[Resolved]  Voltas — REPLACEMENT OF COMPRESSOR

Referance to my Service Request ( No. 09my27 ), VOLTAS service staff attended the complaint on 28th May, 2009 and removed the compressor of my Air Conditioner for replacement under warranty with the committment to reinstall within one working day. But the same is not done so far even after telephonic reminders to them. . For referance SCAN copy of the Service Report Number :- 9663 of 28th May, 2009 is enclosed herewith as attachment.

we have complained so many times, but they are not ready to come, coz one of their service man has made a damage to ac while servicin, and now they asking for amount, , whther its not our fault
All the dealers are making us fools by not giving proper information.
I have bought two Voltas Windows A.C 1.5 Ton, Model Elite last year 2009 from Laxmi Nagar – New Delhi.
Despite of calling / sending mails for the service no one has turned up for doing service for the same.
Given time then also no one has come up for the service.

I have one question to this company. They say Bharat Ka No 1 AC.
I would like to comment on this company that they should not fool the customer by saying this. I was not aware of the fact before buying the ac with Voltas. Frankly speaking I was having before Samsung & LG A/C there service are much better that this worst company.

As I thought that this company is associated with TATA so might be better that Sumsung & LG and other competitors which are there in the market.

Now, I want to appeal that I want to return both the a/c to this No 1 WORST COMPANY & return my money which I have invested with no gain. All the customer / consumer who are reading this message never ever go for VOLTAS as there service sucks n AC is also not worth with any other one. Also, we are paying more as compare to the other brands which have much better functions.

Sir my AC Serial No. is 4010021UO5C294986 PURCHASE DATE 5TH MAY 2005 BUT MY PURCHASING DOCUMENT IS MISSING SO PLS ANOTHER DOCUMENT FOR REPLACEMENT OF COMPRESSOR
Complain # 1202307 dt. 10/06/10, attended on 17 & told to take back compressor for replacement but till date after continuous follow up till time no response.

NOT SEEN SUCH A BAD SERVICE AFTER SALES FROM "TATA GROUP"

i've purchased a voltas window ac model vertis 1.5 tons from m/s malik electronics, zakir nagar opposite new friends colony, new delhi against bill no. ME 1112-651 on dated 5/5/11.Since the day of installation we are facing the problems.Sometimes unpleasant vioces start to develop in compressor and since this morning cooling had been put off.Regarding these nature of complaints i have made the several calls to the said dealer but unable to get any response from him.I have choosen your product due to your reputation and good will in this products and i am sure you will keep continue my trust and faith in the same way.Therefore, i request you to kindly replace my said ac and oblidge me as earliest

I had bought voltas ac on[protected] but within 5 days gas leaked completly.I called many times customer are and they said within 24 hour they will resolve the problem, still they did'nt provide any solution . It has been 10 days and they are not providing any solution . VERY VERY VERY bad service ...and ac also which has stopped working within 5 days...DO NOT EVER BUY VOLTAS AC EVER...THEY ARE JUST MAKING US FOOL ...WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH VOLTAS ...GHATIYA AC AS WELL AS SERVICE...

i've purchased a voltas splip ac model vertis 1.5 tons from shri krishna eletronics, Shop No.2 Furniture Market above fitness point Gym Najafgarh new delhi against bill no. 2266 on dated 13/5/11.Since the day of installation we are facing the problems of PCB & the a c not working since i have purchase the a c i have made the several calls to custome care & the the said dealer unable to get any response from him neither response from service center of voltaz .I have choosen your product due to your reputation and good will in this products and i am sure you will keep continue my trust and faith in the same way.Therefore, i request you to kindly replace my said ac and oblidge me as earliest customer care conplaint no 11sp2602577, 11my2200234, 11 jul 04008072 i have so may contpaint but till date no solution i have go to consumer court
