Dear sirs,

I bought one air conditioner from one of your dealers in Chennai on 1.05.05.I give below the particulars of the equipment.
Name of the Dealer : Sri Maruti Aircon
No.90, Abbusali Street,Saligramam,Chennai - 600093
Credit Bill dated 01.05.05 vide bill no 75682.

Unit No: 401070U05D13365
Make : 1.5 Ton Vertis premium
Presently the equipment is under AMC with one of the local service dealers M/s Sub Zero Technology,Raja Salai,K.K,Nagar,Chennai-600078 vide Serial No.1328 dated 15.08.09
In fact I have been under AMC right from the day the warranty period for the manufacturer was over.
Very recently I was experiencing problem with my remote control. The remote control was dead and there was no at all functioning.
I personally reported to the above service centre and also registered my complaint with VOLTAS helpline no and the customer ID is 09SP 181692 through my mobile no [protected].The service dealer registered the complaint and informed me that the complaint will be referred to service centre of Voltas in Saidapet in Chennai.
The Dealer after 5 days returned the remote saying that the complaint has been attended in VOLTAS service centre in Saidapet in Chennai.I had to pay Rs.250/ for the service charges for complaint attention.
In fact I have to do the chasing with the dealer to get my remote and there was no attempt by your dealer to reach me on their own .
Immediately after I reached home I checked my remote with the machine for working condition.
After sometime I was shocked to see my remote hanging and once again I Could not operate my A.C. and I had to be content with operation of the system in LOW FAN MODE which was default.
I had to once again personally go to service centre and report about my complaint with the remote in hanging condition. As usual your service centre people told me that once again they will check with VOLTAS SERVICE CENTRE to find out the root cause of the complaint.
I have also raised a query with service centre if remote was covered AMC and if so why it could not be replaced. I had to pull out the conditions in AMC and explained to them that there was no specific mention about the AMC coverage for remote
After 5 days have passed and repeated follow up with service centre and I am sorry to mention here it was always a once sided attempt and no call back by the dealer to customer to inform me about the status of remote.
On 6th day I went to service centre and I was informed that there was problem in remote which is beyond the scope of repair by even VOLTAS SERVICE CENTRE and the dealer informed me that they would replace my remote on FOC ( free of cost) and the charges collected by them would be refunded.
After 3 days I had to again go to service centre to collect my new remote ie on 18.09.09.The service dealer as committed earlier gave me a replacement remote and returned the service charges collected earlier to me.
I went back home and tried to use the new remote the same night. My agony did not end but continued when I used the new remote handed over to me by the service centre.
The entire board malfunctioning and both the PC board and remote control both started malfunctioning and I had to literally stop the A.C m/c and report to service centre once agin next day.
Mr.Suresh ,Technician from service dealer came to house next day(19.09.09) to check my remote along with A.C.After attending to the complaint for nearly one hour he removed the P.C board with a doubt that problem may be in board and the complaint has to once again to VOLTAS SERVICE .He removed the P.C board and took along with the remote for attention in VOLTAS SERVICE CENTRE in Saidapet in Chennai.
He had given direct connection to A.C m/c and informed us to use the M/C for not more than 30 minutes every time.
In between the Pooja holidays came and Mr.Suresh cam back with the board after repeated follow up by me on 30.09.09 saying that the complaint was rectified in service centre.
After the PC board was replaced in the A.C m/c and then tried by him the same problem existed and once again he gave direct connection to A.C m/c saying that the problem was only with remote and that P.C.Board was alright in service centre.
From that day onwards I have been frantically trying to reach each and every body in voltas to get my problem resolved and nothing has happened.
I was told by service dealer that he has placed order with VOLTAS for new remote and it is expected in a week’s time. I tried to contact local VOLTAS in Chennai. Some parrot talks have been given though but my problem remains unresolved.
Still today iam forced to use the A.C m/c only for 30inutes and after that I have to switch of the machine due to non availability of the function board.
For your information I am owning another A.C m/c of different manufacture and the level of service even in AMC can not be matched by you even after years.
I am enclosing some of the statements of your organization down loaded from your site which is quiet contrary and pathetic when compared to real situation for a poor customer like me.

I would request any one of you from your organization to immediately intervene and sort out my complaint at the earliest by 13.010.09 to save the name of TATA group who are recognized for their excellent after sales service support.

Voltas Vertis Premium — Faulty Product and Worst after sales Service

I Purchased the Volats Vertis Premium 1.5 ton AC from Bansal Electronics Ltd Gurgaon 15 days(28 th April) back which is a faulty product. On receiving the AC it did not had the remote along with it for which I submitted the complaint with Voltas customer case for which I did not received the response till date. The remote was handed over to me by the dealer. Now after 15 days, the fan unit of the Split broke while running and on submitting the complaint with Voltas the technician visited after continous phone calls and follow ups. On checking he says that the Fan is not covered under the warranty and I will have to bear the charge of it's replacement. This is reallly making fool of the customers after giving the faulty product which lasted for 15 days. My complaint numbers with Voltas are 11AP2800096 and 11MY1405262.
Please let me know what are my options to get the faulty unit replaced or get my hard earned money back.

    I purchased Voltas Vertis Plus 1.5 Tone Window AC from Naveen Electrotech, New Delhi on 05th October 2009. At the time of purchase the dealer told me that you will get 2 free service. Demo was also given by Voltas person and they also confirmed that they will service the AC twice for one year. But till date my AC is not serviced even once and when I contacted them they are now saying that the AC is out of warranty by 2 days. WHAT TYPE OF AFTER SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS......????

    Hi,

    I totally agree with the complaint because even I want post the same complaint. I bought a voltas split a/c in the month of march but till now nobody came for the first service we have made hundreds of calls to the customer care they always say that tomorrow someone will come to your house but till today nobody turned up. we have been spending money to make phone calls for the customer care everyday I really regret to post this complaint. I hope the concerned authorities will look into it and take necessary action. If I would have known such a poor service earlier i would have gone for someother brand.
    We have bought a Ac from Voltas Ac. They have given us a warranty for 1year. But with in 6months we found their is no cooling. We contact many times to dealer. They are not sending trained perople to provide good service. Now if we call them they hang up phone call. We have been spending money to make phone calls for the customer care everyday I really regret to post this complaint. I hope the concerned authorities will look into it and take necessary action. If I would have known such a poor service earlier i would have gone for someother brand.

      I Had Launch one complaint on 10/09/2009 regards to problem in swing motor and i had call many times regards to this but still my complaint is not resolved this is first time we are getting bad service from Voltas....the Co. should improve their Customer Services...

      I had purchase 1 ton Voltas Plus AC from Jain Sons, Valasaravakkam, Chennai. They assured three free services, but ever register of compliant they send one service man from private at the end of the year. The service man boroken the sewing wings machine. He assured to change because of warranty period. but even after make several complaints no one came. The warranty period also over. Now another serviceman after launching a complaint through Jainsons he assured to change after getting spare parts. Since from March, 2010 he never came. Yesterday 22.06.2010 I contact the service man Name Meyappan, he told me that you complaint to Voltas Customer care. we are getting bad service from Voltas...the Co. should improve their Customer Services and if possible solve my problem.         my bro got a 1ton split ac from VIVEKS chennai. it has been over one month since i gave a three month old remote for service. the remote was taken for service (for the second time) on 21st august no word from them till a gave them a wake-up call few days back. these ppl don't even transfer the calls to their supervisor.after giving them some nice scolding they came in the evening... WITH THE WRONG REMOTE...they still have not got me the correct remote. they have kept on asking me time to deliver the remote. the job sheet states a different a/c model from what 'm having and also a wrong bill number.no one knows how people manage their work. this is what u can expect from them the next time u go shop at VIVEKS. hope some one from the management sees the number of complaints against them and takes proper action.

            There are misleading e-mails being sent to customers of various Banks stating that funds need to be credited to their account with respect to some lottery / inheritance/ job offers / international funds transfer. We urge you not to react or share any information in response to such e-mails. No legitimate company will offer to send you a cheque/transfer funds to your account subject to your sending them some money. Such scams are a global phenomenon and a challenge to all banks. We have initiated action against the account number mentioned. We suggest you lodge a complaint with the local police, giving them the complete details of the case. We assure you that we will offer all co-operation in the investigation.

              The unit was purchased in June'09. After bringing home it was found that the water is not getting heated. Then after a few days the cold water stopped. The unit was taken to workshop & brought after repairs.Within ONE month again the water was not getting heated. Your techinician visited and replaced the BURNT WIRE. Now again within a month we are not getting cold water since last Thursday. After lodging the complaint, your technician visited today only to find that even after his repairing, the cold water is not available. He advised to take the unit to workshop again for the second time. There appears to be a SERIOUS MANUFACTURING DEFECT in this unit. You may varify the above through the documentations available with your office.We are now loosing our patience and thinking of approaching the CONSUMER FORAM.

                  Hi,

                  With regret I would like to bring this to your attention that your appointed service center seems to be disinterested in attending to my needs.

                  I want to first know the charges for AMC for my 0Voltas 8 ton window a/c and if I find it ok, then enter into the contract. The service center, I forgot the name but starting with 'A', appointed to attend to my needs, simply walks up to my door step for one time servicing. On informing him that I want to inquire about the AMC first, he assured a call back which has never happended till date.

                  I had specifically informed the call center agent about my needs when I called them first. I am not sure of the nature of call was raised accordingly but WHY didn't the service center call me back???

                  Are they not interested to take up my job? If this is the kind of attitude they show BEFORE signing up for AMC, I wonder what will happen AFTER I have paid them for the entire year.

                  I trust TATA and hence purchased this product and want their after sales service. Please inform me if you guys are not interested in after sales (PAID) service so that I can take other decision.

                  If you genuinely care for your customers, I expect a call form one of the Senior person to talk to me and get a resolution as per my needs.

                    My Cousin received a msg like this (which i have attached below) and it is 100% fraud. I checked with one of the employee who is working in Voltas in chennai and he confirmed that its a fake e-mail generated by some notorious source and they had a circular form their company regarding this and not to believe any of these mails. Also I want to suggest that any big/real companies who is willing to hire you won't ask you to pay/deposit money upfront. f

                        Respected Sir, I have brought the Voltas, vertis Plus 1.5 Tone ac from "AROVISION ELECTRONICS " ABOHAR Dist. Ferozepur on Date 04-06-09 . They give me a Stabliger which was not proper woking.I complaint this on the shop.They didnot atend the complaint . After one month i repeat again.The machanice come to my house and told that stabliger is not working so ac cannot run. I purchage a new stabliger from market and report this on "AROVISION ELECTRONICS ". Second time the a person came my house and told me that he is from voltas company. He chek the ac and told me that Remote is not working proper. On date 04-09-09 I go on above shop with remote. The deeler give me a old remote which is not marked any company name ,sr. no.,so and so.                           I am a TATA employee and I have bought Vertis elite 1.5 ton split AC from "Sri Maruthi Aircon, Saligramam, Chennai" on May 2009. Installation was done by 2 young guys who are inexperienced and did a very worst installation. I again fought with that agency and they corrected the installation.
                          Within a months time, i have a water leakage inside the room. On complaining to voltas they again send inexperienced service persons from the same Maruthi Aircon, he did some adjustments and went off without even checking and we kept on calling again for 5-6 times in this 4 months. This time i requested for a senior service technician and he detected that the cooling unit has to be adjusted and he wrote that in the service report and went off saying that someone will come and do ot. Again no one responded for 4 days, upon calling them one person came without any tools and he said that he had not brought any tools and assured that he will come again but as of today no one turned up. This makes us really frustrating and i am sure i will not recommend this TATA product to anyone because of this worst service. Does voltas have such bad dealers who does not care off their customers?

                          Voltas — HUGE CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY

                          MY AC IS CONSUMING VERY MUCH ELECTRICITY I BROUGHT IT IN JUNE 2008 FROM VOLTAS DEALERNOW THE DEALER IS NOT LISTENING GRIEVANCE PLS HELP ME [protected]
                          the service is extremely bad .My one year old got serviced by Shubham Services Sector 11, Noida thrice .
                          This authorized service centre holds no responsibilty of providing service on time. I had called 10 times to call the person and then they keep the AC for 2 to 3 days for repair.
                          Kindly take action and provide information to me.

                          SAMSUNG-Electric Shock on ACs — Poor Service, Inexperienced Dealer, Inexperienced SAMSUNG service persons

                          I bought two ACs from SAKSHE Electronics, R.K. Salai in Chennai last week and they told us that, installation will be done at fix cost (addl. charge for the wooden log if the Window AC not fit in the existing hole) and we agreed too. Service engineers took 3 days to install the ACs with lot of problems and from yesterday onwards, there is a water leakage from the Split AC indoor unit which is causing electric shock on the building wall and we immediately switched off the AC.

                          Resulting in, I had a bad experience with SAMSUNG and SAKSHE Electronics who is not at all taking care of the customer problems.

                          From the installation, I haven't used both of the ACs for at least one full day due to lot of issues with both ACs from the beginning and their engineers are not told us about how to keep the water pipelines and creating social problems apart from the technical problems.

                          1. Window AC water is going on the building wall which is affecting others in that building and received multiple complaints from them and due to this I put off the Window AC from past 2 days and we explained the same to SAMSUNG and SAKSHE and we need to wait for 24hrs. This is a fitting issue which is causing and they have to respond to the customer immediately.

                          2. Water leak (heavily) from the Split AC Indoor Unit and I called their service center people and conveyed about the problem. They told us that, engineer will come and solve the problem but nobody turned up. And now, they are asking me to call up the call center number and call center people are saying "you need to wait for 24hrs).

                          SAMSUNG service is very pathetic and I personally advice you all to think over on an alternative product even you put 1 or 2 thounsand(s) extra to go for good sleep (not a VIO-sleep from SAMSUNG) and SAMSUNG can not grow up if they keep dealing with SAKSHE kind of dealers and SAMSUNG's inexperienced service engineers.
                          Voltas and Tata both are synonums and they do'nt care for complaint.

                          Voltas — Not functioning of cooling

                          Three numbers of spilt AC 1.5 tonn made of voltas from local dealer Shyamjee Store, main road, Jharsuguda-768201, state - Orissa, Country - India is not functing properly also not pooling as per scale. Several complains has been lodged and the local servicing centre, Sriram Honda, Jharsuguda is not meeting the queries and complains. It is the matter of grate regret the local serivce in-charge is behavior properly. So i am to inform you to take immediate step repairing / replacement of the concerned ACs. Thanking U.

                          I bought this AC less than a year back and my swing was broken 3 months back by the technician himself and now they had not repaired it from the last three months.
                          the voltas is a big company n still their servise ie vry poor...they dont attened their customers well.

                          I had bought voltas minimagic water dispenser 3 months back and it stopped cooling. i lodged a complaint and got it repaired. The day i got back the dispenser it still was not working. I lodged another complaint but nobody contacted me for 3 days. I called their service centre no. to know the status of my complaint and was surprised to hear that the status reflecting there was "call closed".
                          I had to lodge another complaint and a representative came to see the problem. After observing he asked me to send the defected dispenser to their service centre in ludhiana for repair. I protested that it was their mistake to have send me the defective piece without repair so why should i bear the expenses of sending and then carrying back my dispenser. But the respresentative would not listen. I got the dispenser delivered to the service centre and its been 4 days and still the repair has not been done. The service centre guys say it will take another 3-4 days for the dispenser to get repaired. All this matter is known to the service manager in Ludhiana area whom i had called atleast 3 times for the poor service i am receiving but nothing has been done. i dont think the company (voltas) knows the importance of after sales service. Its really sad to see that a company from the TATA stable does not recognise the importance of customer satisfaction???

                          I, Sachin Chawla, resident of 183, Punjabi Colony, Narela, Delhi-40, purchased two units of 1.0 ton split AC from AMBICA ELECTRONICS, Bawana Road, Narela on 21-04-09. They sent two mechanics Mr. Surender and some another person to install the AC’s on 22-04-09. The mechanics installed both AC’s but taken one of the drain pipe with them which was given with AC by the company. I told to Ambica Electronics about this matter, they noted my complaint and assured that my problem will be solved soon, but nothing happened so far. I again met Ambica Electronics but they said that I should have contacted Mr. Parvesh (the head of installing team & owner of Prakash Refrigeration, Sanjay Gandhi Nagar). After this I asked Mr. Parvesh for the drain pipe, he gave me the mobile number of Mr. Surender (who installed thr AC’s).When contacted Mr. Surender, He argued with me very badly and misbehaved with me and said” hamain pipe ke baare mein kuch nahi pata, aapko jahan bhi complaint karni ho kar lo, main company ka aadmi huin, koi mera kuch nahi bigad sakta”. I was shocked when treated so rudely by a person who was an employee of such a renowned company. I sent a request to the customer care. Mr. Rajul Pratap who registered my complaint (Complaint Number- 09AP243021 Dated[protected], assured me that my problem will be solved on the same day and the problem was solved for the short time because the mechanics connected the hard and heavy water supply pipe instead of the light weight pipe which was given by the company. That pipe fell off just after a few ours. Now, every time when I switch on the AC, water is coming out of the AC and spreading in the entire room flooding it. Now I have been complaining since 24-04-09 regularly (complaint numbers with the dates respectively are 302145 date[protected] and 09MY044182 date[protected].
                          I also contacted Mr. Sumit Talwar (Service Manager of our area mobile number [protected]) many times but all in vain. Please solve my problem at the earliest possible and take a suitable action against the erring staff of your company and train them suitably to be sufficiently customer friendly.

                          On 27th April we have log a complaint to Voltas service center about our new just one month split AC is not working. In first call they said that with in 24 hours you call will be attended. Which did not happen. From then every day we are calling then regarding the same. still they have not attended the call. On 30th April i had call with Voltas senior person Mr. Satya Prasad and he committed me that my complaint will be attended on priority bases. Which till now has not happen. Then yesterday also i call them and I had a chat with Mr. Swapnil Ghodke who is most senior person from Voltas. he also committed me that today they where going to attend my problem. Which still has not happen. Now I called then and now they said me that tomorrow we will attend your complaint. Now this is to much. Voltas service center is careless.

                          Please look into this as we have purchase new AC for this summer and that we are not able to use it.

                          I have purchased two Voltas Verties AC in 2007. After two years the remote of both the ACs are not working. Many times the Service Engineer of VOLTAS (M/s Timex, Ranjeet Nagar, New Delhi) visited our place but could not able to repair the remote. The Engineer told us that the remote is beyond repair & they will change the remote for Rs.975/- I agreed and told him in July, 2010 to change the remote but till now nothing has been done. Finaly the Service Engineer told us that this modle is VERY OLD (2007 MODEL) and they do not have a new remote to change and the whole PCB should be changed of both the ACc that costs Rs.2500/- per AC.

                          I lodge the complaint regarding on non cooling from my Voltas Vertis Plus Split AC (1.5 Ton) on 16th September to Voltas Customer Care[protected]. The executive confirmed me that the technician would visit my place with in 48 Hours and will rectify the problem. The technician visited my place on next day and charged Rs. 400 for his visiting charges. He confirmed me the problem has been found and there is a need to replace the fan fixed in the outdoor unit of the AC. He confirmed me that he will come on next day (i.e, 19th Sep,2011) to fix the problem. But to my surprise there was no call from the service station or technician for entire week. After waiting for entire week it was me again who contacted the Customer Service again, on this they assured me that they will check with the workshop on the delay. They put me on con call with Workshop Manager and assured me as they don't had the equipment (i.e fan which needs to be replaced) in their workshop that's why they were unable to replace the fan in last week but now they are in possession of the fan and they will definitely replace the same on Monday (i.e, 26th Sep,2011). But again added to misery there was no call from the technician for next two days. On Wednesday I got the call from the technician and he told me that the fan which they have is not supporting the motor of the outdoor unit which is under no fault. On just checking his intention on this part I asked him the cost part of the motor and on this he told me that he will get the best discounted deal for this. My question to the Voltas management is that if this is their propaganda to earn extra amount from their customer who choosed their product from the market when other products were also available there in the market. There is no call from the customer care on the follow up the case and it is me only who is chasing these guys. Its 1st Oct, 2011 and still my AC needs to be repaired from the workshop, if they are not able to serve their customer there is no need of 24x7 call center. Totally unacceptable response from the voltas customer care who have no control over their workshop. Now its 17th day and still my problem persists the same.

                          Voltas — Unacceptable Customer Service

                          I lodge the complaint (11SP1604559) to Voltas Customer Care on 16th September, 2011. Its the 17th day since I lodge the complaint and still there is no response from the Voltas Customer Care. I had made around 50 calls to Customer care and all went in vain as am still waiting for the technician to visit my pace. Totally unacceptable response from Voltas Customer care. It seems they don't have any concern for their customer and their technician are of no use. Its now the 17th day since I lodge the complaint complaint and I am still at square one.

                          Voltas — Not attending compressor complaints of Split A C

                          I purchased one Volas Split AC on 07.09.2008 vide invoice no. 80382 (Book No.1608) from M/s Pankaj Electronics, Yusuf Sarai, Main Road, Green Park, New Delhi-110016 with five years compressor warranty. On 19.05.2012, I lodged a complaint of some noise problem in the compressor at Voltas customer care and also by e-mail . But the voltas have not located/ rectified the same till date.
                          I purchased a Voltas Vertis Plus 1.5 ton split air conditioner from Reliance Digital during Jan 2011 for Rs.34, 000/- . Since inception the installation was extremely poor and shoddy. At the time of installation itself the refrigerant leaked out. That was repaired but the condensed water accumulation instead of falling out of the room started falling inside the room. The three services that were provided by technicians, was, I must state, were terrible and I brought it to the notice of Tata Voltas via email. I wrote it down in their work sheet too. Now my air conditioner has started malfunctioning, in that the unit is not cooling any longer. A service request was made on[protected] at 17.30 hrs appox and a service request docket number [protected] was SMSed to me by Voltas Customer Care. Even after promising service within 24 hours, I am yet to hear from the company. I am now repenting having purchased Voltas instead of LG whose service is excellent. The next air conditioner that I will install will not be Voltas.
                          We have been facing cooling problem in our Voltas Split AC for over a week. After filing the complaint against this to the customer care service, they came after 2-3 days on 8th may 2015. Then recognizing the problem they told us that there is a gas leakage problem in our AC and there will be refilling of gas by another service agents by tomorrow I, e, on 9th may 2015.                             With regard to my invoice no.156. I have purchased a voltas vertis gold split 1.0 air contion dated on 9 may 2009 from COOL BIRD TRADING CO.(bp-29 pitam pura delhi 110088

                            few days from the day of purchase their is a gas leakage in the ac.then i have complaint this problem to their customer care with complaint no 09my292294. they solve the problem of gas leakage but after few days some problem come again. the problem occurs 4 times and the last complaint no is 09au071076 dated on 7.8.2009 . i have request them to change my air condition. firstly they do not agree to change but later on they agree but till now i have calling them daily but they do not act upon my compliant.

                            i request u to take need full steps regarding my complaint. and chang my both pieace of air condition(outer unit and inner unit). as soon as possible.

                                I have bought Vertis VOLTAS 2 ton split AC from "DHURIA AND CMPANY 169 RED SQUARE MARKET HISSAR". Within a few time, i have a problem in its cmpressor. On complaining to same, he did not respond for many days and on calling again, he is asking for Rs 4000 to change the compressr Does voltas have such bad dealers who piss off their customers?

                                Yes I agree. My AC had some issues and voltas diagnosed that compressor needs replacement. Though my 1 Year AC warranty just expired, compressor is still with in the 5 year warranty. The dealer has quoted Rs.4600 for expenses such as gas recharge + labour + i dont know what else.

                                This came as a rude shock. I managed to talk to someone at Voltas too. But he also reflected the same views as that of dealer and mentioned I have to bear other incidental charges.

                                So guys BEWARE.. 5 years warranty for compressor - is all marketing gimmick.. And even Voltas, a TATA company isnt fair.. I am very disappointed to know I am cheated by a marketing gimmick..
                                Yes they people are cheating like anything.. People should move to consumer court,

                                      I Manoj Kr. Dhaka purchased a voltas split A.C 1 ton vertis ( Serial N0.-4551067P[protected] plus on dated 29 may 2009 (Bill No.-2347) from Shree Sudarshan Electronics, F-24/1, sector-3, Rohini, Delhi-110085 (Ph. No[protected],[protected].
                                      On 14 june 2009 there is a SIAC leak in my AC and whole gas is leaked. After calling service centre they repaired it with gas welding machine and and gas is filled.The service engineer at that time suggest that this A.C unit is faulty and advised me to replace it. Than i informed this to Shree Sudarshan Electronics (The dealer) and also to the local service manager but no feed back given to me after that.

                                      Again same problem accured on dated 14 june 2009 and again after filling the gas local service engineer Mr. jamal suggest me to replace this A.C from company. I again informed this to lacal service manager and the dealer but no actio taken place.

                                      Again same problem occurred on dated 16 july 2009 and the visiting service engineer given me in written to replace the A.C unit. I again informed this to the dealer and local service manager on phone but nothing is done till date. The local service franchise name is GINNY AIRCON and its address is BA12, Mangolpuri, Industrial Area, Delhi-110083 (Ph.- [protected],[protected]

                                      Now Iam informed you about this matter so that my A.C unit will we replaced as soon as possible.

                                      VOLTAS SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER — Delay in replacement

                                      Sir
                                      Through the esteemed voice of your channel I would like to raise my voice against VOLTAS company which delays in replacingg the indoor unit of A.C.
                                      I purchased voltas vertis split AC in April 2010.There was a problem of water liking from indoor unit.I registered my complain on 16/06/2010.The complain No. is 10 JU 1601399.
                                      The company service men took away AC for checking to their workshop on[protected].After 02 days I was told that the fault is irreparable as it is manufacturing defect.Therefore you will be replaced with a new indoor unit.
                                      I almost call everyday about the replacement.
                                      I get reply from their side that it is under process.
                                      I mailed the company twice about the matter but to my surprise they didn't took any trouble to console me even.
                                      May I please request to raise my voice through your esteemed channel so that I can get the replaced piece at the earliest.I am thinking to go in the consumer court also.

                                        I have purchased an 1.5 ton split AC-voltas vertis premium on 2-jul-09, from higloo marketing, west mambalam chennai-33.tamilnadu.we have complained of water dripping and low cooling problem to the dealer twice and he has turned up once and said gas in the ac machine needed to be refilled, which he did so once.but again from next day the same problem is continuing.we have informed the problem but the dealer has not turned up.will the company replace the machine or rectify the problem.we have also bought an samsung 1.5 split ac which is working very well.
