without any information they have cut my balance of Rs 50/-. When i talk to their persons they told me i send sms for different services. but never send any sms to them. Hi,'my number is [protected] ported from Airtel to vodafone pospaid.I am in UP west right now.From morning my call services barred.When i called customer care but they are not responding & putting call on hold for so long time.I am paid 1600/- to vodafone to activate services but no satisfied feedback recd from last 12 hours.
Hope you will take action on the same.Below are my details of payments paid to Vodafone today.

Hi Sir,I am Sachin Thakur and My Mobile Number is [protected], I already send u a complaint regarding bydefault service activated on my mobile & we don't get solution for that problem, yesterday one o[censored]r Customer care executive call me & told that used deactivation code of Jobs Alert service (CAN MYJOBS and send 54701) but when i send it that i again recieved blank message and till i deduct Rs.1/ daily. So, plz take some action or i porting my number to another network, its enough to irritate me.

yeah man... i have also faced this problem. Vodafone deducted my main balance on using free super weeks.. what's the hell.!! and I m now thinking to move on to airtel. But due to this i can't stay with 'bloody' VODAFONE'
Vodafone — Unnecessary Harrassment by mobile service provider
I "Yogesh Malhotra" having a Vodafone Postpaid connection # [protected], Since December 2010 I have been using the internet/data services from them via their plan VL+VMC in which the monthly rental is Rs.198 and 3GB data usage is free in a month, but I have never been able to use the 3GB as the service provider Barr's my outgoing and Data usage by saying that my unbilled usage increases my credit limit and the worse part is their customer service which is not at all customer friendly. I have atleast 10 - 20 complaints open regarding their data services which Vodafone has not been able to resolve till date. My Billing cycle is from 24th to 23rd of each month, My bills have never been over Rs. 700 since the time I have started using this connection.On the 10th of May 2011 Vodafone barred my services again when I called the customer service they again said that my unbilled usage has increased my Credit Limit, I tried to explain that my 3Gb of data charges are free and Vodafone has been adding charges at 10 Paise per 10KB and then discounting it when my bill is generated , but the rep Monish Kumar said that he could not do anything to reactivate my services.
On the 11th of May 2011 I went to the Vodafone store in NIT Faridabad and spoke to Varun Chopra who activated my services assuring me that this would not happen again but on the 12th of May 2011 my services were again barred (Complaint # [protected]).
On the 12th of May I called up the Customer Care (Complaint # [protected]) at 111 which is a chargable number as I could not dial the toll free number 198 because my services were barred, I strongly asked for the supervisor or Manager and only after a HOLD of about 15 Mins was I transferred to Harish claiming to be a Supervisor I explained him everything and he said that my services would only be activated if I made an Interim payment of Rs. 3500/- atleast, when I asked for his superior he then transferred me to Rajesh, After I explained him the situation Rajesh activated my services and assured me that this would not be repeated and also assured that he was forwarding a request to increase my credit limit.
But, on the 13th of May 2011 my services were barred again I again called the customer service and spoke to Simar Pal again claiming to be a Supervisor I explained the situation to him again to hear the same thing that I will have to make an interim payment but after I informed him that I spoken to Rajesh and he had forwarded a request to increase my credit limit he activated my services (Complaint # [protected]).
My Family members are in Mumbai and My Phone is the only means of communication with them. Moreover I have not been able to concentrate on my work as I had to spend atleast 1 to 2 Hours getting this resolved everyday and it took almost 2 hours for Vodafone to reactivate my services after speaking to all these people each time. It has been a nightmare for me and I demand better service in the future and a compensation for the Loss and harrasment caused due to this.

yeah man... now moved to the airtel from the bloody 'ODAFONE'. they don't know how to keep the old customers i am customer of vodafone 4 years... but now i moved to airtel... i used airtel 3weeks... good bye to vodafone...
This does not resolve my concern and problem. What do you plan to do about the harrasment caused due to all this.

Issue - sms sent to 144 at @ 10. 30 a. m. for activation of 3G serivces (100 mb) from Samsung Galaxy Handset.
(Again sent the same sms from Nokia C-5 handset at @ 3. 35 p. m. )
Balance at that time - Rs. 113.35

Talked to Vodafone Customer care at @ 2. 30 pm for almost 45 minutes. Call transferred to various depts.
No one able to tell why service not activated yet.
I was told that documents have not reached & hence not updated. But then again no one able to answer my two questions -
a) How come, first of all, my service got activated without documents b) How come my call outgoing is active, how come I accessed internet (2G) in the morning? How come (supposedly) non submission of documents prevent activation of 3G only???
How am I responsible for the documents not submitted in the Vodafone system after submitting them in "Vodafone Store" on Mangaldas Road, Pune on 3rd May 2011 along with MNP application??
In spite of talking with representatives from various depts, for almost 45 minutes, I am not able to get proper answer & all this on the very first day of porting in to Vodafone.
My request - either sort out my problme or arrange to port me to another operator with immediate effect.
On 17th May 2011, my outgoing call facility is barred for want of documents. Documents are already submitted today at Vodafone Store, Mangaldas Road, Pune. Yet outgoing facility barred even 12 hours after submitting the documents.
Dear Vodafone, I am tired of you & following up the matter with your customer care center.
Please disconnect my number so that I can apply MNP to some other company.
Never thought Vodafone to be so worst.
