Dear Sir/Madam,

We have purchased Mini Magic Super, for which we have made complaint (Complaint No: 09JL231065).

Engg Mr Ishan has visited our home on 27/07/09 from M/s Sapna Enterpises and taken Compressor from Mini Magic Super for repair and promised us that it will be done by next days i.e. 28/07/09.

Since than we have been trying to reach him on his mobile ([protected]), he is not reachable. Mr Sanjay who is head of M/S Sapna Enterpises Promised us that it will replaced by Next i.e. 29/07/09. Nothing has happened, now he is also not picking up the phone.

Due to Mini Magic we are facing lot of problems.

Please let us know, whom we should esclate this matter. it is almost more than a week now.

Please help us in resolving this Issue ASAP.

mini magic super — service

we are using your mini magic super but from last four months we are facing problem in machine. for the same we make many calls to a supplier. from supplier two to three times a micanic visit our office but they cant give us a satisfied answer from them. till the date of today we are facing the same problem of lickage of water in machine.

    i hv purchased a voltas vertis gold a.c from voltex aircon pvt. ltm (karol bagh) on 27 aug 2008 with one year warranty. after around six month it stopped cooling n there is water leakage problem . i hv complained to the company several times but they do not pay attention towards the matter.the contact person is madhusudan (mob no:[protected])he always says that our technician will reach . they came but do not repair it properly after 2 or 3 days it again stop working (this is happenning for abt 3 months ) pls help me to get rid from this prob

      Dear Sirs,

      1.Had purchases Voltas 1.5T Split AC in in May-05. Installed in a Bedroom seldom used. It was used
      for a few days only after installing in 2005.

      2. In May-06 found the said A/C was not cooling. As per Voltas Authorised Serice dealer's report dated
      28-May-06 the non cooling was due to the Gas leak. (3 service reports by SHRI VARDHMAN
      REFRIGERATION were issued in May, June, July-06)

      3.This A/C was not used throughout in 2007.

      4. In Sept-08 it was serviced and checked by your another Voltas approved Service Centre THE
      AIRCON SERVICE at Gurgaon. ( 5 service reports were issued indicated Gas leak & action taken &1
      bill of Rs.2, 200 paid for gas charging )
      Many parts including the compressor were taken to the workshop for checking etc.
      In view of cooler weather A/C was not used till 09 summer

      5. On 12-June-09 the said A/C was found not cooling. After filling complaint No: 09JU122957, THE
      AIRCON SERVICE at Gurgaon Technicians visited site to attend to repairs and subsequently after
      onsight repairs etc they took the whole A/C unit to their workshop for detailed checking.

      6.The said split A/C was installed back in place on 04-July-09 with renewal of 2 mts Copper Pipings
      passing through the wall. The A/C was put in running condition for about 8hpd for 2days to ensure
      proper working. The performance was satisfactory but not Very Good.

      7. After about a week, the A/C was switched on again to ensure & verify its performance.
      The A/C did not cool at all. The AIRCON TECHNICIAN SERVICE Technician visited to say
      the Gas had leaked again & toppingup was required. No one has come so far for topping up.

      8. Called up the Owner of THE AIRCON SERVICE Mr.Gansham every 2 days, the last call was
      on 26-July-09. He has been very polite on the phone and always assured his personal attendance
      within 2 hrs. Ofcourse, he neither came himself nor sent anyone.

      9. It is important that the Approved Service Centres report their unsolved Tecnical problems to their
      principles m/s VOLTAS.

      10. Fyg I have again made complaint today the 3-Aug-09. The number is 09AU030489/ Ms.Tanvi. to
      Voltas Call Centre Tel:[protected]
      I hope a proper Service Engineer is sent to investigate the problem.

      To conclude, I wish to record that out of 4 types of 5 A/C, s in use at my residence, I consider Voltas
      Split A/C purchase for the 1st. time as a bad buy.

      I look forward to an appropriate action for settlement of this unfortunate problem.

      VOLTAS SPLIT AC 1.5 T Vertis Plus — No Proper Cooling performance

      No Proper Cooling performance of the 1.5 T Split AC (Vertis Plus) i.e., sometime it cools little bit, but most of the time it gives warm air expulsion - Several complaints in this regard and no proper response till now.
      An early action in this regard will be highly anticipated.
      The above said gas leak problem in my residence (vertis 1.5 split A/c) with in 15 days from the date of installation of A/c . Poor Service and poor customer support. no body rectify the problem after making so many complaints.

      better avoid purchase of voltas products.

        Sir, i bought VOLTAS Air Conditioner in last week of april, 2009.I installed it at my home in first week of may, 2009.It worked with no problems for one month & then it showed its real face.In first week of june, it stopped working at all.Service provider said that its COMPRESSOR needs to be changed & u as customer talk to the head marketing to allot a new compressor as in guarantee.
        After 15 tough days compressor was changed on june20, 2009, then again it stopped working on june21, 2009.Srvice provider said, the CAPACITOR needs to be changed, it was changed in 3 days but nothing changed.
        Then again we called the head of marketing but he refused to help us any more & the SHOPKEEPER said he cannot do anything & contact your service provider.The local service provider said that its COMPRESSOR again needs to be changed, it was again changed in 20 days but all i vain, AC is still not working till date(3 august, 2009).
        Sir, I invested Rs2000 more to buy VOLTAS as it is a TATA PRODUCT, beside buying samsung or LG.But now i am feeling guilty on my own decision,
        Sir, PLEASE HELP ME AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE, as you are the only HOPE to us.

          Our water dispenser has been off since 05.06.09. (Our Complaint Nos9JU050484/C0972213 dt 05.06.09 & 09JL010474/C0972213 dt01.07.09 followed by innumerable phone calls to the Service Centres of the company).
          The initial complaint was for one of the taps not working. A large number of mechanics have visited, but each visit by the mechanics has only further spoilt the machine. Today, on 02.08.09, the machine is not cooling, the water is leaking profusely and the jar housing is broken. We have already been charged for change of relay and are being asked for payment for refilling of gas. The machine has been rendered useless, damaged by the mechanics.
          A large number of mails have been writted to Voltas Customer Care but to no avail.
          We are feeling very helpless and want to file a case with the Consumer Court.

          i have purchased vilts water dispenser on the name of Energie Fitness alarg number of complant to voltas but no acction this resently my complant no and date is 10mr3002174 date 29/3/2010 and 10mr3002197 date 29/3/2010
          I bought a VOLTAS water Dispenser on 16th June, 2009 from SAMEER ELECTRONICS, Yusuf Sarai, New Delhi which is still in GUARRANTEE period.Since I bought this Cold tap started leaking.Recently it got worse and leakadge started from inside the machine.
          I lodged a complaint (no. 10AP0900234 at 0945 hrs.) on 08.04.10 and I was told by the customer complaint centre[protected] that within 24 hrs. my complaint will be attended.In the mean while I called 8 times in these four days and I was given any day on which my complaint would attended.On 12th I called again and I was told that mechanic will definitely come today by 1800hrs.Since no one came till 1630hrs.I called again, I was told that Mechanic will come tomorror.I took leave for a day to ensure I am at home to receive your mechanic.But I found to my dismay that acompany like VOLTAS gives this kind of shody after sales services.You are taking customer for aride.
          I don't know what to do and filling helpless and wondering how a company like VOLTAS can survive with this kind of after sales services in this competetive world where customer complaint handling is the key its business success..With this I leave behind my cell no.[protected] (Delhi) for you if you want to contact me and do the needful,

            Product Name: 1.5 tonne Voltas vertis AC
            Purchased shop: Vasanth and Co, North usman road, chenni-17
            Purchased date:[protected]

            The above said AC was purchased and the very next day after installation, the AC produces foul smell at lower temperatures and if it is continuously operated for more than 30minutes.
            We went to vasanth and co for 3 times but they gave address of PRIYA AIRCON, #T34 gnanaoli street, thiru nagar, jafferkhanpet, chennai. The concerned people came and they dont know how to fix the problem. For cooling they increased volume of gas in the AC. But the foul smell still persist. We went to Tnagar vasanth and co as well as priya aircon so many times but they ignore us after buying the product.We spent 28100+1300 for the AC and its installation. But the VOLTAS ELITE is not worthy buying. Service is also poor from Vasanth and co. We need to file this complaint.We have all the proofs

              we made a complaint for water cooler on 05th June 2009. call no is :09JU050833. As per the complant, service man Mr.Ganesh came form your end on 08th June 2009 and gave the report as "Heater tank to be change". CALL NO: 15357.and we was assured that the Unit would be taken back for the repair after the spare receive.But still, no response from your side rgds Spare.We made no of calls to the service department.Always we are getting reply as" SPARE IS NOT AVAILABLE"

              It is already one and half month. We feel the back up service of Voltas is very very poor.

              WE DIDNT EXPECT SUCH KIND OF POOR SERVICE FROM TATA GROUP

                I have purchased one Voltas (Vertis Plus 1.5 ton) Split AC from M/S Shah jee Electronics on 24.06.2009 vide their bill no 13775 for Rs 25000/- It was working properly till 15.07.2009 from 16 July onward it is not working properly after every fifteen minute its fan motor getting stopped its giving the hot air instead of cooling the room.

                On 19 July 2009 I lodge a complaint through customer care cell and they have given me the complaint no 09JL190064. An engineer from Voltas came for repairing the machine on same day 19.07.2009 from the service center of Voltas and he has taken out the fan motor from the outdoor unit for replacement and he has assured us that it will be replace with in 24 hours and Ac will work properly. It is almost four day over nothing has happend in this regard when ever we talk to service center people they reply the voltas company is not able to provide us the fan motor and it will take another 3-4 days to replace the motor. As you know the weather of Delhi it is very difficult to leave without the AC now a days.

                Therefore my request is please take the necessary action to repaired the AC as quickly as possible. As voltas is big company I can't be live that you are not able to provide the parts to service engineer if it is so I think you should give the standby to the customer. I am giving below the details of service center from the engineer came and who is saying company is not providing the parts to us.

                I have purchased one Voltas (Vertis Plus 1.5 ton) Split AC from M/S Oswal Electricals(Sole Authorised distributors at Jabalpur) on 27.04.2009 vide their bill no 449 dated 28.4.2009 for Rs 26000/- It was not working properly from the date of installtion. I have requested several times to Mr Golchha, Prop of Oswal Eletricals but giving assurance that in a day or two mechanic will be coming. Now almost three months have passed and no proper reply/response received from the dealer.
                Now I feel that I should approach Consumer Forum for my comlaint.

                I have purchased voltas vertis goldi AC 1 ton split type vide their bill No 559 dt 7/4/2009 from Great Eastern Appliances ltd, 20 Old Court Street Kolkata-700001 Phone No 22420133, 22318202 and install on 09 Apr 2010 vide Volts report No 2515 dt 09 Apr 10 by Tech M/S Zahid . It has been seen that wrong install as wish by technican and complain by me vide complain no 10 AP 1000378 dt 10 and 11 Apr 2010 for dismantling outer cabinet and want other side for installation for customer satisfication.Please take necessary action for further process.

                  I have bought Voltas Vertis Plus 2 Ton Split AC from M/s Khanna Aircon Faridabad on 6th June 2009.
                  The AC stopped working suddenly on 18th July, for which a complaint was registered at Khanna Aircon on Monday 20th July 2009.

                  Mechanic sent by M/s Khanna has opened complete AC and its wiring and taken away the PCB. It seems PCB either had manufacturing or design fault.

                  After that when we call Khanna, they say its gone for repair to Voltas and in Voltas nobody responds. We are having no clue of what is to be done now.

                  An AC failed to work within 6 weeks and no body is bothered from Voltas. The AC is fitted in the room of old aged parents and in this Hot and Humid weather they are undergoing tremendous problem.

                  Request Help please.

                    Voltas window ac 1.5 ton was purchased on 16.05.09 from discount store karol bagh delhi and when it was installed grill was found deffective and as per the sales unit they told to contact service care for both demo and for replacement but inspite of repeated calls and requests on 14.07.09 some Mr. Sharshad attended and took away the grill giving a call slip No.112442/ Service Report No. 59527 dt 14/07/09 and till now no one has come to fix the grill, just emajine that one has spent 20, 000/- and he can not avil the benefits of the ac during the summer season.

                      I take admission in "National Institute of Business Management" Chennai in MBA(two year). My Roll No. is MMB/july09/5059. I had sent first installment of my course fee i.e RS.8000/- but there is no reply from the institute. According to the prospectus of the institute they should have to despatch the books after receiving the every amount of installment. Please do something...

                        we regret to inform you that in splite of logging regular complaints, the problems of our newly purchase voltas AC Vertis Gold model ( 2 ton) has not been rectified yet.

                        You can understand the extreme prevailing condition of weather due to we are unable to function properly.

                        Since, we have treid & lested Voltas in the past, we are not expecting this kind of poor & irresponsible response from TATA'S.

                        Hope you will give due attention & address it at the earlies & without compelling us to take some impleasure action.

                        You can understand the extreme prevailing condition of weather due to we are unable to function properly.

                        Since, we have treid & lested Voltas in the past, we are not expecting this kind of poor & irresponsible response from TATA'S.

                        Yes I would certainly agree the service of voltas is pathetic and they dont attend to customer complaints at all, I have too bought a 1.5ton a/c and its just been 1 month my a/c has stopped functioning. doesnt give any cooling at all, i guess i made a big mistake of trusting voltas, should have gone for samsung and they have atleast amazing customer service ...I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.

                          Dear Sir,

                          This is to bring to your kind notice that I have purchase one unit of
                          world famous product of " VOLTAS" on May 02, 2009 from your authorized
                          dealer IRANI TRADERS Shop no 7, Kochar Complex, Raja Road, Dehradun
                          against Cash Memo No.55980 dtd.[protected] and paid Rs.29100/-by cash.

                          Since, the day I have purchased this product of your I am facing problem
                          of no cooling effect.

                          The first complaint in this regards was made by me on May 08, 2009 to the
                          Irani Traders against reference no. 09MY084066 and you will be surprised
                          to know that the engineer visited my place on June 07, 2009 i.e. exactly
                          after a month (this really needs a slap on the back for the service given
                          to the customer by such a big group). He went back saying the unit is
                          working fine which means I am not a normal person.

                          The second complaint was made on June 17, 2009 and the ref. no. 09JU171417
                          . The best part of this complaint that no one bothered to visit my house
                          to give the solution.(Complaint is still open).

                          On June 24, 2009 I logged a third complaint and got ref. no.09JU242269 this
                          time you were kind enough to send the engineer on July 07, 2009, after 15
                          days and the engineer went back saying the unit is fine.

                          What do you think of me and family?

                          I never expected such a poor service and response from such a big group of
                          Rattan Tata, a person who is known for his committment and services .

                          Now. it is high time either you take proper care of the unit or take it
                          back and replace it with the new packed unit other wise I will be forced
                          to go to the consumer court for the harrasement and breach of contract.

                          I am looking forward for your positive response with in two days from the
                          date of this mail.

                          Also note if I do not get any response I will make it public through media
                          belive it I mean it.

                          It was not working properly, Chillness has not coming properly. It takes many more time to chill the room.
                          Now I feel that I should approach Consumer Forum for my comlaint.

                          kindly take necessary action for this this.

                            I bought Voltas Split AC 1.5T VERTIS PLUS (C3) ON[protected]. My address is House no- 50/32 b, East guru angad nagar, street no.-2, new delhi -110092.
                            I am continously having water leakage problems, sometimes from indoor unit and sometimes from outdoor one. I lodged 3 times complaints but no response whatsoever from voltas service team. Many a times i messaged at customer care no. then also no response. Are we fool to buy such crap of a product. If these people cant service us then why are these people allowed to sell these products. My Bed has spoiled due to leakage, we are facing such difficulties but we cant do anything about it. Will they pay for our loss. These people left us no choice but to move to the Consumer court.

                            Dont buy voltas products untill you dont have other choices. Voltas dont even know the ABC's of SERVICE

                            I had purchased voltas ac last year & in term & condition book it was written that two free service would be provided in one year time.

                            I had lodged a service request on 14th Of April 2010 for servicing of AC vide request no. 10AP1402348 however till now nothing has been done.

                            Have been followingup at least twice a day on your customer service no.[protected] but I have always been assured that the same would be done today or tomorrow but no development.

                            Yesterday I have been told that your request has been closed as engineer visited three time but premises was locked, which is not possible & false statement, after discussing the same with escalation dept I have been assured that the same would be done between 12:30 to 3:00 PM but still nothing is happening.

                            Requests you to please look into the matter & get the same resolved asap.

                            Hi,

                            This is regrading Voltas window ac I bought on 10th may. It's been more than a month now but still nobody has visited my place for demo and also ac is making noise when switched on.
                            1st I raised on 29th may was apparently closed because executive had pmy place and no unit was installed however my unit was installed on 2nd day of purchase..
                            New request was raised on 10th June 10JU1000392 and I was promissed executive will visit next day but nobody has visited neither have I received any call... I've called 7-8 times from 10th June.

                            I amnot really sure what needs to be done and who needs to b contacted.. I am really hoping if you guys help me on this issue.

                                In voltas company no one is bothered about customer's problem, i don't know how the company is working. my complaint is still pending since 26.06.09 whereas they claimed that they complete the complaint within 48 hrs. where i should apporach, my sincere advise to the consumer please before purchasing any voltas product think ten times, really they are the only sales masters not providing service after sale. my mobile no.                                   This is to inform that I bought a Voltas 1.0 ton window AC in July 2008 in Ludhiana, Punjab from KHANNA ENTERPRISES, GHUMAR MANDI by bill no. 364 dated 4th July, 2008.
                                  The AC which was brought in July 2009 stopped working in May 2009., I called up the local dealer: KHANNA ENTERPRISES, GHUMAR MANDI, LUDHIANA. I have tried to contact them a number of times but they have not shown any interest. To add to my worry, the local dealer says that do what ever you want to do, I don’t care. It really sounds so absurd. I was promised three free services at the time of purchase but only one free service was offered.


                                  I am lodging complaint for last one month on telephone[protected], which has not been attended till today. Every time we call them up, we are told that the same would be attended today before the day end, but that's never to come. Now the dealer has clearly said that you can lodge complaint, we don’t care. Ours is a newly born baby and the non attendance of the complaint causing us a lot of discomfort, harassment as well as loss of mental peace.. Please let us know what measures could be taken for the same and is there anyway that we can return the air conditioner and claim the damages from the Company (Voltas)?

                                  Voltas / AC — Servicing is not good and the product became fault within 4 months

                                  We have bought a Voltas split AC just four months back.The cooling effect was not upto the mark.Informed the servicing people about it.They came and checked and told that gas in the compressor got leaked and they will fill it.After 3 days, they came and removed the unit fully.A week has gone,still they havent replaced it.They told that it will be given in two days.

                                      Hello all,

                                      This is a very sorry picture on Valtas part, as yesterday service technician visits us and checked the defected AC again and now he is saying that COMPRESSOR is defective, its not working, replacement needs to be done.

                                      After 5 complaints & 45 days 2 stabilizers replaced & once swing motor is also replaced now problem is identified of compressor faulty.

                                      Yesterday i requested a lot to MR Sanjeev & Rajeev, but they kept me convincing for compressor replacement, which i don't want.
                                      I have already faced a lot due to this, mental exertion and more importantly precious time is wasted, and after all these efforts i wd like to have my machine replaced.
                                      I am also a marketing Proffesional, i know the importance of a happy customer, its very easy for a company to ask for repairing and some part replacement, but customer is spending money for a new appliance not for a repaired and problematic machine.

                                      If somebody can help me on this, i will be highly obliged otherwise i have made up my mind for nt going for a part replacement.

                                      Still nothing is been done in this regard, service enggrs are coming and going, basis their's suggestion we have got our stabliger replaced twice and spent some more bucks on the same.

                                      My issue is still as it is, AC is not working only Fan runs and releases normal wind. Its not cooling.

                                      You wd really appreciate my patience on this matter as after spending 21k i am not able to take services of my new brand AC. Days are passing summers are slowly changing into monsson. Till the time i wd be able to use my AC perfectly, winters wd have arrived.

                                      Hi Voltas,

                                      I am Diwakar Gupta, local resident of Vasundhara, ghaziabad.
                                      This is regarding my new brand AC(vertis plus) complaint, i have taken a new AC from dealer Vasundhara electronics, vasundhara, Gzbd, on 14th May 09, since that time only its not working. We came to know that its swing moter is also not working.

                                      Not working means its not cooling only fan is running. i have tried a lot but didnt get any satisfactory solution.
                                      You urself can imagine, wht state of mind i m going into after spending 20k bucks on a new brand appliance which is not working.
                                      1 or 2 out of 10 times its compressure runs otherwise it keeps releases normal wind.

                                      Some 15 days back we logged a complaint and service engg visits us but nothing changes as yet.

                                      I persume VOLTAS as a wonderful brand, thts why i went for this AC, as i was already using another AC (Vertis premium) which is working gud since 2 yrs.

                                      On 26th June, i logged another complaint and instantly i received a message on my mobile tht my Complaint no is 09JU260722 and a engg will visit in 24 hrs, but 96 hrs have gone and nobody is visited us yet even after reminding service center on 27th, 28th & 29th.

                                      I urge you to take neccesary action towrds this complaint by just not sending any engg but to get this burdon out of our mind, either by rectifying it or by replacing it.
                                      Will be highly oblized if some senior responsible resource from Voltas care can call me and take care of this isue on priority

                                        I mailed this complained on [protected]@voltasltd.com, this ID was mentioned on the call report o[censored]nited refrigeration but worst condition is that it also bounced, so faxing the letter on[protected] which is also not the correct number, so pls convey my complain to VOLTAS or whoever can help me to get the AC reapired.

                                        Dear Team Voltas,

                                        This has with reference to the above subjected complain no -09JU302007 (customer ID-C0017904), which we logged on 30th June 09 at 2:31 pm.

                                        This is just very sad to inform you that we purchased this particular split AC (Vertis Plus -3 star) on 28th of June 09 from Bharat Electronics, Najafgarh and it went faulty in just 1 day. We asked Bharat Electronics for help but he simply denied that it is not their headache to look after the problem and we need to log the call to service centre. He is right at his place but Is dealer is nowhere responsible if the product sold by him gets faulty in 1 day? Is he selling good product?

                                        Even then we did that and got the complain no... since after the day we are just frustated and getting more with each passing day.

                                        The engineer has visited on 4th July from United refrigeration and told that the outdoor fan motor has become faulty. He took the motor and promised to replace by next working day. Since 6th we are calling to united refrigeration and everytime they tell someone is coming but no one has visted yet and our AC is down.

                                        Is this the kind of service VOLTAS provide and will keep n providing for 5 years? I am very helpless to write all these stories to you, even we people do our jobs and dont have time to write such lengthy mails. But i am left with no option. What is the use if your brand new product gets faulty in a day, why should we spend money on a product which doesnt get repaired in time.. Will we get it repaired in winters and have our room chilled at that time.

                                        Kindly make the AC functional soon at any cost and Many Thanks for the wonderful service of VOLTAS LIMITED.
