated Disconnection of Calls
Dear Sir/Madam,I have to register a complaint against vodafone Services. i have couple of connections of vodafone mobile phones number [protected], & [protected]. I have seen that the connectivity is so poor these days that whenever you make a call or recieve a call it gets disconnected after 2 secs or five to ten seconds. These call are being charged on my mobile bill for which i have to make payments.
I would like to register a complaint against this eratic mobile services and would like to claim for the damages. If possible kindly register a complaint against their services also and ask them to either clear the decongestion of the mobile telephony or boost their signal strength so that we get the services we pay for.
Vodafone — Poor customer services and misleading
I, Raman Bansal is a prepaid customer of vodafone([protected]). Rs. 40 has been deducted from my account and after complaing to comsumer complaints forum regarding this they promised me the reversal of Rs. 40 in my account in 2nd April, 2011 and for confirmation they sent a mail that they had processed the reversal of Rs.40 into my account. But, I didn't received the deducted balance in my account and after consulting to them regarding this to there customer care department I am getting the answer that the reversal is done but actually it hasn't been. I didn't get even a single Rupee.Inspite of repeated calls to there customer care I dint get good response, when I wanted to talk to superviser no one attended my call n my call was put on hold n finally disconnected. It is very harrassing being customer of such a big telecom company.Vodafone — Misguided by customer care executive.
I am a user of vodafone. I wanted to know the validity of my gprs (of rs 98 rchg). I called the customer care executive twice. They told me the validity end on 21 april, 12 oclock at night. But on 21 april evening i saw my balance is been deducted by rs 39.9. Then i called the customercare again. And they told that i am charged because of surfing. Is it a matter of joke? I don't know what to do. They told me, i can not return back my money. So i am complaining about this to you. Though i know i'll not be benifited. I just want to ask what is fault?Vodafone — call

Respected Sir;I am very sorry to inform you about the difficulties i have been facing from vodafone services.
Recently I have changed my Reliance number [protected] to Vodafone on 18th April 2011.
but the activity done is making me very very dis-satisfactory about my decision to change my number.
Activities which made me UNHAPPY
On 19.04.2011 :- Got a message which was as "Hello,caller tune is active on ur phone Song Charges Rs 15,To choose songs,sms SongName to 55655"
On 22.04.2011:- Got a message "Aapke Pyaar Mein (RAAZ) is set as your callertune for all at Rs15/90 days"
On 22.04.2011:-Got a message "Hi! You have been charged Rs15 for the download/periodical charges for Song/Suffle for your caller tune Services"
Now let me inform you that this services is not been activated from my side,as this is my personal cell and no one touches it.Here money is not a factor,the main problem is there is fraudalance going around.The same incident happened with my different number which I took a year ago.This type of incidence really creates a very bad impression of your services in the eyes of your valuable customers.
I request you to please look into this matter.I would be highly oblised for this kind of act.

because i use that service using what they given... that is the reply message from 111 contain a URL i use that link to browse that social network sites. even i mail to customer care, nodal office e mail id...
but they charged no improvement... now i don't use it even it's free service or cost service that is not a matter to me... because i moved to airtel using MNP already i applied to it...

Vodafone — Suspend the sim card
Sir,I was using the [protected] number which was bought in 2007 by the amont of 500/-Rs.In 2008 I have take Advantage of "life time" validity by recharge of 99/-Rs.(99x12),that time there was not any condition & Actually cell force ,Hutch were the owner service provider that time.Today when the sim is available at free of coast, how can the company suspend my sim without any prior notice or sms ? The Authority person told that minimum 200/-Rs Balance or Recharge should must maintain for every subcriber, What about Hutch's assurance not any hidden expanses or Recharge's compulsion in future in the scheam of (99x12)? What can I do now?
