I have purchased a pair of shoes from Woodland Store, AERO CLUB Woodland Store #17, New BEL Road, Bangalore on 3rd Aug. 2008 vide their bill No.4242 for Rs.2, 195.00. and have pasting problem after 5 month of purchase. they have repaired it once from some local vendor

The dealer is not replacing it rather reparing it again and again

I had purchased a pair of shoes worth 1495/- just after two days use the leather started pilling off so I returned to the Panjim showroom with the shoes but unfortunately there was no curtacy also to attend to my problem & just said will see what company has to say & Plus the sales boy is saying our company gives only three months warranty this is something very fake. i bought a wood land shoes priced Rs.3295 for my fiance yesterday (13/03/2008) from Woodlands original showroom in Trivandrum Kerala and today (14/03/2008) the stitching on the sides came off.
i went back to the store and asked what they could do for the damage and i got a very cold and rude behaviour from them.They even accused us to have done the damge and that we made unnecessary problems.
Its very sad and painful to know...
