Vodafone — double deduction for recharging

Sir,
On 29th Jan 2012 I recharged my connection(mob.no:[protected]) with Rs.24 at 4:19 pm and for Rs.26 at 4:30 pm and I paid the money to the retailer.But again the same amount is deducted from my main balance.I called 4 times to the customer care with the same issue.First time they told It will be refunded immediately after 48 hours also it is not refunded so I called again then they said refunding is not possible.

Kindly do the needful.

Vodafone — use of swear words

I was not able to pay a bill due to some personal problem.I spoke to the vodaphone collections agent in a very decent manner. I paid 1500Rs and advised i will pay at different intervals without ail..Instead of listening to my problem..the agent says i am ordering you to pay and then goes ahead to use swear words..I would like to take action against this agent.The most ironic part was that they did not have my new number. I personally called them as i had no intentions of avoiding my dues.

Only option is to lodge a police complaint.

Sir my grievance regarding extra amount charged to me i.e. Rs 6005/- by Vodafone Company. My post paid Mob. no of Vodafone i.e. - [protected].I used this no from since last five years and I have submitted all my bills time to time and know they disconnect my out going calls(Incoming call end after 12 days) .In that no I took a facility of internet (Rs:-99/-pack-PM) and give me a limit of 500mb.but know they extend my limit beyond 500mb without giving any prior intimation to me and know they said you have to pay that amount which is Rs 5477/-(only GPRS) which is difficult me to pay because my financial condition is no so much strong. Sir please kindly considers my problem and does a needful action against that company.
I pay this bill Rs-540 /- and I have already paid advance to Vodafone company Rs- 800/- ( in five years)
I shall be highly thankful to you

Vodafone — Prepaid connection no: 9899523000

On 2.2.2012 I sent in a complaint that my balance of over Rs.340/- was remaining and the phone stopped working & I requested for the restoration of my connection. Vodafone representative Ms. Priyanka called me on my other number [protected] on 3.2.2012. When I explained the problem to her she requested for Sim no. I am hereby sending the Sim no. I question i.e. EH[protected].
Please restore my connection along with the balance remaining in my account. I shall be obliged.

I WANT TO UPDATE MY NEW ADDRESS IN MY VODAFONE CONNECTION WHICH I SUBSCRIBED 2 YRS BACK-[protected],RECENTLY I PUECHESED THE NEW NO-[protected].IN WHICH ALL PHYSICAL VERIFICATION HAS BEEN DONE BY COMPANY AND I ALSO SUBMITTED THE ADDRESS PROOF.
