I was asked to pay 350 Rs. upon new postpaid connection and I have been said that 150 is deposite and the rest 200 will be dedacted from your first bill. I got my vodafone on 1st Oct and on 9th Oct I recevied my first bill and the amount is 276? Why such service given by the Vodafone and being saying that we are happy to serve you. My post paid No, [protected] pls confirm me as soon as possible.

i lost my mobile ie N72 at 10 am 10.10.2009, could u pls kindly suggest anything whts my future course of action if there is chance to get my mobile reback by using technology please.

On september 27th we called vodafone customer care, when i asked whether i can put bonus147 and bonus61 at the same time the customer care executive, said "Yes sir we can use both at same time", then on october 2nd i made a complaint to vodafone customer care that instead of recieving 750 SMS i recieved only 100 SMS,the customer executve said that "He'll look after the problem within october 5th", but the same problem arised within 2 days and again i made a complaint to vodafone customer care, they said they'll see to it again but the problem is not yet solved and im not recieving 750 SMS.
And the same problem arised today(11.10.2009)and wen i called to the customer care no response from them. So kindly accept this complaint and help us.
