respected Sir /Madam,This is to inform you that, a phone is comming to my cell no[protected], which is using my wife. The person is using abusing language to her. He is not saying his name, but saying he is from 'Vodafone Customer Care Dept' HIS NUMBER IS[protected].
Pl take immediate action over this matter, otherwise I will be liable to go 'Consumer Fouram Dept'.

I want to tell you about our senior Mohit Mahrotra and R.M. They never give any support. They always make us absent and always give mental tension and always dominate us. They never think about the maintenance of vms because in our vms the computer, inverter, light and A.C. are not working. No stocks and Handset are available in our vms. Instead of these problem they never give any support. Plz. Tell me sir due to this problem how can we increase the sale and how can we give a better service to our subscribers. They never think about the problem of vms they only want sale but they never think about the facility of vms which they need to give us. Whenever we tell about the problem of vms to our seniour then they never give any response to us and they rebuke us. We are only C.C.E. but here we have to do every work. All senior know about our problem but they never do anything. All CCE afraid that’s why we are not mentioning our name. sir if you want to check our problem then you can do by sending here any person. If any C.C.E told about the problem of vms then senior fired them from their job e.g. Preeti from royal comm..alld. Vipin from Ashirwad comm.. alld. Roli from Ashirwad comm. Alld. Santosh from Ashirwad comm. and are also many C.C.E.s.

Hi,I want to switch my connection from postpaid to prepaid. for that i was visit to your vodafone store on nirmaan vihar branch new Delhi on 8th of jan 2009. here the one of yours executive told me to come on 11th of jan 2009 for the same.
Due to certain region i had not able to reached there, again i reached on the store on 13th and 14th of jan 2009.
here i meet one of your executive whose name was Ashish, he told me we have change plans only on 11th of any months, you will come on next month.
Then i call on customer care and here the exuctive given me a request id against my request, and told me to go back to vodafone store with this id for changing my connection.
I have given this id to the same executive, he didn't take any action and also talk with me very rudely and misbehave with me. I was totally disappointed, was it is my mistake to be a customer of vodafone.
Please resolve my problem i will be very thankful to you.

Vodafone — Regarding non-uniformity in monthly bills
Dear Sir/MadamI have been using a post paid connection of Vodafone for more than a year now. This month when I received my Vodafone bill for the month of December, I noticed that I was charged for the SMS on 25.12.08 and 31.12.08. So I went to the nearest Vodafone store and enquired about the same because I knew this was the first time I was being charged for SMS. The lady handling the query told me that I was being charged for SMS on every festival for the entire year, so I told her that I would check my previous bills and then get back to her again. When I dug out my old bills I found that I had not been charged for SMS on any of the festivals in the previous year. I took my bills and showed it to the same lady who had handled the query before. Now she was also confused and had no answer, so she called her immediate boss for a solution. After the call she replied that this was a corporate decission and everyone was charged for that.
Now my concern is that isn't it this their duty to inform their customer that they will be charged for the messages they would be doing. Furthermore they keep on sending their promotional messages on my mail id, can't they send some informative mail like the list of festivals for which they would be charging for the messages.
Now please suggest what should I do.

Vodafone Prepaid Connecton Numbering 9830410787 — Changing of my scheme with fraud and misrepresentation
Respected Sir,I Shyamal Kr. Biswas residing at 11, Akshay Bose Lane Kolkata-700 004, begs to inform you that my connection number being [protected] was duly activated on 17/07/2008, with a package of of Rs100 free calls to vodafone connections for 12 months alongwith a validity of 6 months.but unfortunately on 02/12/2008 a message from your company came with an information as follows "LIFELONG validity sirf Rs 97 ke recharge par.Offer sirf 2nd Dec tak.Aur ab lifelong ke saathi sabhi Bonus card bhi valid.jaldi karey" so being a bonafide customer of your company i availed the facility after calling your customer care executive where I was misrepresentated with an advice that I will be still having my 100 vodafone local calls and a lifelong validity.It is after my recharge of Rs97 with a transaction ID K[protected] it came to my knowledge after speaking to one of your customer care executive namely Mr. Sandip Kumar that a respective recharge of Rs.200 should be made to make my validity lifelong as it was showing till 2013, with no other facilites.
Therefore I begs to you to kindly return me back my previous scheme at your earliest, and make arrangements to make my rechrge of Rs.97 as top-up to my connection numbering above, failing which I will be compelled to move this complaint to the consumer redressal forum for the proper ends of justice.
