[Resolved]  Woodland Shoes — Worn out sole not being replaced and also sole is lost

I purchased a pair of Gents shoe Article No. SM 916 Colour Brown Size 40 from your Sector 17 Chandigarh Show Room about six moths back costing Rs. 4995/-. My family has been a regular shopper of Woodland Shoes. I have not used these shoes even once and lying as it is, as I did not like its shape. I request you to please instruct your Chandigarh Show room to exhange it .

i went to your showroom last week to buy a new shoe and brought it i was wearing another woodland shoe i showed the sole he told me that he will get the sole replased so after a weel on[protected] evening i took the old shoe for replasing the sole then he tells that the leather is week etc etc i told him that i have a sentimental value on that shoe so please replace the sole if they had told me the first day i went i could have saved time, money on petrol etc etc this happened at woodland show room vontikoppal mysore

I usually purchase WOODLAND shoes and are really comfortable, but the shoe I purchased from WOODLAND factory outlet from New Rohtak Road on 3rd February 2010 cut off from sole's stitching area and upper portion and sole portion gets separated, wearing a shoe only one day, and separation of sole, I think this does not add to the goodwill to the brand, if this type of sub standard material is being used, why to take the woodland brand, therefore, i request u to replace the sole of shoes.

shoes are slipping

I bought a new pair of woodland shoes GC 0277106A khaki. these shoes are very slippery and i was about to fall a couple times on the road and wash room and coridor. I dont why wood land is manufacturing these type of dfective shoes
