I have brought 2Ton split AC for our office are 250 sq.ft. We have made several complaints to voltas but of no use everyone comes and says you will not get a cooling effect more than this. The main reason according to their service technician is area whereas at the time to buying AC I have been told that this will be good for 300 sq.ft. Is it possible that some senior technical person should visit and try to resolve the problem faced by us.

    I recently purchased a Voltas Vertis Elite 1.5 Ton Window AC from Shri Maruti Aircorn referred from voltas company in Chennai. After installation the AC is consuming more than the maximum current upto 11.5 amps . I called the Voltas service guys but they failed to diagnose the cause of the problem. I have called many times in the Service Enquiry section but still they didnt rectify the problem.

      We have purchased an AC from Ace Technomark, NOIDA. They promised us to deliver the AC within one day, but it reached us only next day and that also without any electrician. We kept on requesting them to send an electrician who can at least do the required fittings but no one turned up, then we have called our own electrcian, who has done the initial fittings but as soon as AC was started it starts giving sound, later on it was found that there was some unused metal inside the body of AC, which means that this AC was never tested neither by Voltas nor by Ace technomark. This is highly unacceptable and Ace technomark company should really be ashamed of their service. Request you all please NEVER purchase anything from Ace technomark NOIDA.

      Sir,
      I have purchased a Window AC 1.5 ton Product No. 4010903AO90001575 from Anil Radio, Sarojni Nagar, N/Delhi on 30/4/09. Since the purchase the said AC is not working well and I have made several complaints and on my last complaint due to non functioning of AC, visited by rep of authorized service centre on 13/8/09 for which they found defect that motor of fan is not working and told us that the same will be replaced on very next day but till now they not turned up for replace of the same. After repeated request with Service Centre they are assureing the same will be replaced very next day. Since more than 15 days have been passed but no action has been taken for replacement of motor of fan of above AC and the same is out of function. It is therefore, requested to take needful action for replacement of above AC at the earliest as the same are troubleing since date of the purchased.

      I hope that my problem can be understood by your company and immediate action will be taken.
      I had purchased that AC of your reputed co. so that service will be provided immediately but my presumption is going wrong due to late and unsatisfied service by your service centre. Even of my repeated complaints they have not taken it seriously nor given me any satisfactory reply.

        Damage the A.C PCB by the service provider.

        I am having a voltas window ac and i talk to customer care regarding cooling of ac and after that engineers from kooltech visit and said that gas in the ac is empty and for that we require to take the ac and give back on the next day after filling the gas, on next day when they return ac i found that the PCB for the ac got damage and i talk to them and they tell me that they will replace that PCB, again after some i talk to customer care and technician visit again and no action is taken for that, now again after some time i talk on customer care for that but again they give me the new complient no and no action is taken by then till date. they give me the service bill on which no amount of money is mention.

        voltas window a.c — cheating in service

        i am suffering from bad a.c service made by MAYUR ELECTRONIC, faridabad harayana, my a.c starts automatically after power back up, i complaineded to ur service dealear MAYUR ELECTRONICS he changed one part and said that its ok but then also its starts automatically i called mayurelectronic for that but they said its ok, its ok but nothing is ok i am feeling cheated .

        Voltas Window A.c — Not Attending Complaint

        I hv purchased Voltas Window A.C last year in June-08 ans its yet to complete One Year, after getting done Second Free Service, my Said A.C was not functioning properly.Despite of Regular telephonic complaint regarding the same from last 10 days (customer ID is C0992159) not one attending my place.

        After getting the second sale Service we faced regular shut down AC automatically and we need one senoir Engineer to be attending our complaint ate the earliest.

          My customer id is C0940160. We had purchased split ac form your company on 17.05.2009 and it was installed on 18.05.2009. We had rigesterd our complaint for demo on the date 18.05.2009 and the registration number is 09MY183102 but we were not given any demo how to use the ac & now this ac is not working properly. I had called many times for the demo and to repair but nobody response properly & they talk with abuse language. I am fed up of your service and now i am writing this mail to you.
          so please do take some serious action in this case.
          Please revert as soon as possible.

            We purchased a water cooler from HOUSE OF ELECTRICALS H-3 KIRTI NAGAR, NEW DELHI 110015
            which was giving continous problem since the 1st day, we refill the gas twice finally we
            purchased a new compressor on 1/05/2009 which also stop working on 11/05/2009 since than we are trying to contact customer we called 1000 times no action has been taken not only this
            we spoke to Area Manager MR K.L VERMA AND THEN TO SERVICE MANAGER MR DUTTA
            still now no action has been taken we have been trying to contact since 11/05 now its end of month, now
            we dont know what to do kindly suggest .

              Ac not cooling properly and in warranty period.               VOLTAS — no proper response on complaint

              We had purchased 4 Voltas AC last year in July as company is providing 1 yr warranty and there has been some problem in two of them and we had also registered to there customer care but there is no response it as its now almost 15 days are over

                  this is manoj from bangalore i have purchesed an tata volts as 2.00 ton split .the problem is when the temperature is set above 23 the stale bad smell is been flowing in and it is unbareable to sit in the office and i have complainted many times to the customer care but there is no use only they well come clean the ac and go no body is able to rectify it. i am 100 % no satisfied about voltas product . so i want a solution for this problem

                    I have purchased a Voltas 3 Star AC from one its dealer in the Mohan Singh Market, R.K. Puram, New Delhi. Right from the very first day it is no functioning properly and no one is paying any heed to my request. I am working as Under Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances, Government of India and aresident of 283, Type.IV, Sector 4, R.K. Puram, New Delhi. My work mainly dwelves on the lack of proper Governance issues which has plagued this country. I am suprised to see such a lackadasical attitude of a Tata Company. If some thing is not done immediately, then without bothering about the consequences, I propose to send an advisory from my side to all the Government of India offices and State Government offices to not to patrionize any Voltas product in the future dealings.

                      I purchased Voltas Windows AC on 19.04.2009 from M/s KBM Electronics, Laxmi Nagar. As a part of scheme, I was offered Scratch Card in which I won Nikkon 8 Mpixel Camera. As per clearly written terms and conditions on the scratch Card, I submitted that original scratch card along with relevant required documents to M/s Spectramind, Noida, which were duly accepted by them. They informed that gift will be delivered at my residence within 4 weeks. To my great surprise and shock, instead I received an SMS from M/s Spectramind intimating that my form for gift claim has been rejected with assigning any reasons. On contacting, they informed that the sceme was valid for the Invoice billed between 28.03.2009 and 05.04.2009. I stressed on the point that such important terms has not been written on the scratch card where all minor terms and conditions too are written very clearly. They then took the new plea that one terms says that company may reject any application and may change any term and coditions. Company has forgotten that they are not support to change clearly specified terms and conditions and can not take shelter of this clause.

                      This is clear deliberately loot and harrasment to the consumers and company is using unethical practice to sell the product. I through this forum, request voltas company to look into the matter and deliver my gift.

                      I agree with you, it happened with me when the same company was running a scheme with MORE.
                      They are another THUGS of Delhi and they have been cheating companies and innocent customers under the nose of Congress Government.
                      They are refined form of Ashok Jadeja and Subhash Agarwal who have duped people.

                          I recently purchased a Voltas Vertice Elite 1.5 T Winow AC from Efficient Cooling System in Gurgaon. After installation the AC is consuming more than 2 units per hour (2.2 units to be precise). I called the Voltas service guys but they failed to diagnose the cause of the problem & instead told me to change the meter. I have dropped a couple of mails in the Service Enquiry section on the Voltas website, but no body has called.

                          After a few days an engineer came from Voltas main office delhi and inspected the installation. He told that 1.88 units is what the AC would consume under normal circumstances and that its consuming a tad more since my room is large and the outside temperature is usually very high.

                            I have lodge complaint of my AC on date 15/05/2009 regarding AC not cooling properly & not making auto cut even on temptatutr 30 degree calcius.complaint No is 9MY153443.
                            A tecnical person from voltas attend my complaint on 18/05/2009 but not repaired my AC properly.
                            My AC is in the gurentee period please do need full.

                            We are also facing the same problem. The compressor stop working when the outside temperature is high (Say above 35). I don't know how TATA can call it as AC when it stop working at high temperature.

                            The technician visited and said 'madam this is the common problem. It stop working because the outside temperature is high and compressor is not able to cool down'.

                            I don't know what these guys are selling in the market in the name of the AC.

                              I purchased a water dispensor Voltas Mini Magic Plus on 24th April 2009. And once it was installed it was not funtioning properly. So i filled a complaint and it was serviced. But again that problem was not sorted out 100% for which i filled a complaint again. And now the machine has totally stopped working. Now when i asked for replacement there are no answers from the organization.So, would request you to help me out with the solution.

                                i have purchased 2 units of ac 1.5 ton and 1 ton total 2nos purchased 28.04.2009 viveks& co showroom in vadapalani Chennai -26, they are not properly fixed ac first, and then they only decide stabliser model and company, cooling is nothing, they don't have proper service man to attend the service calls, electrician or plumber trainee boys only coming for the service, from day one service very very poor, he took for the installation rs, 5000/- they charged me, total i have paid to vivek& co, Chennai, vadapalani branch rs, 45000/-
                                for two nos ac .charged more and no service at all don't go for vivek& co show room don't take poor voltas ac .

                                I have purchased Voltas 0.75 TR AC with capacity gold Split Model : Vertis Star on 30.04.2009

                                Model No c101020210108122120209. The machine is not providing proper colling.

                                I would request you to please check the my AC and do the proper inspection.

                                It has been 4 months and more but no one has come from the company for servicing as for the first year service is mandatory from your side.

                                Please look into the matter seriously and do the needfull.

                                  my first complaint call slip no. 09AP200907 date 22/4/09 and secong call slip no. is 09MY040832 date 0659 my split ac pcb is defective as per company engineer.At the side of voltas engineer (osamma zaid) take ac parts p.c.b and accessories with him on 22.04.09. approx. 12 days no any communication at the side of voltas care and no any engineer come for complete the complaint and no return my defective parts.then i had call the customer care for regard of this complaint on 04.05.09.At the side of voltas customer care the executive said that your call is complete.i am very surprise for this word then customer service executive give me a new complaint number. after 04.05.09 no any action for this complaint at the side of voltas care. please tell me any solution for this froud and cheater company.i am glad for you.

                                  voltas ac vertis plus — defected a.c

                                  i have purchased a new voltas a.c. from fine electronics ballabgarh faridabad on 10-june-09.but found that it was not working properly-
                                  1. cooling was not proper for a month then i complained in voltas and to the dealer also but no response was there.
                                  2. but now it is not at all cooling.
                                  3. its front panel lock is also broken.
                                  the company is not taking any action up to the mark.

                                    we bought this split ac around 10 -12 days before but it did not even work for a single day.we called in the service center but there was no action taken .After few days they reacted on our complain but did not solve our problem. many people came to check it, but each of them told different problems.at last we came to know that there was a leakage in the machine (the outdoor machine which throws the heat out).
                                    it is very experience all our summers will pass without ac. this is the miss management of the company. they have a very bad service. they gave us a defective peice.Till now it is not solved .

                                      I HAVE PURCHASED A VOLTAS TABLE TOP WATER DISPENSER FROM ATLANTIC APPLIANCES P LTD, RING ROAD, RAJOURI GARDEN, NEW DELHI ON 17/5/2009.AND REGISTERED A COMPLAINT WITH VOLTAS SERVICE CENTRE VIDE COMPLAINT NO 09MY180690 FOR INSTALLATIO/DEMO. TILL DATE NO ONE HAS COME, INSPITE OF REGULAR FOLLOWUP. WHAT A SHAME, I PURCHASED BECAUSE OF THE BRAND NAME BUT SORRY TO SAY VERY POOR SERVICE. NO BODY IS BOTHERED TO LISTEN AT THE SERVICE CENTRE. ONLY GIVE STEREO REPLY SHALL BE ATTENDED TODAY. NO SENIOR PERSON WILLING TO COME ON LINE. WIIL SOME GENUINE PERSON IN THE COMPANY PL ATTEND TO MY COMPLAINT. TKS. (M-[protected])

                                        This particular concern letter is to know how the consumers like me are made fool from dealer to service center.


                                        Scene I
                                        On 26 Mar 2009 we have booked 1 Ton Voltas Vertis Elite Split AC from M/s Kohinoor Tele Video-Vashi & was assured delivery on 28 Mar 2009 against full Cash Payment, Full payment was made on same day but delivery was not made on same date,



                                        On 29 Mar 2009, Delivery Person from M/s Kohinoor Tele Video came with old box where the packaging date was mentioned as April 2008, & also the box was tampered. So we returned the box as it was back dated & also the box was tampered. SO next day we went to the showroom & informed for which they told similar kind of packaging comes from company and they are not responsible for the same.



                                        Again on 30 we received same box.



                                        During the time of booking we were made aware that Rs 1500/- will be charged for standard Installation for which we agreed. The bracket which is required for installing the outdoor unit was purchased by me as it was too much costly at your installation team.



                                        Again the Installation was delayed for 2-3 days from your installation team, a day Earlier some person from some service center came for installing A/C and told we have to pay 1500/- in cash for which no receipt will be provided & 1000 extra for the bracket. We informed him that we already have purchased bracket he started arguing with the family members as we will have to EXTRA pay 800/- to him as installation charges for installing Bracket as it was brought by us from outside. The same man also created a scene telling no one will come to install A/C at our home if all the above charges are not paid.

                                        We informed the same to dealer where he sent some other service agent from some other franchises to install the A/c which took 2 days for him to install the A/C. (Unitech Aircon)



                                        The Person who was installing the A/c have never ever installed same model A/C so he was very much confused.



                                        AS I have already mentioned the tampered box, after installation the A/c indoor unit started making noise while swinging, we brought the same to notice to that installation person where he told as the A/c is new this noise will be there for some more days. As we felt something wrong we informed the same to Service Manager of that particular franchise where he visited after 2 days & found some part is missing, where he assured he will refix that particular part within 2-3 working days. Till yet that 2-3 working days are not over. 8 - 10 attempts were made to him for contacting him where only assurance was received and noting else.

                                        Scene II



                                        We have got 1 more same A/c which was purchased last year on 06 May 2008. I have lodged a call for 2nd service on 28 April 2009. For which we have received a ticket nos 09AP280676 as assured same will be attended within 24 working hrs. It has been almost 10 day till yet no service Engineer has came & attended the Call.



                                        To know the status I have called up again on[protected], after 15-20 attempts the call was answered by your helpdesk. He informed me that the Call is Closed as the franchises have attended & closed the call. I have informed him the same that no one has attended. For this everyday follow up was made by me from 04 May every time I was kept hold by your agents & after that the phone was disconnected with answering or solving the query of the customer.
