dear sir/mam,

this to bring to your notice that my mobile phone with the no. [protected] and name is mittal kishor mandavia.i have a co operate connvection with vodaphone for wipro.on 17/7/2009 i was informed by my bank that a payment by ERD of 689 rupees was done from my HDFC bank.THIS WAS DONE TO VODAPHONE WITH THE NAME BPL PUN AT PUNE AND IT WAS WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION.
On calling your customer care service i was notified that if you submite a cancelled check with registeration for post paid account, you automatically enroll for automatic payment, but when i had given a cancelled check that time i was told that it is taken for proof that i work in wipro.
This is belive is providing wrong information to sale your card and carring out un-authorized transaction from my bank.
i therefore request you to credit methe amount of Rs 689 in my bank account or i will have to approch the count for inlegal transaction cared from my bank account by bpl pun.
hope you would help in reversal of paymnet to your company

I bought a voucher of 35 rs on 14jul09 i recharged the voucher but it was not able to recharged as it was showing an error than, i called up to vodafone care and speak with one guy he told me there is no problem with card it's a network problem so it will recharged after 4 hrs. but it was not, than again i called i was advised within 24 hrs it will, but it was not, again i called up and desired to talk some senior but call was disconected from their end . than i called up again and i was advised to go to vodafone shop i told that guy why i will go to vodafone shop for 35 rs card, i will spend money for my convence only for 35rs why i will spend 100 rs. than again the call disconcted and again i called up so the guy advised that complaint is forwarded to concern dpt. it will be done.it's been 8 days i have been harresed by these persons moreover they have block my service to vodafone care i am not able to connect with them from my phone i have to take some one else phone who has vodafone connection and than i speak to vodafone care. i want justice and i have lost my patience kindly help me in this, i would be very greatful to you.
I would like to inform you that the same problem i had few months back and they did recharged my phone within 24 hrs.
