Vodafone — false verification
dear sir,I have already complaint regarding false verification carried out by your executive but one month gone you have not taken any action it is very unfortunate now last time i am providing you the details than bound to lodge the F.I.R. against the Vodafone without proper verification you have issued the connection no. [protected] in the name of Mr. Madan Mohan at my address N-18/A-3 DIlshadgarden Delhi-110095. The said person is not residing here hence immediately suspend this no. with in 72 hrs I think Vodafone is doing

Vodafone — Faulty Bills
I have postpaid connection with Vodafone with number 91-[protected].In August 08 because of previous continuous series of faulty bill (Nov 07-July08), I went to Vodafone Punjabi bagh centre to convert my post paid service to prepaid service. There I met Mr. Sagar who offered me a lucrative plan of 2000 SMS free of cost for three months and after three months on rent of Rs 25 per month. He told me service will continue as long as I wish. I confirmed whole thing very carefully from him and asked for any proof. The only thing he gave to me a slip on which he describe the plan to me and a reference number(SR#[protected]). I have attached scan copy of that slip. I believe, I should not get any more document from him. The only thing for me was to believe on his words, go by his commitment. But very next month I received the bill with rent for it. I complained to Vodafone and Mr. P. Sahni talked to me who has already talked on previous occasions to me because of series of faulty bills I was receiving. I discussed whole matter to him. And he assured me that he has made required changes . And I did not received any rent for this service for its allocated three months (Aug 08-Nov 08) .
But in my bill of Dec 08, when I should receive the bill with rent for the service, I received bill for the messages.
I have complained through all channels of Vodafone . But the persons responding to my problem were iterating same thing that service ended after 3 months, you need to pay the bill. But that was the problem service was not supposed to end it should be continued on the rent of Rs 25 as per the commitment of Mr. Sagar . The few person who accepted there is mistake by their side sais they don’t have authorization to clear matter of Rs 2000 including Nodal officer, who talked to me for just 1 min 15 seconds and did not let me say my problem to her as I had requested in mail and the only thing she said is she can’t clear matter of Rs 2000.
I request you to please help me in correction of my faulty bill, how can I be punished for not making any mistake. At least tell me except choosing Vodafone what wrong I have done.
Will be really thankful for your help.

You can't get details of any no. easily.If you are having any valid reason like he is threatening, obscene talking or sms, then complain to vodafone dealer and Police

Vodafone — E_payment functionality not working on the company website.
All,I have been trying to pay the bill of Vodafone for this month through online payment. But the website is throwing up some error and this has been continuing for the past 3 to 4 days. The last date for payment is 15th Jan, 2009.
Pls. upgrade the software or look into this matter and resolve the issue as this is causing a lot of inconvenience to the consumers.

Vodafone Talk 249 Bumper — Non Activation of New No
I was chased on my mobile contact number for Two weeks by telecaller from VodaFone's GSA M/s FAST TRACK New Delhi for considering the above plan .I made cash payment to them vide their reciept no 17730 dtd 29/12/08 and given One SIM Card against the same.Till today this has not been activated though all verification were completed by 31rst Dec 08.Now
FAST TRACK is not contactable as their all three mobile nos have been put on Voice Message recorders.
I have been sending regularily E Mail to VodaFone but of no remedy or action. I am sure that VODAFONE will charge me rentals without activating it.
SAME PROBLEM! DO SMTH FOR ME TOO AND STOP DENY THIS PROBLEM! SO ANY PEOPLE ARE COMPLAINING! THEY CAN'T ALL BE WRONG! SMTH IS WRONG WITH YOUR NETWORK!

I have been using Vodafone postpaid mobile since 5th Dec 2008 & my No. is [protected].
I have called to customer care centre on around 12th Dec for activation of Mobile connect service. At that time officer told me to send proper SMS to customer care for activation & told me that it will take 48 hours.
After 48 hours when I confirmed that this facility is still not activated, then I called to customer care centre again, to get the status, at that time customer care executive said that, 'We are sorry sir, activation procedure still not started & you are requested to resend the SMS so that it will get activated soon.' I shocked to know this & told him that, 'I m not interested to this facility any more, please ignore my activation SMS.'
When I received my first mobile bill, I have came to know that, Mobile connect service is activated already & I have been charged for 199 Rs.
I called to customer care centre again on 2nd Jan 2009 to know whats going on. Customer care executive told me this time that, 'We are sorry to know you wrong information & your mobile connect service has been activated since 12th Dec. But now I m disconnected this service & you will be getting call from us after 3 to 4 days for further clarification.'
Today 6th Jan 2009 when I received call from customer care, I just lost my temper this time. Customer executive asked me that, 'May I know the reason, why you would like to disconnect our vodafone services?'
This is too much & rediculous.
The exicutive also said that, this facility is still activated & u will be charged for this month also.
I just wanted to know that, why these foolish things are happning with me?
Dont you have proper procedure, proper database to resolve the problems?
Kindly look into the matter & let me know your actions taken against this issue.
