Sir, I had purchased a Woodland Shoe from a Woodland outlet from Model town, Jalandhar.
They said that the product has a guarantee on any problem upto 6 months and a life time waranty from the date of purchase.But my sole (came outof the shoe)was detached from the shoe before 6 months.So i took it to the shopkeeper and he said that i will send it to the company and he took the origional receipt and gave me the slip.after that I went to his shop 4-5 times but he everytime said that it has not come from the company.And after 1and a half month he returned the shoe to my wife(My wife had gone for shopping so she took the slip to get back the shoes) and the shopkeeper took the slip back and also did not returned the origional receipt saying that it is with the company.And even more he did not got it replaced but just sticked it with some glue.
And after a month the sole again had started getting detached fron the shoe.So i again went to the shokeeper but he said that u give me the shoe i will get it stuck by the glue again.But i feel this is not the solution of the problem.I asked him for the receipt also but he said we do not have any record of the previous months.Please do the needful as i bought this much expensive shoe so that i may be free of tensions but this couldn't work.

ago from ur mavoor road show room at Calicut it have 6 month garanty
for that product now its sole and lether also cut it self .But its
bill also loss from me how can i get ur garentee service or how can i
change that product.the show room salse man recomended to mail the
complaint to the company .now here i humply request you to help me
to get ur service and with ur estreem consideration .

    i had purchased a fresh pair of shoes (Tin no. [protected]) costing Rs. 1440/ from M/S Aero Club, woodlan Store Sop No. 12 & 13, Mansarovar Comp., M.P Nagar Bhopal, Madhya pradesh Tel :[protected] on 2/7/08 vide cash memo no. 1294. The sole of one shoe crack in many place after Eight months. When I approached the salesman there, he advised me to visit some other day because only manager could attend the complaint. Next time after arguments, they agreed to replace the sole for Rs. 450/ .
    Actually they should replace the pair and give me the new one. If at all the company only replaces the sole, I should not pay for it.
    I request that I should immediately get repalcement or else I shall have to approach the consumer court for the harrassment and the defective product.

      I have purchased a sandles (article no.- GD 0046105 KHAKI 41) from woodland store at, GF-9 Cross River Mall, Sahadara - 92, Delhi, on 04-july-2009. But, after few days the threads are coming out of the Sandles. I got it repaired through one of woodland store in Sarojini Nagar Market, Delhi. But, still from in one sandal the leather is coming out from the therads and at some point they haven't repaired it properly.
      please tell me what i will do, because it takes time for this, I will go to the shop continuously and get it repaired.

        Sub- Complaint against:-Woodland Shoes

        I have Purchased a Pair of Woodlands Shoes model Number GC 935C (Black) size 39
        from Aero Club (Woodlands shoes) No.10 Livin Corner, Temple Road, V.V.Mohalla Mysore-570002 on 23/02/09
        After 2 months it started piling on the top of leather in both the shoes. i feel irritate on wearing it.I feel very sad that after paying 2235/- for branded shoes.
        so i went to the shop back and gave it to him so he accepted and told me to come after 15 days, then i went back after 15 days but shop keeper saying that the company is approved only 80% you need to pay 20% of amount and get the new shoes back.so i feel very angry about the company service what they are giving.i dont know exactly whether this kind of rules is there or not but i no where found such rule and am very angry about the company.but i need the shoes back.please take some serious action regarding the company or the showroom which i have bought the shoe.

          Dear sir,
          I bought a pair of sandel from your franchies outlet ( M/S Aero Club Woodland) in Rajouri Garden life style mall New Delhi on 07/04/2009 for Rs 3295/-.
          I never wear sandel in my office hrs but in hot season, my Doctor adviced me to wear this type of footwear, but instead of keeping my feet healthy, my feet got more spoiled due to infection from this leather.
          Now i am suffering alot due to these sandles.Kindly suggest me your action in this regard so that matter could be settled mutually.
          I will wait for your reply for 7 days. Hope you will defenitely cooperate in this regards.

            I have purchased shoe 7-8 months back model no. Gc 0031A BRN from Woodland show room at LG-4, Aru Plaza, 582, M.G.Road, Indore. After 4-5 months a gap was developed between upper and the sole of the right shoe. When contected at the show room sales man said that let the gap develop so that it will be easier to paste. I was surprised with the response after spending Rs. 1900/- the guy is suggesting me to keep wereing on. After 2 months the gap was broadened and because of rainy season I kept it at home. On 9/8/2009 I visited the same show room for repair of the shoe. They issued me repair slip no. IND-1/105/09-10. 9/8/09 given delivery date 15/8/2009. Since then every day I am visiting the show room and receiving the replay come tommarrow/ come in the evening. Now I think that by spending Rs. 1900/- I have made a very big blunder. They are just selling the shoe not interested in customer service.

              Had purchased Woodland Shoes Article No SM 3227 BLACK 43 footwear from woodland showroom in Delhi Kamla Nagar (E-120, Kamala Nagar, Near Big Circle, New Delhi - 110007).


              The shoe pair(SM 3227) looks good but is highly uncomfortable, could feel the surface of the road, even the small stones can be felt in the feet.

              Shoe was purchased on 8th August and have not been worn even for a day.

              Highly undesirable design from such reputed brand like Woodland.

              Inspite of my repeated request company continues to ignore it without suggesting cause and way forward for the unacceptable design of the shoes.

                I have purchased woodland shoe.

                Dear Sir,

                I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have purchased a Woodland

                shoe for Rs. 2395/= (Rupees Two thousand Three hundred and ninty five only) . After i purchased the shoe and starting using it.i found that the soleof the shoe is making a weird noise. I may not be able to compromise on anything less than a refund of the full purchase amount or equal amount of new shoe.
                I request you to resolve this issue within a week of receiving this letter

                by refunding the amount of Rs.2395 or equal amount of new shoe.

                Please note that if I do not get my refund of Rs.2395 /- or equal amount of new shoe, I will be forced

                to approach you legally through consumer court.

                these peole selling garbadge or duplicate shoes in the name of woodland (in the woodland shoe room ) to much disgusting .

                i have purchase shoes on 8/8/10. i have 1 st given call to woodland shoe room on 25/8/10 ...

                my sole of shoes is crack in bad condition ...and sticking is also very weak ..i dont its woodland or garbadgeland ...see why u people sale hsoes like this becuse customer pay to much money for woodland and custoemr still not satisfy by u people .

                  i bought a pair of sandals from woodland showroom on Brigade Road, Bangalore. i have worn that sandal only once and sat on the bike for a very short distance. my sandal touched the silencer of the bike and the entire snadal sole melted. i requested the showroom to please do something about it including some kind of repair for which they could have charged me. but they refused to do anything. this is disgusting especially because they promise lifetime service and repairs anywhere in India. i dont know what to do with those sandals. they are expensive and new i cant throw it away.
                  there should be some accountability for the promises made.

                  In faith and necessity with Woodland, I purchased one more pair of shoe by paying 1870/- from the same shop on 03.07-2010 vide inv no-910/03-07-10, Article no-GC 0333106 BLACK 42 FOOTWEAR.LEFT SHOE is too much tight and right too, resultred both feet got wounded and medical chrges paid till the date approx 700/-. I had never such experience in past. There are major defect in this pair of shoes.This pair are lying with me without use.Finally I had to purchased new one from REEBOK.Please suggest how it can be utilised and where to go.I will give you only this month to settle the issues(both) other wise will knock to Consumer-court.

                    I bought a woodland shoe from Trivandrum woodland shop, due to some problems sole got damaged, when i approched office they told me to replace the sole, i gave the shoes on 15.06.09 one of executive (Shyam Mobile No [protected]) he promised to give back on 31.06.09. When i went to 31st he told me to advance the amount. i gave the advance, and i went more than 12 times for my shoes, the shop employees behaviour was very bad and cultureless. Yesterday (02.08.09 Sunday) i got my shoes at night 9.30pm(i am waiting from 7pm) the shoe was very bad and low quality sole (the executive -Shyam told me that the sole is coming from the company thats why the delay is happening, but it is a local one and he charged Rs 350/- for that). I am doing this because i got a very bad behaviour from the employees, i am also charging a Police case against him. I[censored] need i will send the photograph of my shoes for your information. I hope the company will keep the ethics and do very good services for their clients.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I bought Woodland Shoes from their Aero Club outlet in Ghaziabad ( Pacific Mall) on 10.5.2009.Within a month o[censored]sage the metal clips where shoe laces are to be tied came off rendering them unusable. I bought them with Standard Chratered credit card along with a jacket the total amount was Rs 6790.
                      My grievance is that a shoe worth Rs 2500 supposed to be tough shoes, metallic failure of shoe lace clips indicates a manufacturing defect.
                      Can you help me in lodging this complaint against this manufacturer, a refund of my money and prevent them from passing off these substandard shoes as tough shoes to public.

                        Hi Sir/Madam,

                        I have been victimized by the Bhubaneswar branch of Pantaloon retail store, which has sold me a defective pair of Woodland Shoes. After just one day of wearing, the elastic holding the shoe's tongue came off. When I went to avail the said two-year warranty, I was provided with excuses but I remained adamant. Finally the took it for repair and called me a week later. When I received the repaired product, I was shocked to see that they had ripped a thread holding two parts of the shoe's tongue and now it waits to come apart completely. They are now refusing to take it back again for repairs and offering lame excuses that there is no harm in using the shoes as such.

                        Please ensure that retail marts do not violate the terms of warranty and sell products that are not defective.

                          I bought a pair of woodland boots from a mall in Gurgaon in January this year. Within a day of doing so, the fastener for securing the lace from one boot came off. I took it to the retail shop who replaced it without a question. I then returned to my home town of Madikeri in Karnataka and then went on a trek into the Himalayas. On the first day the same problem that I had experienced recurred. Then a few days later the 'eye-hole' for the lace also broke. This caused me great discomfort and inconvenience while trekking.
                          I will say, however, that the sole of the boots remained in good condition despite the rough wear and the harsh environment.

                            Hi,
                            I have bought a trouser TR 160 for 1495 from woodlands, 79, D.B Road, R.S. Puram, Coimbatore -2 and as the trouser was not finished at the bottom they said they will finish and give it to me. They measured the length and told me get it the next day. I paid and left. The next day when I went to the shop and tried it on it was too short. When I asked the manager he didn't replace or refund. I like to get a replacement or refund. Please do the needful. Otherwise I have to take legal action.

As I have informed the outlet owner they said that the company will give replacement of the sole within a month but I want the Replacement of whole Shoe Pair cause I have paid Rs.: 3020/- & not satisfied with the Product.

                                I bought a pair of sandals in the month of march.Cover under where the foot rest what they call as the sweat laether got damaged .I claimed the warranty they repaired it in a time of one month.I found that the main sole was damaged as there were two cuts on the sole which occurred during the repair.I told the head over there, they told me, that it would not create any problem, but now its's completely torn off and is unuseable.PLEASE help me...

                                  I have purchased one woodland footwear (article no: GP 0049105 Khaki, DM Nubuk 41, Bar code no.[protected] from Aero Club, 15/7, J. L. Nehru Rd., Grand Hotel, Kolkata (Bill no. 1647) on 03/6/2008 spending Rs. 1695/-. After using it for about 6-7 months (not regularly), I found that the base of the chappal/sandal has got completely damaged and stitch of the base leather had also came out. As you understand that due to damage in base in the soul it become unworthy of a comfortable walk. Since, there was no woodland store in the district I work (Varanasi 221005), I went to the shop from where I purchased only during this summer vacation (which is 750km away from my working place, Varanasi) which happens to be on just one year from the date of purchase. The shop owner had simply said that since it is 1yr, they don’t have any responsibility. It hurts. I thought that they should feel shame seeing the condition of the chappal which is sold at Rs. 1695/- and not even used for 6 months. Every time, Woodland, puts advertisement, they insist that these expensive chappals or shoes are all weather-resistant. Are those words just for catching customers?! The company like Woodland is expected to take all the responsibility for this kind of defects if it rare. By profession I am a Central University lecturer. Hence, it is not that I am using that at its tolerance limit. Further, during the winter session (3months), I have not even used it. Then, why should it happen? Frankly speaking, I am not ready accept the idea that Woodland does not have responsibility after 90days or so. It is expensive in its category and you should be responsible for its quality. If, you don’t, everybody should know that you are just selling cheap product in high price. I have sent mails but yet to get reply. Let us make more awareness among the customer. This myth that woodland shoes and chappals are all weather resistant must be eliminated.

                                  I have a problem with chappals. i cant find a chappal or shoes of my size.
                                  I hieghts up to 6 foot.

                                  I had purchased 1 pair of woodland chappal 6 months back and it got torn just after 5 months and it cost more than 2000 rupees. I gave it back to the shop named AERO CLUB,WOODLAND STORE,25/479,GOKUL BUILDING M.G.ROAD THRISSUR PH.[protected].AND AFTER 1 MONTH I GOT ONLY 75% claim...

                                    I have purchase a shoe from woodland which cost me 2400/- bugs considring the brnad of woodland only, having a hope of having a good quality of pair.

                                    It just got the opposite having told that 3 months of warranty, it was soon I was again standing in the store to replace my pair of shoes because of the stiches of left shoe. It took 10 days to replace the shoes and given me chance to replace it with any other shoe model also.

                                    After some 25 days again the new pair got detached from the soul. I have again logged a complaint and demanded for the replacement. Dealer send the shoe which was still in warranty phase and was liable to get replaced.

                                    This time Woodland took 30 days to give the answer and they havent replaced the pair they were only fixed, Only question I have is when it was there in a period of warranty then why it was not replaced.

                                    It is only till the time a cutomer purchase goods is a "King", after purchasing it his headache only. Before purchasing there are lot of promises of warranties but afterwards those al are like pomises being made by politician.

                                    the shoe lace buckle broke off within first fifty meter of walking which doesn't suit the company reputation.the customer buy product because of the faith on an company and it should not happen with the shoe costing Rs.2600.

                                      I stay in Faridabad ( Haryana ) . I went to Bhopal last week with family . I purchased a foot wear for my son from Woodland store ( E5 / 11, Near Habibganj Police station, Bitten Market, Bhopal ) vide TIN no - [protected], Bill number 576 dated 17.5.09 .                                       I am shocked to see that threads are coming out, beading is coming out so badly in less than a week time . The footwear was costig Rs.1595-00 and we have lost faith in the brand of of woodland .

                                      There seems to be something fundamental wrong in the manufacturing process of the woodland factory . How can a footwear behave even worse than a road-side shop quality ??

                                      my child is not able to use this footwear at all now . Please let me know where should i despatch these foowear ... This is surely my last purchase of woodland brand ..

                                        I am extremely dissatisfied with the Woodland product & service. One month ago I purchased a pair of shoes from Woodland Showroom (Begumpet, Hyderabad branch). Shoe got damage because of Woodland spray polish which I purchased along with the shoe. I gave the shoe for repair but the showroom people were unable to repair it and they said that it has to be sent to Delhi at their main branch. I asked them to replace it but they denied it. Its been more than 15 working days and I am still waiting for their response and every time I have to call them to check for the update. At this point of time, I am very upset with all this run-around procedure and will make sure that no one buys Woodland shoes among my friends & relatives. This is the worst service which I have received till date. I hope someone seriously take action on such companies who are just eat-up customer money and never provide the service which they are mentioning on the promotions.

                                        I had purchased an Woodland Shoe Formals ankle. I was told it is pure leather and after i purchased it started showing signs of nonleather. I approached the store keeper who refused to accept the fact that it is nonleather. I scratched and showed him this still he persists saying it is leather. I have now decided to approach consumer court. This happened in Woodland showroom in Marthahalli woodland showroom. The personal there are quite rough and don't go by the promise they make of 1 year guarantee. All .

                                        I visit woodland showroom everytime when i go out for shoping expecting if i could find any good shoes..
                                        I like the quality o[censored]r product but the problem lies in its design..Your shoes seem like its meant for only matured people..Not for youngest
                                        No style, No shape..except it last for very long duration...
                                        When it comes to formal shoes it just look ordinary shoes tat we can purchase form any other shop..I wish u could create more classy casual formal shoes, That looks slim, light, stylish and simply flat soal for especially mens shoes..Since your quality are so great i would want woodland to focus more on classic and stylish shoes rather then Funky shoes...Your can get the idea from from Valentino style etc

                                        May be your designers needs to be replace..Sorry if my comments bring you any bad feeling..Since i'm your customer and liked your quality so i thought i could tell you more about what i want in future..
