I have been trying to reach the Service station or the sales person to listen to the complaints which is persistant to all the products of TATA like 2 Voltas Vertis AC model no. 4501089/2008, Aquaguard and Vacuum cleaner. They make false promises of AFTER SALES SERVICES. They never turn up. Tata employees are ruining the images make false commitments.
Please ask your dealer to attend ASAP.

I have required a diffrent type or model (capacity) & pirce list of Water cooler & his sales point in Muzaffapur (Bihar).
service of voltas is worst.Respect we had with Tatas...we are loosing it...I feel have been cheated
Split AC bought from Voltas dealer M/s Divya Electronics,
Mayur Vihar, New Delhi in June 2015 showed defect in Fan and Motor of
Compressor. Complaint was lodged on 5th July 15. Since then I am making calls
daily to Voltas customer service, their service officials at different levels and
the dealer. False excuses and commitments have been given time and again by
their officials.I do not know what credibility Voltas AC enjoy in market but I know
that I have been ditched by them where they do not maintain proper inventory to
supply defective parts to their consumer like me even after 21 days. Is this
their efficiency that they claim and is this their commitment that they write in
their guarantees. Do they not misguide their consumers. Is it not a breach of
contract if their is undue delay in service and irresponsible promises from
Customer care and service officials.
It is learnt from one of the officials of Voltas AC that they obtain their spare parts from China that often give trouble to consumers but that saves Voltas on cost.

    I had purchased Voltas Vetris Plus1.5 ton Split AC in Sep 2008. Ever since it was installed we are not able to use it. The outdoor unit installed is making lots of noise. The noise is so high that I am sure that even airplane engine doesn’t makes that much noice.

    After repeated complaints one technician came to our house and told that the Outdoor unit balance is not leveled. He tried to fix this but he failed, he said that he will come again with some rubber stands to fix the problem. But never come back. Since then we have logged 4 complaints but still the same result.

    Its cooling is pathetic. I have Samsung 1.5 ton AC which was installed 3 years back. This 3 yrs old Samsung’s cooling is better than brand new Voltas Vertis.

    On complaints the technician says this is the best voltas can do. We can not do anything about this.

    I would advice my friends to avoid Voltas. The service and performance is pathetic. Buy any other brand but not Voltas.

    I have facing same problem.By purchasing Voltas A/C, Now i am thinking that I brought trouble to my home.Outdoor unit noise is terrific.After coplaining to Votas Care Center, No resonse from them.

    I would also strongly advice my friends to avoid Voltas. The service and performance is pathetic. Buy any other brand but not Voltas.

      I have bought two Voltas A.C, One window AC of 1 ton and one split AC of 1 ton last year. As per company policy, the company and the dealer (Yamuna Refrigerations Mr. Raju, of Yamuna Nagar, Haryana) has promised to give two free services in an year . One year is close to an end but the dealer is not paying any attention to the complaint. For the last 2 months i have been going to the dealers office, calling him regularly to do the service, as the AC is not cooling the room, but he is turning a deaf ear to our complaint. I have registered the complaint to the Voltas main complaint office in bombay also on 24th April 2009, they also promised to rectify the complaint within 48 hrs but till date 13 days have passed and they have done nothing. My complaint no. is 09AP240158 and customer id is C0892600.
      I have made a complaint of the dealer m/s Yamuna Refigerations, Yamuna Nagar Haryana to the Area Sales Manager of the co. ( Mr. Rahul ) also but till date, he also has not taken any action.
      Now, as the summers have approached, and after 2 months of repeated torture, we are helpless and at the hands of the company.
      I request you to please tell me, what should i do ? I have already spent so much amount in the calls to the co. and the dealer. Please help me in this regard.

      complaint of dealer — not attending and also not helping

      good evening respected sir/madam, i am from chandigarh sector 37, the vodafone dealer is in 37 c, the official sitting there is not helping..when ever i visit there they are all (females) eating n eating...actually i've lost my mobile last yr..n i visit there for duplicate sim...the dealing lady official..i don her name...said...take sim tomorrow..day tomorrow i visit there she said come tomorrow...this episode repeat vid me at least 20 times...at last i told her to wid drw my connection...there she replied...aap bade rude ho rahe ho...so sir...pl pay ur costly attention to my application...and change..that dirty staff frm sector 37 c, chandigarh...so that it will b eazy for me and other customer to pay bill and other information...thanx...my cell no is [protected]...vijay

      Voltas A.c — Pathetic services and Poor Product

      I bought an A.C in the month of May on 11th. I visited a showroom in Central Market in Lajpat Nagar for Voltas Elite (A.C). I saw different brands of A.C at that time and i decided to buy a Voltas Elite(1.5 ton A.C) just because of the brand name and it's market image. We bought Voltas Elite but after 6 days i have been told by the dealer that the Voltas Elite was not in the stock and i was delivered Voltas Vertis Plus with 1 year warranty. And today is 18th of july , it means 14th month back i bought the A.C. As we know that in Delhi normally a person uses A.C for 5 months and after 5 months o[censored]sage the product is of no use as the motor of the fan was not working. The executive from Voltas is asking for Rs. 1800 for replacing the fan motor. I want my motor to be changed free of cost, as it is just a 2 months above the warranty period, or we will understand that your products are designed to be failed after 1 year , to earn some extra money from the customer.
      I hope you will understand your customer need and serve us better.

      In continuation with the letter which I send on 22.07.2010 I would again like to draw your kind attention on the problem related to my split AC. After I wrote you about the problem related to my AC, a unit was sent to me from your company as a replacement but that unit was an older defected unit and also only half part of the unit was sent to me. Therefore I refused to accept that unit and contacted to your office at Lucknow. They told me that a complete new unit will be sent to me. But I have not received any new unit till date. Whenever I ask about it to my local dealer he gives me a new date and seems helpless to me. I am really astonished with this kind of response from a company like Voltas. I request you to immediately look into this matter otherwise I will be bound to go for some legal proceedings.

      Sir,
      I have purchased a Split A.C. of capacity 2 ton model Vertis Plus S from Frige Care Sales & Service Golghar Gorakhpur Uttar Pradesh on 16 June 2010. After using it for 1 month I found that the unit is not working well when the room temperature is more than 33 or 34 degree centigrade. It is not able brought the temperature below 27 to 30 degree centigrade when the room temperature is around 33 to 36 degree centigrade even in 3 to 4 hours. The floor area of the room is 12 feet x 18 feet and the hight is 12 feet. I have reported my dealer about the problem several times and every time either he has put more gas in the outdoor unit or servised the indoor unit but there is not much change in the performance of the A.C.. Now he is suggesting me to change the place of the indoor unit.
      As I know that the Voltas is a premier company with world class products, I request you to look into the matter and instruct your dealer to change my A.C. and provide me a better model of the same.

        i bought a model of voltas vertis plus 1 tonn ac on 11.06.2008. the body that was broken from the very day it was unwrapped. many complaints were made to the dealer as well as the company itself by the means of telephone as well as personally. but no signs of service has been shown. due to warranty, the immediate change of the body is expected but none actions are taken by the authority. immediate action is expected and a better service is needed by the company voltas.

          Last year I purchased a voltas ac from RAGHU ELECTRONICS SONEPAT on 12 may 2008, the problem occured after 2 months only that ac stopped cooling. i camplaint and service provider changed the compressor now on 24 april 2009 i switched on my ac its again not cooling . after filling complaint no one is hear to hear me. and even the raghu electronics owner and the complaint office are treating like slaves sir they are only waiting for 12 may so that the guarantee periods get over its my request to kindly go through it asap

          NOT WORKING PROPERLY SINCE AFTER 2 MONTHS

          Last year I purchased a voltas ac from cooler interprises, opposite sujata cinema main road ranchi(jharkhand) on 31 may 2008, the problem occured after 1 months only that ac stopped cooling. i camplaint and service provider changed the compressor now on 8 april 2009 i switched on my ac its again not cooling . after filling complaint no one is hear to hear me. and even the cooler interprises owner and the complaint office are treating like slaves sir they are only waiting for periods get over its my request to kindly go through it asap

            A guy from Voltas service centre, Jammu has visited our place to foolowup the complaint placed by us at the Voltas service centre. The complaint was that the remote of the Voltas split AC was not functioning properly, the guy took the remote from us & take it to service center for repairing it at the month of Jan.`09. but till date i.e. 4-5-2009 the remote was not handed back to us, inspite of various complaints were lodged through E=Mails to Mr. Anil Sharma who forwarded my complaint to Mr.vijay sharma & Mr. Pankaj Mehrotra & I myself has visited a no. of time at the Voltas service Centre asking for my split AC remote the only assurance wI get is that it will be handed over to me soon. I does not know that how one will reli on a company like this.

            both remote and remote sensor defective i need new one from where i get this?
            I do agree with this. I am from Chennai and I faced the same issue. My Voltas Split AC remote and sensor had been taken to Voltas service center in Chennai Chetpet on 20th April 2010 by Voltas so called Engineer informing that it will be returned back within 3 days. Till today (17th June 2010) I must have made a minimum of 150 calls to the service center for getting it back. When ever I call someone will pick and provide different answers like it will be sent soon, engineer is on the way with remote etc etc. The engineer has not reached yet. I think he is coming by walk from Antartica to give the remote to me. The so called Manager in that office one Mr. Prashant will never picks up phone. Once when I checked the route to the Voltas Service center, the person who attended the phone did not provide stating that even if you come you will not get it then why should you come?? This is the worst service experiance in my life. So pathetic, Lethargic and irresponsible. My baby girl who is 3 months old has got fever since we could not adjust the AC temperature or set timer. I do not know whom to contact and what to do to escalate this to some senior officials in Voltas. Service center number is[protected]. Service report No. is 91908 and call number is 18748.               My AC is not working peroperly after attending your service privider and he is only one point that due to wire loose connection the AC is not working properly. The wireing of my house is checked by the electrician and there is no loose connection was found and the AC is start by the remote 5 or 6 times when hardly the remote operating system is started one time, thereafter when the compresure started the indoor unit take trip and the same procedure is continuing for 6 & 7 trips, after that the outdoor unit is functioning.
              This is my 4th complaint and in request you to send a perfect machanic to visit my house and rectify the fault.

              Dear Sirs,

              I purchased one unit 1.5 ton Voltas Vertis Gold Split AC No. 4551082M09C001113 and out 4511082M09C000452 from your authorised dealer M/s Shivalik Aircon, 14/50 West Punjabi Bagh West, New Delhi 110026 on the 12th of this months. After installation I report as under:

              1. the swing is not working properly, 2. the remote stand is of some other model and the same does not fit into the remote, 3. Some minor irregularites in installation and 4. there is no guarantee card of the unit from your end. I presume that the dealer's verbal guarantee is no guarantee. I need the guarantee of your product from you. Furthermore, in your manual there are two free service coupons which are not stamped by the dealer.

              I had put up a complaint with the dealer but till this day no action has been taken.

              Will you please take immediate action and send one of your service engineers to comply with my complaints. Frankly speaking, I am not the least satisfied with your product and attitude of your dealer.

              I sincerely hope that you would do the needful without delay.

                Sir,

                I have purchased VoltasAC 1.5 T.vertis elite model from Allied electronics H-10 Dilshad Garden
                PH; [protected] on 25.04.2009, but it is not giving cool air. Voltas company service engineers have visited and taken away AC on 28.04.2009 for repairing etc.. Allied electronics have do nothing to replace the machine as it is not function at all.Allied electronics may be asked to pay atleast cartage charges for to & fro transporting charge up to service centre of voltas company at jagat puri parwana road Badev park

                  I feel highly depressed after purchasing a Voltas AC which is under Warranty and has developed a snag in its compressor. I lodged two complaints and subsequently
                  Mr.Manpreet Singh technician of your companay inspected the said AC on 23.4.2011 vide Service Report No.104271 and took away Cash of Rs.1000/- on the prextent that the said AC requires Gas Refilling. On taking the AC to your company ,your company mechanic will also examine Compressor and shall also replace the same if there will be any defect in the Compressor and that that your company vehicle shall take away the defective AC the next day but your vehicle never turned up till date.



                  I reported the entire episode to the attendants Sh.Prashant (Hyderabad) on 26.4.2011, again to Mr.Narender (Hyderabad) on 27.4.11 and again to Mr.Prafful (Pune)at Call centres at above Toll Free Number. All of them esnured that 'ALERT' is being issued to Mr.Manpreet Singh for taking immediate remedial action. Sorry to intimate that "ALERT' has also gone in vain.



                  Is it the FAIR state of affairs of your reputed company of TATA GROUP. Such irresponsible mechanics are giving acute bad name to the company.



                  TAKE IMMEDIATE CORRECTIVE ACTION FAILI NG WHICH I RESERVE MY RIGHT TO SEE YOUR COMPANY IN THE CONSUMER COURT.

                  I HOPE THAT THIS UNPLEASANT HAPPENING WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN.

                    PURCHASED 1.5 TON SPLIT A.C. IN THE MONTH OF MARCH, 2009 FROM S.S.ENGINEERS AND ASSOCIATES, MAMOORGANJ, VARANASI. SINCE INSTALLATION VARIOSTYPE OF PROBLEMS WERE ENCOUNTERED. FIRSTLY, THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO FIXED HOT AND COLD POINTS, SECONDLY, THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO FILL GAS IN THE COMPRESSOR WHICH RESULTED IN TNOT COOLINGTHE ROOM . NOW, THIS TIME AFTER LODGING THE COMPLAINT, THEY SEND THE PERSON ONLY TO INSPET AND TO PROMISE TO FIX PROBLEM ON MONDAY I.E.27TH OF APRIL, 09. NOW, EVEN TODAY, I.E.                     Mr Gaurav Kumar & Praful Chadra Varma but received no response.
                    There is serious problem with the unit which needs to be replaced as its under warranty Till 14/5/2010.
                    Immediate action is required.

                      I bought an A.C. of voltas from Kohli Sales, Jalandhar on 24th April' 2009, and on the purchase he gave us a written record on the bill promising free installation of A.C. and Free Demonstration but till today he didn't send anyone and after the purchase, he stopped attending our call on phone.

                      We have called many of voltas officials, but the only thing they did was giving us phone no.'s of other authorities with lethargic replies. and not helping us directly.


                      List of officials we called:

                      1. Mr. Ajay :[protected]
                      He gave us a phone no. of Ms. Navjot in Jalandhar office.


                      2. Ms. Navjot :[protected]
                      She said it will cost us extra charges for fiitting and demonstration.
                      She gave us a no. of Mr. Rajesh Sharma in chandigarh office.


                      3. Mr. Rajesh Sharma :[protected]
                      He contacted someone in Ludhiana's Sales Office and told us that they will take
                      immidiate action, but no reply after that.



                      After contacting these people, we again called Kohli Sales and this time Mr. Balvinder picked the phone and said that he has no idea that they have given this written note about free installation and demonstrBation.



                      I am really confused that after buying a product from a good trusted company why am I getting such worst response.

                      Is there any way I could teach that dealer some manners on how to give a proper service to customer.

                      I recently bought the Voltas Vertis plus 1.5 ton for Rs. 18, 800/- (Excluding stabilizer). However as per my survey, all dealers told that the installation charges will be extra depending upon the condition and place of window space supplied. I mean if everything is ready and they have just to put the AC in window they will charge around 200-300. However I must tell that the installation process in Voltas everywhere is so bad (I am in kanpur) that they will simply put in the AC in window (That we ourselves can also do) and run away. This happened with me. I had to call several rtimes the Voltas customercare to get the prob resolved, of course with consumer forum threat to them. PRACTICALLY THE DEALERS ARE JUST SHOPKEPERS SELLING AC LIKE ANY OTHER COMMODITY LIKE SUGAR, ATTA ETC. WITH NO COMMITTMENT AND LIABILITY. Wish you a happy experience with Voltas.

                        I PURCHASED VERTIS PLUS 1.5 TON A.C. THE AC WAS INSTALED AND STABILIZER FITTED ON 22.04.2009. THE PERSONS DEPUTED FOR DEMO (APPEARED UNSKILLED AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL) VISITED WITHOUT PRIOR INFORMATION AND WERE IN A HURRY TO GET THE SERVICE REPORT SIGNED FROM THE WORD GO. THEY SAID THAT THERE IS NOTHING MORE TO ADD BEYOND WHAT IS WRITTEN IN THE USER MANUAL. THE A.C. GAVE COOL AIR FOR A WHILE IN THE EVENING. WHEN I SWITCHED IT ON AT NIGHT ONLY THE FAN WAS WORKING. NO COOL AIR.

                        I LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH VOLTAS 25.04.2009. CALL No.09AP240890. THE PEOPLE AT THE OTHER END (PH No. 66628695/98) SAID THAT THE MECHANIC WIITH GIVE A CALL BEFORE COMING.

                        DID NOT CALL UP NOR TURNED UP
                        CALLED UP AGAIN 26.4.2009.
                        SAID THE MECHANIC WIILL COME AT 7 P.M. ON 27TH. BUT DID NOT TURN UP.
                        LATEST STATUS: CALLED TODAY (28.04.2009) AT 11 A.M. WAS TOLD THAT THE MACHINIC WILL CALL BEFORE COMING AND HUNG UP EVEN BEFORE I COULD SAY ANYTHING.

                          We had bought 6 Nos. of 2-ton split AC from Khanna Aircon, 59, Neelam-Bata Road, Faridabad, Voltas dealer in March, 2008 against our Purchase order No. 1657 dated 21.3.2008. The units were supplied by
                          Khanna Aircon vide their Bill No. 5369 dated 21.3.2008. After installation of one of the ACs, its stabiliser
                          was not working which was taken by them for replacement. Till date, after lapse of one year, stabiliser has not been returned.

                          Similarly on 9.9.2008, they have taken out PCB plate and display unit from one of the ACs and promised
                          to supply within a week. Sorry to say till date it has not been supplied.

                          All the relevant documents are available in our office.

                          May we request Voltas to intervene and get us our ACs back into working condition.

                            A couple of days back I purchased a Voltas Vertice Elite 1.5 T window AC from Efficient Cooling System, gurgaon. I was told that the AC would consume between 1-1.5 units per hour. But the AC is consuming more than 2 units per hour ( 2.2-2.3 to be precise). So I asked the service engineers at the voltas service centre in Gurgaon and they blatantly told me that they can't do anything about it and instead told me to change the meter. I even dropped a couple of mails in the Service enquiry section on the Voltas website, but haven't heard from them till date. I feel that I have been duped by the false gimmick of Voltas. Can anyone help me out.?

                              I have purchased an AC in 2007 June in Delhi. Delhi the weather condition is very hot for 6 months period only and AC will be used during that period only. As the warranty is only for 12 months the ac failed after 13 months in such a way as it is programmed to function so.

                              When i registered a complaint, voltas send some franchise's to my home for repairing the AC. The quarlity and the behavious of the staff is not up to the mark. When they see it a gas leakage they were very happy because it gives them an option to charge me for that. As this is the first time and i hope it happend only because of my bad luck i payed 3000 rs for repairing the AC. The summer season of 08 gone without any problem and now again in 09 season it stopped working with the same problem.

                              I have seen the team send by Voltas for repairing the AC is sitting on the AC when it was taken for repairing in a Cycle rickshaw. This show the dedication and professionalism of the company which is a tata enterprise. Now they are again asking me for a repiring charges for the problem.

                              More over the visit charges for the technician is 300 which is more than a senior doctors consultation fees. This time after seeing the simptom i have myself explained to their customer care manager regarding the possible cause of gas leakage.

                              Their customer care number is forward to Chennai call centre and they given me several numbers of the voltas Delhi office which is out dated and now functioning at this point of time.

                              Now i am totally frustrated with the quality of the product and planning to sell it off after 1.5 years of service. The technician visited my house told me that the issue is because of the atmospheric gas which is creating a corrosion to the pipes in the side the ac. I wondered how the refrigerators and my car ac is working fine without any problem from last 10 years and 7 years.

                              A window ac which is properly maintained is creating problem and company like voltas is ignoring the issue. I feel from the talks with customer care is that they force customer for AMC of the product by reducing the fundamental quality of the product.

                              I request attention of all the people who wanted to purchase the voltas as to think 10 time before purchasing it.

                              they dont know what customer and what customer care means. If they knows at least they might have not closed my complaint without proper rectification. Now also i don't expect any good behavior from them

                              I agree. Voltas service is usless. Never buy a VOLTAS AC. I lost my money. The AC didn't even work for 1 month and now the after sales service is not even responding.

                                My Complain against the Mohyal Air-Conditioning & Co., Safdurjung Enclave, New Delhi -110029.

                                I had purchased AC Voltas 1.5 Ton Vertis premium on 11th June, 2008. Still within Gaurantee period.

                                Last week, i called to the above mentioned Authorised Service Centre, person name is Mr. Gautam. He didn't come even after promising me. Always try to escape from attending my call and at last switched off. After that, i contacted to Mr. Sandeep - "He advised me since my gaurantee period is near about to expire, so don't try now for service". He asked me why didn't i do it earlier in Mar or Feb. They are busy now and not able to attend my request. They would TRY later on.

                                It is the MORAL DUTY of the VOLTAS CO. and is bound to compel them for AC service.

                                I HOPE you will consider my matter at the earliest.

                                I AS A DIRECTOR OF MODI TILES AND SANITARY HOUSE PVT LTD, ORDERED SEVEN SLIT AIR CONDITIONERS OF VOLTAS VIRTIS IN THE YEAR 2006, OUR SHOWROOM WAS BEEN VISITED BY MR SAHOO OF YOUR COMPANY AND PLASED THE REQUIREMENT OF SEVEN AIR CONDITIONERS AS PER THE AREA OF THE SHOWROOM, THE DELIVERY WAS MADE ON 18/10/2006 AND SO WAS THE INSTALATION AT MY SHOWROOM AND SINCE I HAD PROBLEM WITH THE MACHINES.

                                VOLTAS — DEFECTIVE AC SET, NOT REPAIRED DURING GUARANTEE PERIOD AND NOT REPLACED

                                Dear sir,

                                We have purchased an voltas AC on 09/08/08, from M/S Electro Cooling appliances, Guwahati, 1.5 ton, vertis plus Window AC, srno.037282.After purchase, it was not working, the dealer informed that it was a defective set.After 3 months with service centre, it was reinstalled at our residence.

                                In April, 09, when we needed AC on arrival of summer season, there was a problem that the compressor was always swithched -on even after the AC was switched -off.We have been complaining for the same to M/S Electro Cooling Appliances since April, 09.

                                But when it was not repaired, on 17/05/09, we e-mailed to company as a last option. On 19/05/2009, one tech.of company`s authorised service centre has taken the circuit and subsequently complete set from our residence, the repair of the same was delayed and the same was reinstalled on 06/06/09.

                                But still the same problem persists-compressor is always swithched on even if temprature reaches below the set temprature, even if AC is switched off and even in FAN mode.

                                I do not want to give the AC for further repair as your serivice centre normally takes few months in repair and I do not want to spoil my summer after bearing the cost of AC 10 months earlier. I claim of replacement of defective set with new AC as per the terms of guarantee. Being a large corporate, the company should adhere to the terms of guarantee .

                                Being harrassed by the poor service, poor quality of AC and not adherence to the guarantee for purchase, I will not have any other option but to take a legal help in the matter. But I request the company to provide the good service in north east also as we are paying much more than what paid by the customer in other parts of India.

                                Voltas AC — Non attendance of complaint

                                We purchased a 2 ton Vertis Plus Air conditioner on May 8, 2009 from Hindustan Refridgeration Stores, 2, 4, 5, Netaji Subhash marg, Darya Ganj, new Delhi - 110002, Bill No. 22803. The same stopped working on . June 06, 2009 A Complaint was lodged for the same on June 6 2009, on telephone[protected] Complaint No.09JU063289. which has not been attended till today. Everytime we call them up, we are told that the same would be attended today before the day end, but that's never to come. Ours is a place of Public interest and the non attendance of the complaint causing us a lot of discomfort, harassment as well as loss of revenue. Please let us know what measures could be taken for the same and is there anyway that we can return the air conditioner and claim the damages from the Company (Voltas)?

                                I purchased voltas split a/c 1.5 ton on 12.06.2009 from VIVEKS LTD tambaram chennai and within a week of installation the machine faulted we called the voltas service center but there was no response for our call.We are very unhappy with the poor customer service.plz take action against tis sir.We thought that tata ac was the best but they failed to fulfill our expectations.If the a/c does not work even for a week then what is the use of buying a tata product which is known world wide.Here after we will not suggest anybody to buy a product from tata.plz look into the matter and take necessary action against our complaint

                                I have purchased one Voltas (Vertis Plus 1.5 ton) Split AC from M/S Shah jee Electronics on 24.06.2009 vide their bill no 13775 for Rs 25000/- It was working properly till 15.07.2009 from 16 July onward it is not working properly after every fifteen minute its fan motor getting stopped its giving the hot air instead of cooling the room.

                                On 19 July 2009 I lodge a complaint through customer care cell and they have given me the complaint no 09JL190064. An engineer from Voltas came for repairing the machine on same day 19.07.2009 from the service center of Voltas and he has taken out the fan motor from the outdoor unit for replacement and he has assured us that it will be replace with in 24 hours and Ac will work properly. It is almost four day over nothing has happend in this regard when ever we talk to service center people they reply the voltas company is not able to provide us the fan motor and it will take another 3-4 days to replace the motor. As you know the weather of Delhi it is very difficult to leave without the AC now a days.

                                Therefore my request is please take the necessary action to repaired the AC as quickly as possible. As voltas is big company I can't be live that you are not able to provide the parts to service engineer if it is so I think you should give the standby to the customer. I am giving below the details of service center from the engineer came and who is saying company is not providing the parts to us.

                                We are using voltas " vertis" (2 ton) AC for our LAB . We purchased it from voltas on 2007. Now our AC outdoor fan motor not working properly. We approached your authorised service center at cochin on[protected]. But we got very poor response from them.Every time when we call them, they says spare motor is not available from voltas . Till date AC is not serviced yet.Today we contact Mr Geroge Kutty (Area manager of Voltas at cochin )( his mob nos is [protected] )we get a very bad response from him .He says he has no responsibility at all in this case.We are using 3 other Voltas AC in our firm .For your poor service in this case, for our future purchase we will compelled to avoid the name VOLTAS FROM OUR LIST.Consider this as a genuine one and take immediate action in this regard.

                                I purchased voltas split a/c 1 ton from VIVEKS LTD tambaram chennai and within a week after service the machine faulted, people from VIVEKS came for service and said us that the machine has to taken to wrokshop for repair, people from voltas workshop will come for that. But nobody returned back on this issue. Three weeks gone during the hot summer. Still issue issue has been addressed. We are very unhappy with the poor customer service. Due to the poor response, we decided to not to buy any voltas product in coming days. So please do the needful.without satisfying the customer no brand can survive long lasting.

                                I had purchased Voltas AC and i registerd the complain for sevicing 22 june 2010 my complain no. is 10ju2201238,after sale support service. However I am not getting any response from the company after repeated call at [protected] . While company is advertising that customer can call at any time in 24 hour and 7 days. After calling at this number customer kept on hold for indefinite time and no body responds the call. I am suffering a lot since last 09 days and holding for long time with a hope that some body will attend the call. I do'nt know why such a reputed company sells its products with falls commitment. Please look into the matter by providing safeguard to customers in large.

                                I had purchased one voltas 1.5 ton Ac Split (vertis classic) from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt Ltd., Kolkta on 27.11.2010 which was installed during end of December 2010. Due to faulty installation as soon as the AC is started, after 10 minutes only water is coming out of the Ac from the split portion in the room itself. As a result I am not able to use this AC. despite of my repeated call to Mr. Dabur Ali, who has installed the Ac in my house at BL-11, Sector-II, Salt Lake Kolkata-91, on his mobile no: [protected] but he is not entertaining the call causing deep concern.You would appreciate that due to the faulty installation by your authorized representative I am not able to use the AC in this summer. So the purpose of purchase of Voltas Ac is defeated. Due to non-response of your authorised representative, we and our group of companies for which I am Vice President has decided not to buy any Voltas Porducts in future. And this signal will be passed on to all our known companies, friends and relatives.

                                If no response is received within 7 days, I will have no option but to move to Consumer court to settle the issue and get the compensation from Voltas.

                                Voltas AC — Non attendance for Installation of AC

                                I asked for installation of Voltas AC on Fri, 27 May 11. I was assured that I would be attended to in 24 working hours. Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday have passed. I have repeatedly called the helpline and they have assured me of fast tracking the request, however, no action till date.                                 I am Dr. Amit Kumar from Delhi regarding this I will purchase your wind AC from one of the Delar KALPANA DIGITAL Laxmi Nagar Delhi on dated 26th June 2011. I have already pay the installation charges on delar I call to Customer Care they says that the technician attain compliant on tomorrow, But tomorrow never came. Who is responsible for that. Please resolve the Issue.
                                I purchased a Votas Split AC from Fridge House, Ernakulam, Cochin on 6th. Sept. 2008. It gave fairly good service except for water dripping from the room unit.

                                On 12.12.201 it failed and I tried to contact your Cochin Office and from all the telephone nos. I got the reply that nos. doesn't exists. Fainally I got the nos. from Fridge House.and contacted one of your franchisee, Hi Tech Refrigeration, Aluva (very close to my house). One technician came and replaced the capacitor. It was working for few hours and failed to work. They send another technician on 21.12.2011. He replaced a relay and later removed it saying that the new relay was defective.

                                My AC is out order for the past two weeks and I am not getting proper service from Voltas. I request you to immediately send proper technicians with necessary spares and see that my AC is put in working order.

                                I have purchased the AC (VA 1.5 Ton Silver 3* Split Voltas AC) from Bajaj Super Electricals, Ghazipur on 29th May' 12. From the date of purchase till now, it has been repaired for 4-5 times and if anyone calculates, it has worked only for 1-2 months and rest of the time (4-5 months) it's parts were being repaired from the technician and AC was not working throughout the summer.

                                For this issue, I raised one complaint # 12SP0502740 with the Voltas Customer Care 3 months ago (approx) and followed up multiple times to get the resolution. But every time when it was repaired, at that moment itself its PCB, either compressor or other parts were damaged in front of technician. Every time technician use to take down the part to repair and leaving the AC unused and useless.

                                Till today, it has been repaired for 5-6 times. Just imagine how frustrating it will be for Customer that AC did not functioned properly throughout the summer.

                                I lodged a complaint that New split AC has no cooling on 11.05.2013. Even after 18 days, the problem has not rectified. I worried why such a bad responding by Voltas. Customer care also worst response. Service men switch off and not picking the phone. I didn't expect this from Voltas.
                                Customer Service of Voltas is pathetic and is so irritating.
                                i have lodged a complain of non-cooling more than a month back and it is still unattended and nobody bothers even to attend call except their repeated sorry jargons.
                                It seems Voltas Ac services are dead now...

                                This is to note that I have purchased my Voltas Vertis (Split AC with 1.5 T Capacity) on May’2011 from Sambalpur, Orissa. After that I have relocated to first Gujarat & then currently at Delhi. I have started living in Delhi from Feb’2013.

                                I am very disappointed & frustrated with the service rendered by Voltas here in Delhi. My AC was installed in the month of Mar’2013 & till date it has been a nightmare for me.

                                Since Mar’2013 to till date my AC has been attended / repaired 7-8 times by Voltas’s various service agencies namely M/s Suri Aircon & M/s Hi Cool Refrigeration & I have paid close to Rs.14000/- as maintenance fee. (Where as my cost price is Rs.27000/-).

                                Now recently Voltas Service Station is asking me to pay a charge of Rs.4500/- again for change of new Condenser but to inform you that I have changed my Condenser only in the last year (Apr’2013).

                                My question is due to inefficient maintenance team deputed by Voltas why a customer like me will suffer every time & spent money like anything.

                                In view of above I would request you to pls help me in this regard.

                                      I have called the company around ten times over as many days but they never send any technician. They promise service in 24 hours.Just want to warn anyone even thinking of buying a Voltas product. DONT. The service is deplorable and pathetic. Firstly, the helpline connects you to Chennai. I'm in Mumbai with a dysfunctional AC and the guy in Chennai has no idea what he is talking about. I have called up around ten times. Each time they promise service withing 24 hours. Either their clocks in Chennai are as broken down as their Voltas AC's or they dont know how to read time. Till today, more than peace in the country and food for the starving, my prayer is that the Voltas technician will finally ring my doorbell... before i ring the bell at the Consumer Guidance Forum where I will bum Voltas for a huge sum in mental torture.

                                      I totally agree with above feedback.Even i bought A.C from Deekay electronics ludhiana and paid them all the charges for fitting and they ensured the company serviceman would install the system but later on it wasn't performing well.They didn't send the company serviceman but hired other company to install inspite we paid charges as per voltas.Now i called them more then 10 times but my problem isn't solved till date.Now i am going to consumer court to sue them.

                                        I have purchased table water despensor from thermoking Lajpat nagar on 29th March09 all of sudden i went out of station & came back on 21st april09 when I opened the packing the piece was damaged for which I have lodged the complaint on 22nd april09. Yogesh from volta company came & saw & he has mentioned in the report also that the pcs is damaged but till date no body is ready to listen the compaint.

                                        From my experience service engineeres of Voltas are not experienced and they are only working for service charge. After get the service charge they are running from the place .
                                        I have in my house 2 Voltas water dispensers, one purchased 4 years back & the other 10 month's back.

                                        The water dispenser purchased 10 month's back has started giving problem with water leaking from the bottom of the dispenser.

                                        I made a complaint to Voltas service on 27th may 2009 & my complaint no is 09MY 280221.

                                        I was told that the service engineer will come & attend to the problem after 4.00 PM on that day, but the service engineer has not turned up.
                                        I have been following it up daily & daily i was told that the complaint will be attended to on that day

                                        I have so far made around 50 calls to their service department, but complaint has not been attended by their service engineer till now.

                                        I feel the back up service of Voltas is very very poor.

                                        i am keeping my fingers crossed & i don't know when their rfepresentative will come to rectify the problem.

                                        I made a complaint for water dispenser of Voltas on 30th May 2009 vide Call No. 09MY302632. my machine was picked up by service engineer for repair on 02.06.2009, and I was assured that the same would be delivered back after repair witin two three days. Inspite of repeated reminders daily the machine has not yet been delivered.

                                        I purchased thev oltas water dispenser on 31may 2009, problem started on 7 july 2009 no cooling. we called voltas toll free numer and registerd the complaint 09JL090298 ON 9 JULY 2009. They send the service engineer on 11july, they tested and said there is GAS shortage, unit has to to be taken to service centre. they took on 14 july from this day i am keep on calling atleaset 10 times a day. finally i wnet to the service centre and talk to the senior guy. they send the unit through office who approximately 15years old on 24 july 2009. he came and deliver the unit. when i switch on the unit, there is lot of noise. immediately i called the service centre, they saidthere is no problem only screws has to be tighten, they promise that sending engineers next day. but till date nobody turned up. very bad experience about voltos...pls dont buy voltos water dispenser. Can anybody help on this regards...

                                        On using the dispencers two of them were working ifne but other two were not working fine
                                        on testing them we noticed that one was not heating water and other was freezing the cold water on contacting Delta trading co. the freezing problem wasolved by adjusting the thermostat but the other dispencer problem was not solved

The heater is gone unservisable within the month, after reporting on phone there is no response from their end. In the month of Jan 2010 the water is leaking out & the matter was reported to them on 9/2/2010 vide comp no 10FB0900994.The sme is attended on 23/02/2010, but the very next day again the problem remains as it is. We have informed them on phone repeatedly & finally lodgedthe complaint on 25/03/2010 vide comp no 10MAR2500770. But till date nobody had turned up.Since purchase the unit is giving continous problem. There for we request you to replace the unit with new one.

We are in north India-Ambala, inspite of registering to the customer care call centre there is no engineer to attend to our complaint. The remarkable answer of custmer care is the time required to attend would be 5-6 days. I wish to convey that next time anyone desires to buy this equiptment should keep in mind this service issue.                                         I have purchased a volts water dispenser. It has three function: Cold, Normal and Hot. When the machine is switch on, Normal operation doesn't provide water at room temperature. It actually cools the water. But we want normal water which means water a room temperature. We have bought the water dispenser to get cold/normal/hot water. Since normal water doesn't work properly, I have complained. Volatas sends engineers 5 times to repair the water dispenser. However, engineers couldn't fix the problem. I purchased the product from "Capital Electronics" at Kolkata. "Capital Electronics" is a retailer and Voltas is a manufacturers. "Capital Electronics" doesn't have any responsibility once the product is delivered to customer. Now I am in trouble because "Capital Electronics" doesn't entertain my complain and "Volats" doesn't want to replace/repair the water dispenser.

                                        As a last resort, I have gone to my lawyer friend who has been practicing at Kolkata High Court. He asked me "what is the price of the product ?". I say it is Rupees 6000/-. He has advised me to forget and forgive and be happy with whatever I have got from voltas. I say "why ?". I can win the case.
                                        As a result "Voltas" will pay us all the cost. My friend reminds me that I am in India. Even if you win the case, Volats won't pay you the cost of lawyer.
                                        It may cost me more than Rs 6000/- to win the case.

                                        Now I surprise that Voltas is TATA enterprise. TATA is a reputed company. Why can't it address the problem ?

                                        So I definitely won't pursue the case at court. But I will try to bring this to public. I remember that few TV channel shows the consumer grievance.
                                        Now I will approach to those TV channel.
                                        Hi I am from Coimbatore. I bought Aftron water dispenser in Dubai and parcelled to Coimbatore 5 months before. Last month water is leaking and it costs 9000/-. Where i have to approach for service if anyone knows any service centre please drop their number to this email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in.

                                        I made a complaint for my water Dispenser on 3rd july and they gave the Complaint Number as 13jl0305928 But still now the Complaint was not rectified.Whenever Water cooler have checked by Voltas Engineer and found gas leakage in compressor .
                                        Gas will be charged in next 1- 2 days .After i call to VOLTAS service center daily they give me same answer, that our engineers will attend your complaint within 24hrs, and your complaint forward to senior dept. but nothing happened till now.
