My vodafone no. is [protected], presently in 50 paisa std all over India plan for 3 months w.e.f 27/09/09. On 04/10/09 evening my a/c balance was around 20 Rupees, but on 05/10/09 morning the balance went -12.91 Rupees.To confirm what hidden charge got deducted from a/c, I tried your said customer care no's 111 (with a fooling announcement "service temporarily not available", when ever I tried), [protected] ( not giving an option for solving my problem). Is the system made so, is to trouble your 'valid customer'(as per you ) ??? can you help me giving a reasonable contact no. ? if you are unable to provide me a valid no., please consult Airtel & ask how their 123 works trouble free ( We have an airtel connection too). Waiting for a favorable reply !

Subject: illicit and abusing conversation by Vodafone customer care executives.
I am a Noida based post-paid customer (number [protected]) and have faced problem regarding illicit and improper conversation from the customer care executive of Vodafone. I was talking to them regarding my bill payment and outgoing call activation, while the talk they used abusing language. And they were low on providing any solution to me from last one month.
Conversation Details:
Mobile No: [protected]
Date:[protected]
Time: It was between 8:00pm to 10:00pm
Executive Name: Akhand Pratap (Akhand Pratap also included his manager in this conversation and there were few more executives).
I was a very loyal customer of Vodafone from last 3-4 years but now I do not want to use this network any-more.
This is a very shocking incident which has upset me a lot. I never wanted to stop this number but for now I do not want to continue. I just wanted a better solution from the customer care executive but he did something totally opposite to the brand-image of Vodafone.
Kindly look into the issue and revert back soon.

Vodafone — Caller tune been activated without myself requesting for it & being charged for it.
Respected Sir,A caller tune service has been activated on my vodafone no. [protected] by respective service provider without myself requesting for it .I have even been charged Rs.45 for the same.
I did contact the vodafone's call center where i was told that the caller tune was activated by me by mode of copying it from some airtel no.
Well here i would like to bring to your notice that the respective No.(Airtel No.)was never dialed by me .
Also that no.(Airtel no.) is a STD no.& a caller tune can only be copied from a local no.(as per told by the vodafone's customer care executive ).
So,i would request you to please take some appropriate action to conduct justice as Vodafone's executive have clearly denied me any kind of assistance or wavier of charged amount.
