i m living in ghargoan,tehsil-shrigonda,dist.ahmedngar,maharashtra my full name is mentioned above .,voting center no 154,voter list no 506,today when went for voting at my center .and found all cadidate are not liable to elect for state assmebly,i told to voting center officer to resister my vote for no one .that i want use my right to reject all candidate that officer rejected my request and smiled on me , he told to get out of booth, that should not happen , he rejected my fundamental right . i want justice . my cell no ..[protected]

I have written the following letter to CEO-Haryana ([protected]@eci.gov.in) on 13 Oct 09 regarding deletion of names (my wife and me) from electoral ist.

Dear Sir,

My name is Susanta Kundu from Gurgaon Constituency - Haryana. My wife Ranjitha Kundu is also from the same constituency.

To my surprise I could not locate my name and my wife's name in voter list today (13 Oct 09) while ready to cast vote in Haryana Assembly Poll 2009.

So far we voted in all elections (state assembly and Lok sabha) with our id card since 2004 from Gurgaon.

During last Lok sabha election (2005) we voted from polling both # 145 (Chiranjeevi Bharati School - Sushant Lok) with serial number 1100 and 1101 in the voter list for us.

We have all photographs in place in electoral list.

We want to know how and why our electoral ids are removed from voter list now, debarring us from voting as citizens of India.

I want to understand the reasons for such removal and request you to facilitate me in knowing the cause.

Dear Sir,

I had filed my application for voter's id for self. wife and daughter before the Lok Sabha elections . I didnt get the Id card. Again I applied for the card through the office at Andheri west. Recently I got the Id cards for all of the three o[censored]s. But unfortunately the details are all wrong. We had given my date of birth but in the id card only year is given and that too it is wrong in all the three cases. The address in the list is wrong,. My wifes fathers name is wrong given ( they have given my name as father' name) . I dont know where from they got all these details. I am shocked that in a city like Mumbai this can happen , what about villages and other places where these ids are given.

Voters id is a very important document and i feel sufficient care should be taken just like in the case of PAN Card. Kindly reply me how to make corrections in the Id

Myself Abhishek Joshi (Voter ID card no: ITD2240364) is requesting the Election Commission of India to look into this complaint and action the changes to the name on my card and my wifes card because my name, my wifes name and my father's name have been mis-spelt on the voter id card,

ABHISHEK JOSHI - In my card (Voter ID card no: ITD2240364) in the Elector's name both in Marathi & English it's mentioned Abhishek Ashvin Kumar Joshi while the Correct name should be Abhishek Ashwini Kumar Joshi also under Father's name both in Marathi & English it is mentioed Ashvin Kumar Joshi which also needs to be ammended to correct name as Ashwini Kumar Joshi.

MY WIFE KRUPA JOSHI"S - In her card (Voter ID card no: ITD2240372) in the Elector's name both in Marathi & English it's mentioned Kripa Joshi while the Correct name should be Krupa Joshi.

Please get me some help to get these details ammended as soon as possible and i am quite sure that on the forms the datils were mentioned correctly but it's a mistake which has been made by the administration.

Myself and my wife, and my first son was issued voter id card. Out of the three for me and my wife it was found age was less by two years. For my son age was more than that of his mother. For all the above I gave representations in the prescribed form. This was as per 1998 enumeration and the
card were given in 2000. But no action was taken so far. But again in enumeration taken during
2006 the names of my daughter in law and my second son were included as per the applications submitted in the prescribed form. But so far voter ID card for them had not been delivered. But when their names were included in the voter list with photo the photos of myself,my wife and first son
had got changed with someone else. In this connection i gave applications for rectification in the prescribed form with photos not once but thrice during every revision and had also snet complaints
through email to CHief Election Commissioner, Chief Electoral Officer, Tamilnadu and also complained about this to chief electoral offficers office over phone to one MR. Balakrishnan, Asst.Electoral officer. He asked me to meet one Mr.Rathinaswamy at Coimbatore Collectorate. Though I had met him and showed the acknowledgements received for having submitted forms for rectification of defects nothing had happened. While appending so many phots had got interchanged and due to this several persons were unable to vote. Without waiting for individual representations now the election department can verify and set right the defects. The same kind of
defects in Tirupur district was set right since it was only due to a technical software problem as per
paper news. Please take up the issue and oblige. Voter ID Card No.TN/20/104/0292099 TO O292101, K.N.RAMAKRISHNAN,A.K.JAYALAKSHMI AND K.R.NARAYANKUMAR PHOTO INTERCHANGE TO BE SET RIGHT. K.R.KALYANKUMAR AND R.SATHYA VOTER ID CARD NOT RECEIVED SO FAR.

Respected Election Commission Officers,

I am Sajeev.k. presently residing at House No. 880, Sidharth Nagar (Hari Nagar), Panipat-132 103 Haryana, since 18 years. I have applied many times with the authorities and recently authorities organised Open - Public Grivences for General public those who have not ID card, I have contacted them with all necessary documents, but they have received some applications initially and later they stopped receiving application without any comments.

I and several public have lost one day duty and as well as I cut my duty for approaching govt. school two times, where they were receiving one or two hours receipt of application.Therefore I understand thay the authorites are sitting there only to complete the formalities but not fulfill the process of ID card.

I fail to understand that why we are the public have been harrased by the authorities for issuing our Citizen ship Voter ID card. We are lossing our time, manpower, money etc.to make Voter ID card, therefore the concerned Election Commission authorites are kindly requested to do the needful for getting me the Voter ID cards, we can also remember that more than 40% of General public are not participating to elect the MP/MLA due to the lack of Voter ID cards.

Therefore I humbly pray to the respected Election commission authorities to do something for getting Voter ID cards.
