[Resolved]  Voter Id Card — error in voter id card

My name is Ashish Dnyaneshwar Kadu from yavatmal maharashtra my voter id number is NIP1703289
I have received my voter id card with error in my date of birth..
So, how can I rectify this problem? It has indicate: xx/xx/1982 and my father name has written dnyaneshvar it is wrong spelling

My name is seshagiri Rao and I am from rajahmundry. my name in the voter ID is misspelled I am having problem with that. while applying for passport i submitted xerox copy of my voter ID as proof of address and it was rejected, saying that the the name is different. sir I request you to tell me the procedure to get this corrected and the address is also not printed properly.
