Vodafone USB — SIM not activated for 7 days and i had paid for this. No one responding or returning money.
HelloI am the existing user of your vodafone mobiles and had purchase a USB stick as a plan provided to me in my office . Your Executive had given me a vodafone stick in office only and had taken a check for Rs.2000 . The sim he alloted to me has no . [protected] and the usb stick ime no. is IME I [protected] and S/N[protected] .
Please let me know what i do with these thing as they had not activated this till now . now Its already seven day past and sim is still not activated.

What had done with me is called not providing the services to customer.
Please look into this matter and solve this ASAP.

Dear Sir
i am holding this mobile connection since 2004 onwards. i had taken two connections in 2005 and discontinued same in 2006.
today i.e. 17/12/2008 the mobile service provider disconnected my phone with out intimating me either by telephonically/email/SMS.when i contacted Mr Uday customer care department today night at 9/30 pm from my land line, I was being informed that the connection was disconnected due to pending of an old outstanding of my another two connections i.e. [protected] in the year 2006 and another number, which I donot, remember, in the year 2005.
I am really wondering why these people are sleeping all these years and suddenly woke up today and disconnected my connection with out intimating either telephonically or by e- mail or by registered post. When I asked same question Customer care executive Mr. Uday he informed me that they had sent a SMS to me on 13/12/08 and informed regarding this out standings which is coming to around Rs 800/- Please note i have not received that SMS though your customer care executive Mr Uday had claimed that they had sent that SMS.Even i can show the evidence that i have not received the SMS.
Pl note that in their records i am rated as gold customer and they are providing this type of services to a customer whose track record, is very good..
kindly advise me what type of legal action.action we can take against this service provider.

sir,i ask u y they cut my balance whn i send msg to a local num &my sms are free, they tell reason that there was 0 in the begining of num to which i send sms, if they dont inform the customer than how will your customer know about their hidden law like this, & they also took 3days to tell me the reason, i complain on 15/12/2008 to vodafone customer care & they told me to wait till 18/12/2008 than also they said that it was my fault, sir they cut my 6rs balance, this is not the matter of my 6rs this is the matter about how this big company in india cheat to their customer, i also request them that they should close there company instead of cheating to the customer's.
i hope that my complain will teach a good leasson to them & my balance only of 6rs will be refunded.

Hi...VodafoneAbove mentioned phone number i have been using since 2005. The connection taken with two year plan .And Rs.900/- paid as advance rent. On 2007 same has extended for a period of 2years as per call received from Hutch Telecom and Rs.900/- paid as advance again through monthly bill...
Completing the one year plan has been changed and monthy rend added to my conncetion...
Requeste you to i need to continue with the same plan ...pls reverse the montly bill added in bill and activate the number with immediate effect.

Vodafone — NO Resolution of Complaints
I am using the vodafone number last 1 year +.I always paid my bill timely but from last two months i am not getting updation/confirmation of payment from vodafone.
I talked with customer care executives on 111 and his seniors also several times and got the request number against complaint.
But after that i got miss behave as well as no solution from last 10 complaints and 10 days.
I am getting call every and listening IVR for stop my services through Vodafone.
So many executives said to me send mail of proof so i sent the mail with attached copy of my credit card statement and it has been done before three days also but still i did not get complaint.
After that i am getting calls by retention/collection department of Vodafone with their wrong behavior.
Please tell solution any one.

I havent been able to send message from the Vodafone number for the last 15 days, I have registered a complaint on 3 different occassions, but nothing has been done about it. I'm not surprised that there are so many instances of complaints against Vodafone, their customer service is really bad.
