Vodafone — deduction of Rs 30 every month

Though i have not opted for service/ bonus cards benefit and registred a complaint (my service registration number is [protected]). Vodafone continues to deducting Rs30 on 6th of every month. Please take necessary action.

Vodafone — ZOO ZOO SERVICE

Dear Sir,

As per email on 26th & 27th April, i've requested you to convert my cell on PLAN II, as per my email on 23rd April, I've sent email to disconnect my No. After my email i've received call from your EXECUTIVE asking reason about my disconnection.

I've explained him that from last 4 months i'm paying my bill to convert my cell no. to DEMO PLAN II. He told us to sent email on "vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com" and within 72 hours your number will convert to DEMO PLAN. Regarding that I've sent email on 27th April AS WELL AS 28th April, but still my no. is not converted to demo plan.

As per your executive EXECUTIVE within 72 hours my no. would be converted, but still i'm waiting for same.

BEING A RETAILER IF THEY DONT PROVIDE US SERVICE, I'M AFRAID WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO LOCAL CUSTOMERS.

Vodafone — Deactivation of Connection

I got one connection of vodafone it works 15days after that stopped working, i inquired the same from retailer he told me to give the proof again. I given but number not activated till 10 days. My number is [protected]. Kindly look into the matter.

Vodafone — rejection of porting request

I,Rohit Shetty,customer of vodafone postpaid ,having mobile number [protected],had made a request to port to Airtel.
My request was rejected initially saying that i had activated some plans which i had never done in the first place.So, i went to vodafone store n they said the issue was solved and now i could port out.I forwarded my documents again and once more my request was rejected again for the same reason.
