Worst Service From Airtel Even For Corporate Customers — Number disconnected without intimation

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu

I have taken a connection with airtel. Since then I have issues. I will get confirmation calls for silly reasons, however they have deactivated the service to my number [protected] since Monday. There is no intimation regarding the same neither by Call, SMS nor email that service is deactivated due to some reason.

Now that after speaking to customer care for 1 hour and escalating it to Bindu Supervisor on floor, she called the agent (Kavi - [protected]) and said that he would give me a call back after checking the status. I have submitted the document at HCL Perungudi office to Kavi

continues....

complete conversation:

Is there any way the service can be restored immediately. Since Monday evening Airtel disconnected the service and still now nothing is fruitful. I have paid the OS and send the soft copy of my passport (i have submitted hard copy to Mr.Kavi).

It is disgusting and disappointing that this mistake is done from Airtel, still the issues is not getting resolved soon.

I never had this kind of service issues with Vodafone and I am using this service since 2007.

Also the Nodal officer Nandini said that Airtel is not at all responsible for the Agents behavior. Kindly send me a confirmation email that Airtel is not responsible for the Agents behavior, so that i will make sure this type of issues does not repeat with my colleagues at HCL (Technologies/comnet).

I am struggling so much as I have given this number to every one or my relatives and colleges, if that I would have taken a new number and got service immediately.

May be these kind of issues disturb the customers and will give them an oppertunity to think of an alternative.

Accepting the mistake Airtel might have restored the service for my number [protected] immediately.

It seems I am being cheated by Ms.Nandini asking me to pay the Outstanding on the number and will be activated immediately.

I need some discount of compensation for the days that i did not had service due to negligence/irresponsibility of Agent/Airtel which lead to this situation.

Regards,
Chandra Sekhar M.N.S

Message body:
Hi Nandini,

As per our conversation, I have paid the amount and submitted a copy of my
passport to Mr.Kavi. Kavi has given me a new sim card and said it will be
activated. I would kindly request you to activate the sim card bearing
[protected]) with the number [protected] ASAP.

Already Airtel has barred my service since Monday evening till date. I would
like to request you to give me the rental back to me on prorate basis for the
days that I did not have service.

While in our conversation you have mentioned that Airtel is not responsible for
the agents behavior, so in this regard I want Airtel to make sure that Mr.Kavi
would not misuse my document.

If incase Airtel is really not responsible for agents deeds, then I would like
to have an acknowledgement email mentioning the same. I want every Airtel
subscriber in HCL (Technology/Comnet) to know this.

Thank you for your efforts to bring back my connection with the same number
([protected]).

Kindly get the connection activated ASAP.

I have attached the document with the acknowledgement from Mr.Kavi with the
date and time he received the document from me for your reference.

Regards,
Chandra Sekhar M.N.S

Miss Bindu assured a call back from Kavi, which did not happen. I have
called Kavi and he said that the copy of driving license that I have submitted
was not legible.

Either the backend team or Kavi has informed me about this in advance before
they disconnect the service.

I want the service to be activated right now and want someone to contact me and
collect the required documents.

In case of the service not restored by EOD, I would be more than happy to treat
the current unbilled amount as a discount due deactivation without any
notification and will not pay it.

your immediate response is appreciated.
My alternate number is [protected]

One more thing before close, Miss Bindu seemed to be little frustrated when i
was talking to her regarding my issue.

=================================
Now after 45 days long fight, i have decided to leave the old number and go for a new number. Now Mr.Kavi gave a new number ([protected]) on 09092010 and said will be activated EOD 9th Sep, which did not happen. Called Kavi and he said the above new number is booked by someone else and cannot be activated to me and gave another number [protected] and said it will be activated by 1600. It did not happen and i called Kavi and he gave his manager (Niranjan : [protected]) number to call and escalate.

Called Niranjan and he said he is not sure about the old number issue and will try to activate if possible as there are lot of pending applications and the activation is done at Delhi but not in chennai.

Now the Nodal officer Miss Aida , said she cann not helpe me on this as the information is not loaded with reference to the new number.

Now I wanted to know who is taking care of customer interests ? I found there is no use of Either Nodal officers or Appelete and TRAI website simply asks customer to contact these guys who dont have any authority to do any thing out of Box.

Service providers and Govt are on top of customer if there are any pending bills arranging Goondas to collect the money saying they are from collection Team.

Is there any way customer can get a satisified service in India?

Can you get my new number active ASAP and Take action on AIRTEL's irresponsibility and cheap service and no motto of customer satification.

Is this the way AIRTEL works. How do you think the issue will be resolved automatically. I hope you assume that if customer is not answered for a time, he will withdraw his issue and you can make it resolved in your records.

============================================

After long fight, Even Airtel Nodal Officer Nandini or the Appelte officers did not followup to see what is the outcome of the case.

Such a responsible the Employee's and the Employer of well known Telecom service provioder.

===============================================

Make Captions when you commit on it, not just for paper work and ADS.

I will wait to see who calls me and how they respond to the time and money i wasted to followup with AIRTEL while i was facing issue with the service.

The service is due to the law in INDIA. See below mail and there was not even an acknoledgement, this is the reason Indian Market players take a RIDE of Customers :

Subject: Reg : Does india has a concept of customer satisifaction?

Respected Sir,

I have logged complaints on the consumer forum online for issue with Mobile service provider. I would like to know if there is a body that works for the customer satisfaction in India. I am not sure if I have to be proud to be born in a country where culture is respected and known for its human family relations or to be shameful to find such a policies where there is no concept of Customer Satisfaction.

Please find My complaint information in detail in the given URL.

http://www.clientcomplain.com/Worst_Service_from_Airtel_even_for_Corporate_customers-Complains-7552-SC.html

https://www.consumercomplaints.in/my-complaints.htmlairtel-c428812.html

Please try and allocate some time to go through the above link and let me know if any thing can be done in India to improve customer satisfaction ?

How can I get some compensation for the time and money wasted to contact AIRTEL to get my issue resolved?

I expect some help instead giving simple suggestions. As the Nodal officer Team and Appellate for AIRTEL are useless to help customer out of the box and not even sure where they are escalating the issues when they say we have escalated the issue to BACKEND TEAM.

Hoping for a better future for the customers in India.

Chandra Sekhar M.N.S
