IRREGULARITIES IN VOTER IDENTITY CARD - SIQ2528131

Dear Sir,

With due regards I am writing you this complaint in connection with issue of ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA - IDENTITY CARD NO. SIQ2528131 which was issued to me from Electrol Registration officer, 158 - Jogeshwari (East), Mumbai (Maharashtra).
It was a real shock and surprise for me to see the CASUAL ATTITUDE by the all officials for issuing the Election Commission of India - Identity card No. SIQ2528131, as we all know that it is a very-very important document and utmost care has to be taken before issuing it to any person.
The following major mistakes are made by the Electrol Registration office of the158 - Jogeshwari (East) Mumbai.
1. Somebody else photo was pasted on my I. Card instead of mine. If the person gets it he can easily misuse it which can really create problem for me.
2. Date of Birth mentioned 1964 where as my Date of Birth is 17.06.1963.
3. Spelling of my name is wrong instead of KHURSHEED ALAM ANSARI mentioned KHURSHID AALAM ANSARI.
4. Father name is ABRAR HUSAIN ANSARI but mentioned on I. card Aalam Ansari.
It is requested that necessary action and correction to be made and new Identity card be issue to me at the earliest.

From last 4 Saturdays i am going to the election office jogeshwari but all the time on Saturday i fill that office is closed but kindly inform me that the election offices are closed on Saturday if yes than why the out of office nothing is mention like Saturday office is closed. Respected Sir,

I live in Patparganj area. My society name is Saraswati Kunj. For information about voting cards and collection, we have to go to Voter Id commission office, which is on the side of Firestation, Patparganj. I want to tell you that after visiting Voter id office commission thrice, still I haven't got my Voter id card. No Official is present there on all the three days when I visited the office. And because of miscommunication by an official there, I lost the chance of getting my Voter id card. I visited there on Friday (21 Nov' 08) after taking leave from office, on Sunday (23 Nov' 08) and on Tuesday (Today i.e., 25 Nov' 08) again took leave from my office. The officer who was sitting outside the office asked me to come on Tuesday i.e., today, to collect my voter id card, when I personally went there on Sunday. When I reached there today, they said that cards were distributed yesterday and now no cards are going to be distributed today and before elections. We have to come again after 15 Dec' 08. I am really disappointed with the service. The officials are lazy and so irresponsive there. They can't even think about other's inconvenience. After visiting thrice, I am still without my Voter Id card. How can I vote now?

After having caste votes in last two lok-sabha elections, suddenly me and my wife names are now deleted from the voter list and we could not cast our vote in this vidhan-sabha election in Haryana.

I am resident of Mallathahalli. I have applied for the Voter ID in BBMP office 16th Cross, Ullal Road Cross, Quarters. When i enquired about my voter id collection, they said you will have to go to MPM Park BBMP office. But most of the time no one is available their, and they are trying to misguide us to take the photo in some Govt Schools. Although they have collected the voter id from Quarters BBMP office to MPM BBMP office, why they are hesitant to give it to the public. Even the way they talk with the public is not in a professional manner.

First send a RTI Application to the Tahsildar office to know whether your name was/is there in electoral List.
2.if yes ask about the ID Card

You can solve this issue.

This is to bring you in notice. That We(I alog with my faimily members) have registered ourselves to Voter List from D-4/212, Sangam Vihar. But the office of the Issue athority is asking for out ID proof. If we would had it why we would have run after that...

The person at the Sangam Vihar Election Commisson office was very rude...

Need your suggestion regarding the same.

You can solve this issue.
First send a RTI Application to the Tahsildar office to know whether your name was/is there in electoral List.
2.if yes ask about the ID Card

FAILING WHICH YOU CAN FILE CASE YOURSELF IN COURT DIRECTLY. THEN DEFINITELY THEY HAVE TO ANSWER BEFORE THE COURT.

This is Deepak Mohapatra a native of Orissa, in village name Manikpur,patkura falls under kendrapara district, beg to state that, i have my name, photo,serial no in Voter list of Orissa Government, but i don't have ID card for which i am facing problem in making of passport, for which i could not able travell abroad for my training and carrer of my life. however, i tried to contact in district election office on this regards but i was told by election official that, it could be possible only time of next election, which does not favour me for my carrer augmentation. now it is a big problem for my life. this point of time i am totally in dark what to do and how to do and/or whom should i contact,because it is very urgent.. pls help me..
