Unfortunately and unknowingly I paid a sum of Rs.146/- to your retail outlet Vodafone Services
at Italgachha Main Road, Dum-Dum, against my Mobile No.[protected] for revalidation of
my mobile and the said money was transmitted through their SMS. After few hours, when I found
that my mobile is still not activated and or regained life I contacted the said retailer and was again
charged and paid a sum of Rs.47/- for validation upto October 2015.
My said mobile was dead until 7.00 p.m. then how come you received the sum of Rs.146/- against
my said mobile number.
Now, may I request your good gesture to kindly refund me the said amount so erreneously paid by
crediting to my balance and oblige.

Vodafone — Online recharge failed and loss of money from the account
Hi,This is Samrat Adhikari from Bangalore. We got several pre-paid connections from Vodafone. Recently we recharged some of our connections over net i.e.online. But the recharge was not successful and the amount was debited from my account. The transaction was done in july 09 but till now(ocotber 09) we have been communicating with them for the refund. But there is no response. If I go to customer care nearby i.e. in sarakki Signal ( I think the worst among the vodafone customer care centres) they say that the issue is in process. But actually they have not started the process of refunding yet. Because they have not understood the transaction yet. I have already submitted the bank statement along with the details of the connections I have but still they are not bothered. That means simply to understand the transaction, its taking 6 months to them. Forget about the refund. Vodafone claims that it is the most admired mobile services in India. Its simply a misconception. I dont know who admires them.
