I am a TATA employee and I have bought Vertis elite 1.5 ton split AC from "Sri Maruthi Aircon, Saligramam, Chennai" on May 2009. Installation was done by 2 young guys who are inexperienced and did a very worst installation. I again fought with that agency and they corrected the installation.
Within a months time, i have a water leakage inside the room. On complaining to voltas they again send inexperienced service persons from the same Maruthi Aircon, he did some adjustments and went off without even checking and we kept on calling again for 5-6 times in this 4 months. This time i requested for a senior service technician and he detected that the cooling unit has to be adjusted and he wrote that in the service report and went off saying that someone will come and do ot. Again no one responded for 4 days, upon calling them one person came without any tools and he said that he had not brought any tools and assured that he will come again but as of today no one turned up. This makes us really frustrating and i am sure i will not recommend this TATA product to anyone because of this worst service. Does voltas have such bad dealers who does not care off their customers?

i have a tower ac of voltas.i am shocked to see that they have so poor after sale service sataff.most of them are dumb and uneducated.there have been more than 20 people who came to my place and couldnt fix the problem of the compressor of the ac.last product purchased by me of voltas.EVERYBODY JUST STOP BUYING PRODUCTS OF THIS STUPID COMPANY.

Voltas — HUGE CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY

MY AC IS CONSUMING VERY MUCH ELECTRICITY I BROUGHT IT IN JUNE 2008 FROM VOLTAS DEALERNOW THE DEALER IS NOT LISTENING GRIEVANCE PLS HELP ME [protected]
the service is extremely bad .My one year old got serviced by Shubham Services Sector 11, Noida thrice .
This authorized service centre holds no responsibilty of providing service on time. I had called 10 times to call the person and then they keep the AC for 2 to 3 days for repair.
Kindly take action and provide information to me.

SAMSUNG-Electric Shock on ACs — Poor Service, Inexperienced Dealer, Inexperienced SAMSUNG service persons

I bought two ACs from SAKSHE Electronics, R.K. Salai in Chennai last week and they told us that, installation will be done at fix cost (addl. charge for the wooden log if the Window AC not fit in the existing hole) and we agreed too. Service engineers took 3 days to install the ACs with lot of problems and from yesterday onwards, there is a water leakage from the Split AC indoor unit which is causing electric shock on the building wall and we immediately switched off the AC.

Resulting in, I had a bad experience with SAMSUNG and SAKSHE Electronics who is not at all taking care of the customer problems.

From the installation, I haven't used both of the ACs for at least one full day due to lot of issues with both ACs from the beginning and their engineers are not told us about how to keep the water pipelines and creating social problems apart from the technical problems.

1. Window AC water is going on the building wall which is affecting others in that building and received multiple complaints from them and due to this I put off the Window AC from past 2 days and we explained the same to SAMSUNG and SAKSHE and we need to wait for 24hrs. This is a fitting issue which is causing and they have to respond to the customer immediately.

2. Water leak (heavily) from the Split AC Indoor Unit and I called their service center people and conveyed about the problem. They told us that, engineer will come and solve the problem but nobody turned up. And now, they are asking me to call up the call center number and call center people are saying "you need to wait for 24hrs).

SAMSUNG service is very pathetic and I personally advice you all to think over on an alternative product even you put 1 or 2 thounsand(s) extra to go for good sleep (not a VIO-sleep from SAMSUNG) and SAMSUNG can not grow up if they keep dealing with SAKSHE kind of dealers and SAMSUNG's inexperienced service engineers.
Voltas and Tata both are synonums and they do'nt care for complaint.

Voltas — Not functioning of cooling

Three numbers of spilt AC 1.5 tonn made of voltas from local dealer Shyamjee Store, main road, Jharsuguda-768201, state - Orissa, Country - India is not functing properly also not pooling as per scale. Several complains has been lodged and the local servicing centre, Sriram Honda, Jharsuguda is not meeting the queries and complains. It is the matter of grate regret the local serivce in-charge is behavior properly. So i am to inform you to take immediate step repairing / replacement of the concerned ACs. Thanking U.

We purchased a water cooler from M/s JMJ Traders, as on dt.06.05.08. But this is not working properly last 1month. We complaint your authorised service centre M/s Swift Aircare, Shop No.10, Chauhan Market, Sector-44, Noida. Mr. Khurshid has visted from above said service centre as on dt.09.05.09 vide service report no.2351 and he said problem will resolved with in one or two day's.
But today 20.05.09 nobody has come to solve the problem. So please take action as early as possible.

Voltas — Voltas ELITE - Low grade Service

Hi,

I bought this AC less than a year back and my swing was broken 3 months back by the technician himself and now they had not repaired it from the last three months.
the voltas is a big company n still their servise ie vry poor...they dont attened their customers well.
we have called them so many times n we waited for them for 7 days n we hvnt hot any good response...
they jst lie n do notinh for solving d customer"s problems...
I had bought voltas minimagic water dispenser 3 months back and it stopped cooling. i lodged a complaint and got it repaired. The day i got back the dispenser it still was not working. I lodged another complaint but nobody contacted me for 3 days. I called their service centre no. to know the status of my complaint and was surprised to hear that the status reflecting there was "call closed".
I had to lodge another complaint and a representative came to see the problem. After observing he asked me to send the defected dispenser to their service centre in ludhiana for repair. I protested that it was their mistake to have send me the defective piece without repair so why should i bear the expenses of sending and then carrying back my dispenser. But the respresentative would not listen. I got the dispenser delivered to the service centre and its been 4 days and still the repair has not been done. The service centre guys say it will take another 3-4 days for the dispenser to get repaired. All this matter is known to the service manager in Ludhiana area whom i had called atleast 3 times for the poor service i am receiving but nothing has been done. i dont think the company (voltas) knows the importance of after sales service. Its really sad to see that a company from the TATA stable does not recognise the importance of customer satisfaction???

I, Sachin Chawla, resident of 183, Punjabi Colony, Narela, Delhi-40, purchased two units of 1.0 ton split AC from AMBICA ELECTRONICS, Bawana Road, Narela on 21-04-09. They sent two mechanics Mr. Surender and some another person to install the AC’s on 22-04-09. The mechanics installed both AC’s but taken one of the drain pipe with them which was given with AC by the company. I told to Ambica Electronics about this matter, they noted my complaint and assured that my problem will be solved soon, but nothing happened so far. I again met Ambica Electronics but they said that I should have contacted Mr. Parvesh (the head of installing team & owner of Prakash Refrigeration, Sanjay Gandhi Nagar). After this I asked Mr. Parvesh for the drain pipe, he gave me the mobile number of Mr. Surender (who installed thr AC’s).When contacted Mr. Surender, He argued with me very badly and misbehaved with me and said” hamain pipe ke baare mein kuch nahi pata, aapko jahan bhi complaint karni ho kar lo, main company ka aadmi huin, koi mera kuch nahi bigad sakta”. I was shocked when treated so rudely by a person who was an employee of such a renowned company. I sent a request to the customer care. Mr. Rajul Pratap who registered my complaint (Complaint Number- 09AP243021 Dated[protected], assured me that my problem will be solved on the same day and the problem was solved for the short time because the mechanics connected the hard and heavy water supply pipe instead of the light weight pipe which was given by the company. That pipe fell off just after a few ours. Now, every time when I switch on the AC, water is coming out of the AC and spreading in the entire room flooding it. Now I have been complaining since 24-04-09 regularly (complaint numbers with the dates respectively are 302145 date[protected] and 09MY044182 date[protected].
I also contacted Mr. Sumit Talwar (Service Manager of our area mobile number [protected]) many times but all in vain. Please solve my problem at the earliest possible and take a suitable action against the erring staff of your company and train them suitably to be sufficiently customer friendly.

Voltas customer service is nothing but a joke.The AC technicians are uneducated and illequipped.
For cooling problems they offer as wierd explanations as:"This AC is one star rated so it's not cooling properly!".

Well what does one do on hearing explanations like this?Pluck his hair off??
I am Amit Chaturvedi from bhopal. We purchased 1.5 ton Spilt air conditioner last month on 26 may from Tarang Electronics Bhopal. Regularly its out of order, doesn, t give cooling properly.We have also complaint in Tarang Electronics, but he avoid it & told that here there is no service centre for voltas in bhopal, u had to purchase AC of samsung.My overall experience is very very bad regarding this Voltas AC.
First of please tell, who install ur air conditioners.

Voltas has very poor service. Mohyal Air conditioning and repairing had taken an AC for repair and promised to deliver it on a Sunday. Inspite of repeated follow ups and calls, the AC was not installed.

Voltas — AC not working and after 8 days of lodging a complaint still not attended.

On 27th April we have log a complaint to Voltas service center about our new just one month split AC is not working. In first call they said that with in 24 hours you call will be attended. Which did not happen. From then every day we are calling then regarding the same. still they have not attended the call. On 30th April i had call with Voltas senior person Mr. Satya Prasad and he committed me that my complaint will be attended on priority bases. Which till now has not happen. Then yesterday also i call them and I had a chat with Mr. Swapnil Ghodke who is most senior person from Voltas. he also committed me that today they where going to attend my problem. Which still has not happen. Now I called then and now they said me that tomorrow we will attend your complaint. Now this is to much. Voltas service center is careless.

Please look into this as we have purchase new AC for this summer and that we are not able to use it.

Voltas — Poor performance

Bank of India purchased 3 Voltas split ACs (1.5 ton) from local dealer M/s Garg Electronics Jind (phone[protected], M-[protected]). We are not satisfied with the post sale service of the dealer/seller.We are disappointed.

I have purchased two Voltas Verties AC in 2007. After two years the remote of both the ACs are not working. Many times the Service Engineer of VOLTAS (M/s Timex, Ranjeet Nagar, New Delhi) visited our place but could not able to repair the remote. The Engineer told us that the remote is beyond repair & they will change the remote for Rs.975/- I agreed and told him in July, 2010 to change the remote but till now nothing has been done. Finaly the Service Engineer told us that this modle is VERY OLD (2007 MODEL) and they do not have a new remote to change and the whole PCB should be changed of both the ACc that costs Rs.2500/- per AC.

If Company changes models in every 3 years then who repair these ACs

CHAUDHARY INTERNATIONAL is a dealer in Kota for Voltas products. our water cooler get fault 6-7 times within warranty period but still they are not replacing the defective water cooler. we ahve write to Volats and Chaudhary several times but still they are not replacing. It is a clearly Harashment of customers.

I lodge the complaint regarding on non cooling from my Voltas Vertis Plus Split AC (1.5 Ton) on 16th September to Voltas Customer Care[protected]. The executive confirmed me that the technician would visit my place with in 48 Hours and will rectify the problem. The technician visited my place on next day and charged Rs. 400 for his visiting charges. He confirmed me the problem has been found and there is a need to replace the fan fixed in the outdoor unit of the AC. He confirmed me that he will come on next day (i.e, 19th Sep,2011) to fix the problem. But to my surprise there was no call from the service station or technician for entire week. After waiting for entire week it was me again who contacted the Customer Service again, on this they assured me that they will check with the workshop on the delay. They put me on con call with Workshop Manager and assured me as they don't had the equipment (i.e fan which needs to be replaced) in their workshop that's why they were unable to replace the fan in last week but now they are in possession of the fan and they will definitely replace the same on Monday (i.e, 26th Sep,2011). But again added to misery there was no call from the technician for next two days. On Wednesday I got the call from the technician and he told me that the fan which they have is not supporting the motor of the outdoor unit which is under no fault. On just checking his intention on this part I asked him the cost part of the motor and on this he told me that he will get the best discounted deal for this. My question to the Voltas management is that if this is their propaganda to earn extra amount from their customer who choosed their product from the market when other products were also available there in the market. There is no call from the customer care on the follow up the case and it is me only who is chasing these guys. Its 1st Oct, 2011 and still my AC needs to be repaired from the workshop, if they are not able to serve their customer there is no need of 24x7 call center. Totally unacceptable response from the voltas customer care who have no control over their workshop. Now its 17th day and still my problem persists the same.

Voltas — Unacceptable Customer Service

I lodge the complaint (11SP1604559) to Voltas Customer Care on 16th September, 2011. Its the 17th day since I lodge the complaint and still there is no response from the Voltas Customer Care. I had made around 50 calls to Customer care and all went in vain as am still waiting for the technician to visit my pace. Totally unacceptable response from Voltas Customer care. It seems they don't have any concern for their customer and their technician are of no use. Its now the 17th day since I lodge the complaint complaint and I am still at square one.

We have asked for a service request for Voltas but they have not yet responded to our complaint. We were facing some problems in our air conditioner and thus we asked for a service for the company. It has been past 20 days that we haven't received any reply.

Voltas — Not attending compressor complaints of Split A C

I purchased one Volas Split AC on 07.09.2008 vide invoice no. 80382 (Book No.1608) from M/s Pankaj Electronics, Yusuf Sarai, Main Road, Green Park, New Delhi-110016 with five years compressor warranty. On 19.05.2012, I lodged a complaint of some noise problem in the compressor at Voltas customer care and also by e-mail . But the voltas have not located/ rectified the same till date.
I purchased a Voltas Vertis Plus 1.5 ton split air conditioner from Reliance Digital during Jan 2011 for Rs.34, 000/- . Since inception the installation was extremely poor and shoddy. At the time of installation itself the refrigerant leaked out. That was repaired but the condensed water accumulation instead of falling out of the room started falling inside the room. The three services that were provided by technicians, was, I must state, were terrible and I brought it to the notice of Tata Voltas via email. I wrote it down in their work sheet too. Now my air conditioner has started malfunctioning, in that the unit is not cooling any longer. A service request was made on[protected] at 17.30 hrs appox and a service request docket number [protected] was SMSed to me by Voltas Customer Care. Even after promising service within 24 hours, I am yet to hear from the company. I am now repenting having purchased Voltas instead of LG whose service is excellent. The next air conditioner that I will install will not be Voltas.
We have been facing cooling problem in our Voltas Split AC for over a week. After filing the complaint against this to the customer care service, they came after 2-3 days on 8th may 2015. Then recognizing the problem they told us that there is a gas leakage problem in our AC and there will be refilling of gas by another service agents by tomorrow I, e, on 9th may 2015. But today as on 9th none of the agent came for refilling and tomorrow will be Sunday so would be holiday on that. We are thereby requesting to solve this problem immediately.

Very very very poor.Just bought because of the name 'A TATA PRODUCT' Nobody is contacting. I have tried all customer car numbers. Either they say wrong no. Or they cut off the line.     With regard to my invoice no.156. I have purchased a voltas vertis gold split 1.0 air contion dated on 9 may 2009 from COOL BIRD TRADING CO.(bp-29 pitam pura delhi 110088

    few days from the day of purchase their is a gas leakage in the ac.then i have complaint this problem to their customer care with complaint no 09my292294. they solve the problem of gas leakage but after few days some problem come again. the problem occurs 4 times and the last complaint no is 09au071076 dated on 7.8.2009 . i have request them to change my air condition. firstly they do not agree to change but later on they agree but till now i have calling them daily but they do not act upon my compliant.

    i request u to take need full steps regarding my complaint. and chang my both pieace of air condition(outer unit and inner unit). as soon as possible.

        I have bought Vertis VOLTAS 2 ton split AC from "DHURIA AND CMPANY 169 RED SQUARE MARKET HISSAR". Within a few time, i have a problem in its cmpressor. On complaining to same, he did not respond for many days and on calling again, he is asking for Rs 4000 to change the compressr Does voltas have such bad dealers who piss off their customers?

        Yes I agree. My AC had some issues and voltas diagnosed that compressor needs replacement. Though my 1 Year AC warranty just expired, compressor is still with in the 5 year warranty. The dealer has quoted Rs.4600 for expenses such as gas recharge + labour + i dont know what else.

        This came as a rude shock. I managed to talk to someone at Voltas too. But he also reflected the same views as that of dealer and mentioned I have to bear other incidental charges.

        So guys BEWARE.. 5 years warranty for compressor - is all marketing gimmick.. And even Voltas, a TATA company isnt fair.. I am very disappointed to know I am cheated by a marketing gimmick..
        Yes they people are cheating like anything.. People should move to consumer court,

              Respected sir,

              I Manoj Kr. Dhaka purchased a voltas split A.C 1 ton vertis ( Serial N0.-4551067P[protected] plus on dated 29 may 2009 (Bill No.-2347) from Shree Sudarshan Electronics, F-24/1, sector-3, Rohini, Delhi-110085 (Ph. No[protected],[protected].
              On 14 june 2009 there is a SIAC leak in my AC and whole gas is leaked. After calling service centre they repaired it with gas welding machine and and gas is filled.The service engineer at that time suggest that this A.C unit is faulty and advised me to replace it. Than i informed this to Shree Sudarshan Electronics (The dealer) and also to the local service manager but no feed back given to me after that.

              Again same problem accured on dated 14 june 2009 and again after filling the gas local service engineer Mr. jamal suggest me to replace this A.C from company. I again informed this to lacal service manager and the dealer but no actio taken place.

              Again same problem occurred on dated 16 july 2009 and the visiting service engineer given me in written to replace the A.C unit. I again informed this to the dealer and local service manager on phone but nothing is done till date. The local service franchise name is GINNY AIRCON and its address is BA12, Mangolpuri, Industrial Area, Delhi-110083 (Ph.- [protected],[protected]

              Now Iam informed you about this matter so that my A.C unit will we replaced as soon as possible.

              VOLTAS SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER — Delay in replacement

              Sir
              Through the esteemed voice of your channel I would like to raise my voice against VOLTAS company which delays in replacingg the indoor unit of A.C.
              I purchased voltas vertis split AC in April 2010.There was a problem of water liking from indoor unit.I registered my complain on 16/06/2010.The complain No. is 10 JU 1601399.
              The company service men took away AC for checking to their workshop on[protected].After 02 days I was told that the fault is irreparable as it is manufacturing defect.Therefore you will be replaced with a new indoor unit.
              I almost call everyday about the replacement.
              I get reply from their side that it is under process.
              I mailed the company twice about the matter but to my surprise they didn't took any trouble to console me even.
              May I please request to raise my voice through your esteemed channel so that I can get the replaced piece at the earliest.I am thinking to go in the consumer court also.

                I have purchased an 1.5 ton split AC-voltas vertis premium on 2-jul-09, from higloo marketing, west mambalam chennai-33.tamilnadu.we have complained of water dripping and low cooling problem to the dealer twice and he has turned up once and said gas in the ac machine needed to be refilled, which he did so once.but again from next day the same problem is continuing.we have informed the problem but the dealer has not turned up.will the company replace the machine or rectify the problem.we have also bought an samsung 1.5 split ac which is working very well.

                  I bought Voltas Vertis Premium 1.5 Tn Window A.C. on 06/07/08..Just after few days purchasing this A.C., I founf that it is not working properly and there were parts which were faulty..After speaking with the Voltas customer care and realizing that nothing is happening, i spoke to the supervisor and asked him TO REPLACE THIS MODEL as it is troubling us since I bought it and have to called the Technicians tow times within the first month of purchase...On this supervisor denies to change the Model and said that they will change the faulty parts and will make sure that after this replacement A.C will work proerly..
                  I wanted to get this model changed but even after my several requests that did not happen..

                  Now after 1 year I again realized that the A.C. is again not working..Foe this I agin launched a complaint in Voltas Customer Care on 04/08/2009.. complaint no: 09AU042390.. The technician visited us on 06/08/2009 and said that the COMPRESSOR NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AND THE GAS RE-FILLING NEEDS TO BE DONE..And asked us to pay 2500/- Rs. for this..I called the customer care again in the evening asking why I need to pay this charges..I made a call on 06/08/2009 at 8 PM..Then the cutomer care executive to whom I spoke at that time told me clearly that GAS rE-FILLING AND COMPRESSOR REPLACEMENT WILL BE DONE FREE OF COST AND I JUST NEED TO PAY 350/- RS. AS A TRANSPORTATION COST..And he told this agter confirming with the supervisor and putiing the call on hold for a long time. I agree to this and asked to send the technician to correct this ASAP..They said that technician will visit the next day...I waited the entire day but no body appears..After this I called them for entire week but no technician never appears..the only response which I recieved is that they are escalating the matter and I will recieved a call for the Service centre related to this. But I never recieved a call.
                  I agin made a call on 14/08/2009(today) and spoken with one lady who told me that THIS WILL NOT BE FREE OF COST AND I HAVE TO PAY THE CHARGES TO GET IT DONE..The lady was very rude ...I told her that I have spoken to one of their executive who told me that this will be free of cost..On this she said that she dont know why that executive told this..I asked to transfer the call to the supervisor or to give me the supervisors number so that I can explain the issue to him..But she denies that they dont have this information..
                  Now my question is that when I have asked to change the Model 1 year back realizing that this is a faulty model as it keeps on trobling me..they didn't agree to this and now after 1 year this big fault has happen, they are asking me to pay the price for it..This thing got proved that this is a faulty model as the Compressor did not work even for 1 year. I have never expected such a service from such a Reputed name in this section.I feel like that I have been cheated by Voltas..
                  Now what I want is very simple that all the replacements and the Gas re-filling to be done free of cost..

                    On 9th August 09, I purchased Voltas vertis Plus 1 ton AC from your authorized dealer, ARVEE Enterprises, Lajpat Nagar, N.Delhi.. On Installation, I found it Damaged in the box.. The front plastic panel, (Grill) was broken... I discussed that issue with the technition who was installing the AC... He said that he had contacted the dealer, from were we purchased it... He assured me that the guy from Voltas will come on Tuesday, 11th August, and he will replace the Front Plastic panel (grill)..

                    I tried to contact the dealer on today on Tuesday, but nobody was responding...

                    Then I tried to contact Voltas customer care number, they also turn out to be [censored]ing [censored]s...They were also not responding, Infact your toll free num was not working...

                    aNYHOW i MANAGED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH YOUR [censored]ING CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY FILED A COMPLAINT (09AU131772).. THEY ALSO GAVE ME FALSE ASSURANCE AS ALWAYZ, THAT IT WOULD BE REPLACED SOON ... TILL NOW NO WORK HAS BEEN DONE.. NOBODY CAME FROM [censored]ING VOLTAS...

                    Now you tell me... why are you defaming yourself.. why you guys have such a pathetic customer care service...

                    Now I want my issue to be resolved, Else i hav to direct my issue to Consumer court...

                    voltas vertis plus AC — AC unserviceability

                    dera sir,
                    i had bought a 1.5 ton VOLTAS window AC in August 2009.The AC stopped giving cooling effect in May 2010. I had lodged the complain with my supplier ANJALI TRADERS at MG Road Rangapara.It took him one month to rectify the AC but soon after two days the same problem resurfaced.It made me repent on my decision of buying your product which could not survive even for one year.Inspite of being in guarentee period i have to do a lot of running around to get it rectified.I request you to send your representative and take back your product which has become a burden for me rather than comfort.

                      w.d. wasn't working. i made a complaint on 13/5/09 ( call slip no. 09AP211581). Technician from m/s. GINNI AIRCON, BA-12, Mangolpuri ind. Area, Phase II, came and he told us about the gas leakage.He took the machine and returned it on 16/05/09 and charged Rs. 1200/= as the repair charges. the machine worked for a very short time. I made numerous complaints after then, they even visit us but still the same result. they even took the machine back on 22/06/09 and returned it after four days but I am still facing the problem.the machine work for 2-3 hrs. and then it gives hot/normal water instead of chilled one. i again called them on 12/07/09, but no one came since then. I made numerous calls thereafter and even talked to owner of the service franchise. He seems to be a polite person but whats the use.the machine still is not working. You see its almost one month old call and 3 month old complaint. i didn't understand why i have bought the w.d. whole summer season has gone and i am still thursting for chilled water. whether its the problem which they couldn't able to find or as if they are least bothered about the customer. So you are requested to look into the matter and get the machine fixed as soon as possible.

                        Above AC purchased on 19.4.2006 (Compressor defective) is lying with Swift Aircare Sector 44 Noida since 26.7.2009. I have contacted them thousand times since than and not getting any favorable response. I even contracted some officials of Ghaziabad region to help me in the matter but in vain. It is disgusting on the part of such a big company and such a poor service. You are requested to intervene and get my problem solved under intimation to me.

                          It was not working properly, Chillness has not coming properly. It takes many more time to chill the room.

                            Dear sir/ma'am,
                            I had bought Voltas vertis premium 1.5 ton (split) along with voltas stabiliser in July 09 at RAJPAL electronics, meerut. But the stabiliser provided (145-220 V) does not support the AC due to voltage fluctuationg below the range. I was assured the stabiliser would be exchanged, with wider ranged one, in case we encountered such a problem. However, I have not received any response from the above mentioned voltas dealer despite constant reminders/calls/visits. I would be deeply obliged if you would look into the matter.

                                I have purchased a window AC 1.5 t of Voltas Make Vertis (Sl. No. 4010750/U/05C/842571) from National Electronics, Hazratganj, Lucknow on 10.08.2005, vide invoice no. 1640. It was not providing cooling properly, so I get it repaired from S. S. Refrigeration & Appliances, Auth. Sales & Service Dealer for Voltas, Shop No. 10-11, 3/18 Vijay Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow; as per receipt/bill dt. 02.07.2009. As per Sri Sanjay Singh, owner of S.S. Refrigeration & Appliances, he has changed the compressor as it was under 5 years guarantee period, and done gas charging etc., for which he has charged me Rs. 2500 and consumed about seven working days.

                                But still, my AC is not giving proper cooling. At least about 100 times I have called at his telephone nos.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected], but he is not turning up to see the problem in my AC. Most of the time his shop remains closed.

                                Therefore, desperately, I got my AC checked from a local AC mechanic, and as per his version, S.S. Refrigeration & Appliances has changed my original compressor with a Samsung Brand compressor, and which is not working properly.

                                Since Mr. Sanjay Singh of M/S S.S. Refrigeration & Appliances is not listening to my problem; I am writing to you.

                                Please instruct Mr. Sanjay Singh to get my AC done in proper order immediately, otherwise I am writing/moving my complaint to Consumer Forum.

                                    I bought a 1.5 ton window AC Volats Vertis plus from M/s Rahul Refrigerations, South patel Nagar, New Delhi on 05.07.09. I was assured by the dealer for fresh piece on my specific query. However, during the installation i pointed out to the technician that the machine's window grill is not setting rightly. However, he inssited that it would be set right. However, nothing happened and i asked dealer to give me the fresh piece on 09.07.09, but he asked me to contact voltas customer care. I lodged a complant with voltas no.09jl180652. The service engineer visited my house and told me that the machine is newer one and only the grill is broken which the company will replace free of cost. However, more than 15 days have passed and i have called voltas customer care no.of times but no action has been taken by the company.

                                      I purchased Voltas AC Split 1.5 Ton Vertis Elite on 16th April 2008. Unit Seril no is 4511022A08A000998/451033A08A004255.
                                      I registered the complain in Crystal Care and the reference no is 09AU011827.( Swing is not working and Display failure)
                                      Their Engineer attended and informed me that Digital Sensor has tobe replaced and the price is Rs 750/- Service Charge is 450/-( one time).
                                      He told me that Sensor failure is happening due to Power Fluctuation, But we have purchased Stabiliser 4 KvA branded recommended by your Dealer.

                                        I am really sorry to write such a mail to you but i am very disappointed
                                        with your services. Only 3 months before i have taken a 5 star - rating
                                        Voltas AC from GOPI AGENCY - G. T Road Panipat. and last 1 month my AC
                                        remote is out of order. I have visited GOPI agency amny a times but they
                                        are doing nothing. This is really ridicule's that this is such a big
                                        company and services are almost nil. I have also raise a complaint over the
                                        no.[protected] but all was worthless. So, now this is a kind request to
                                        you that before i make a issue of this resolve the matter at the earliest.

                                        voltas / vertis — remote not working

                                        i had purchased an window ac from voltas dealer in mangalore about 5yrs back, now the remote
                                        is not working,there by iam not able to use the ac.inspite of repeated request the company outlet
                                        is not able to provide with a remote since months. kindly help
