Veryvery worst service, for callers tune yesderday i got the messageat 8:23 " /we have receiver your request for activation of caller tune we will let you know the status shortly by sms/" i thought they will conform with me the activation by rconformation message but i got another message after 2 min you have successfully activated your callertune service with in this gap i spoke to customer care agent he said like, i only comformed the activation of callertune by preeing * (star button). they charged Rs :50. . agent tells that after pressing star it will download automatically without any comformation. even if you press by mistakenly . no option to revert back. be careful friends

this is happening for most of the prepaid customers

Vodafone — Money got Deducted from Account

Few Months back I got an offer for making STD call for free for 10 mins. I enquired Vodafone about the message. They said that, the money will be deducted from the balance I have, however I will get back the money after 2 days. I called to customer care and took the confirmation. After 2 days i didn't got the money back.

Vodafone is sending such fake messages to all the customers and not maintaining the healthy customer relations. Vodafone sucks..
