Woodlands — problem due to the sandals

I bought this sandal about 3 months back, it was very comfortable when i wore it 1st time at the woodlands showroom but slowly i realised that the shape of my leg is changing, there is a extra growth on my both the toes. i can t return it because they ll not take it because it has been used for3 months. Kindly help me in getting jusice

I have purchase a woodland shoe worth of ~2400 on some time backs.I am working in manufacturing comapany so it is mandatory to wear me the safety shoes.I could not get much time to wear the shoes. After using one or two times i kept aside for som days. A fine day i saw that the sole started gettingbreaking.I have approached an authorised woodland showroom and came to know that a particular sole has been used for this shoe and i havnt used it much it cause me the damage of my 2400 bugs.
Nither my retailer has told me to do so or the comapny has not mentiopned anywere on the outer cartons.It is cheating the customers.
I dont think so i will get a response from the authority eventhough i am writing this text, an another friend cannot be wasted his money by buying a woodland shoes.

This is Rahul Kapil from faridabad...I purchase the Shoes from your Faridabad showroom...which is located in crown interior mall faridabad...i m not satisfy with ur shoes...the shoes soul is not good ...the soul pasting is remove after few days...from the back...i give to the showroom to repair it...it take app. 25 days to repair...but after reparing the problem presist again...the soul pasting is again remove...due to this my shoes are very free in my leg...the fitting is is totally disturb...pls. i request to change my shoes ...i m very thankful to u...

i really dn't have perfect words... wht to say for woodland shoes... this is the third time now...
first time i purchased woodland shoes... got vanished within a month... lost bill somehow so couldn't get exchanged... so purchased new one... also got vanished within next two months...again got vanished...again no bill...no exchange...
service and quality of Woodland have become so poor... that i switched to RBK... i knw that's little expensive bt at least they people give gud customer service...
can any one please advice me hw to get them exchanged... i don't know their customer care id...

I bought a pair of woodland formal leather black shoe sometime in the month of June 2009. I did not used it for quite sometime. Last time when I was travelling I was wearing this shoe and in the airport I realised that the stitch was torn and a portion of the sole came out from the leather (upper portion). I had to organise another pair of shoe before the departure of my flight. Prior to this incident I have used this shoe for maximum of 5 days. Couple of days back I went back to the showroom and Mr. Bapi Chowdhary of the organisation could not handle the situation and started making contradictory statement. Then I had to speak to Mr.Harish Rawat who guided me exchange my shoe against a different model against payment of the difference amount. But due to no reason they deducted Rs.550/- from the value of my first shoe.

I have purchase the one pair of shoes article no R1GC 0277106 colour khakhi from your outlet AERO CLUB Woodland Store ansal plaza vaishali ghaziabad (U.P) through cash memo no.not seen dt.14.07.2009.in store when I select the shoes we saw that the store owner mention four type discount i.e. 25%, 30%, 40%, 50% and store owner paste the two slip on bottom/side of the shoes one is more than your mrp and one slip after discount just your mrp.above article as per your outlet 25% discount given me.outlet staff give me the fresh shoes.after taking we found that your outlet making the phool because your outlet sale the above article shoe on mrp mention on the front side of the shoe box of Rs.1870.and your outlet give me the above shoe Rs.1870/- after the 25% discount.this is not possible.I request to please take the matter very seriously.

I have been using Woodland Shoes of various models since 1997. Last August I bought one Woodland Shoes (Article no. RIGC 0205106 Colour neutral, Price Rs. 1870- after discount) from Aero Club, Woodland Store, Shop No. 93/1, Marathali, Bangalore, Phone,[protected],[protected] on August 03, 2008.

After 5 months I noticed that the sole of one shoe has been cracked. I went back to the shop he says no replacement is possible, this is unfortunate, but he agreed for replacement of the sole. Anyway, I have given the shoe for resoling (Repair slip no. 28, dated[protected].

It gives me pain to think that I will be affected in this way after buying a shoe from Woodland and this kind of service we can get from local shoe manufacurer hence what is the point of going for branded one.

AFTER COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SHOE i GOT A CALL FROM THE STORE IN ANDHERI WEST, MUMBAI. UNFORTUNATELY STILL I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM.

THEY DO NT HAV ETHE SHOE OF MY CHOICE.
THE SIZE IN 3 DIFFERENCT SHOES I CHOSE IS NOT AVAILABLE.
THE STORE PEOPLE WANT ME TO BUY A SHOE OF HIGHER VALUE, WHICH IS NOT CORRECT. AS SUCH I HAVE LOST FAITH IN THE WOODLANDS BRAND, BUYING A SHOE OF HIGHER VALUE MEANS WASTING MORE MONEY ON A BRAND WHICH HAS NO QUALITY CONTROL.

SB-116 B Tonk Road, Opposite Apex Mall, JAIPUR on date 02/. 11/2011 . After wearing the footwear i found the color fade in my socks. This really shows the poor quality of the Woodland shoes, which is reputed for the highest quality that they claim to maintain.

Defect in the shoe
I had bought a Khaki 39 footwear (Leather) bearing No.GD0496108 on 28/07/2013 by paying a sum of Rs.1195.00 (Original cost Rs.1195.00 less Discount of Rs.800.00) vide bill No.2070 dated 28/07/2013 from M/s AERO CLUB, Woodland Store, 47-10-17, 2Nd Lane, Dwarka Nagar, Vishakhapatnam(Vizag-2, Vishakhapatnam. On 24/08/2013 after wearing the said shoe, I find out that some portion of sole of both the feet got detached. I had the impression while buying the shoe at Vizag and accordingly I had make notice the fact that gentleman handling the cash at that point. I categorically raise the issue when I have been given to understand that we will replace and/or repair the shoe. But unfortunately on the very first day of wearing the shoe I experience bitterly of your make. Now let me know that what course of measure would I take to resolve issue about my shoe.

the shoe need asti chap repair leather inside shoe is torn but the shopkeeper wos saying No for this wos arguing for that ., do u take complaints seriously .

Ask them to repair it without any additional charge.In case they wont listen raise the issue to consumer forum .Brand like woodland should not do this.

I purchased a shoes from woodland outlet in chaitanyapuri, hyderabad, india. After using 4 to 5 months i recognized that the monogram of the shoes is totally different from the original one. Is the shoe is duplicate. Are woodland hav any other monogram with one brand.

Woodland Shoes — Upper Part of the leather cracked

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought a shoe from Siliguri West Bengal sometimes early last year. I was posted there and got transferred from there. In the transit I lost the payment receipt of the shoe.

In the last few weeks I noticed that the leather around the toes has started crumbling and has almost spread on the top front half of the shoe. This has happened only in the right shoe.

I really like the shoe and want this to be mend. Could you please advice me how to get it done in Patna as I am posted here.

this is context with repair of my pair of woodland shoes. there was a need to replace the sole of my woodland shoes as they had worn out of excessive usage. i had given the shoes on 20 Jan 08 to AERO CLUB(W0ODLAND SHOES) , SPENCER PLAZA, 769,ANNA SALAI with repair slip no. 13/07-08. i gave regular calls to check the status of the shoes and was told that the they would be getting back to me within an hours time to inform the status. but that never happened. and on my final call before i visited the shop,i was told the shoes would be delivered on the due date(15 Feb 08) as per the slip. but when i went personally to collect the shoes on 01 mar 08, i was told the the sole for that model is not available. if it were to take more than 02 months to find out whether the sole is available or not, there must be something seriously wrong with the system. this can be considered a serious drawbacks in one of the leading shoemaker company in the world. or may be the dealer id taking the reputation for a ride. iam seriously thinking of going to the Consumer court if the problem is not resolved with the requisite compensation given to me for the lost time and improper service. hope ull do the needful and keep me posted on the issue

I purchased a pair of Gents shoe Article No. SM 916 Colour Brown Size 40 from your Sector 17 Chandigarh Show Room about six moths back costing Rs. 4995/-. i went to your showroom last week to buy a new shoe and brought it i was wearing another woodland shoe i showed the sole he told me that he will get the sole replased so after a weel on[protected] evening i took the old shoe for replasing the sole then he tells that the leather is week etc etc i told him that i have a sentimental value on that shoe so please replace the sole if they had told me the first day i went i could have saved time, money on petrol etc etc this happened at woodland show room vontikoppal mysore

I usually purchase WOODLAND shoes and are really comfortable, but the shoe I purchased from WOODLAND factory outlet from New Rohtak Road on 3rd February 2010 cut off from sole's stitching area and upper portion and sole portion gets separated, wearing a shoe only one day, and separation of sole, I think this does not add to the goodwill to the brand, if this type of sub standard material is being used, why to take the woodland brand, therefore, i request u to replace the sole of shoes.

shoes are slipping

I bought a new pair of woodland shoes GC 0277106A khaki. these shoes are very slippery and i was about to fall a couple times on the road and wash room and coridor. I dont why wood land is manufacturing these type of dfective shoes
