i would like to inform you that.my credit card no.[protected]..converted to emi.. i am making the emi paymnt every month.i paid1 mnth in advance paymnt as well.which covers till december 2009.still finanace people call and harases me without checking the details..and last month my saving a/c got blocked due to paymnt ...I request not to block my saving a/c as i already paid till december emi..and also request you to take a complain about the finance people who distrub me everyday without checking the information on my a/c...

monthly statement not delivered in my home address which is mention in monthly statement. so many times i have called to concern person, so many times i have made ph calls for this but still today the same thing happened my statement is going to drop by curior service man to kasba peth ( in my old office address and i am staying in sahakar nagar. please let me know why this thing happen again and again and who is responsible for non receipt of my statement and after that non payment of bill . kindly mail me immediately on my above mentioned mail address.

I AM PROMPTLY PAYING THE FULL AMOUNT THE MOMENT I RECEIVE MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT BEFORE DUE DATE IN RESPECT OF ABOVE MY CARD NO. HOWEVER, IN NOVEMBER, THE DUE DATE OF MY STATEMENT WAS 29.11.09. I DROPPED MY ICICI BANK CHEQUE NO.449295 DATED 27.11.09 FOR RS.14200/-AT THEIR KASTURBA GANDHI MARG, NEW DELHI-1 DROP BOX.ON 27TH NOVEMBER 09. BUT TO MY SURPRISE, THE SAME WAS DEBITED IN MY A/C WITH CONNAUGHT PLACE BRANCH ONLY ON 8TH DECEMBE 09. THOUGH I PROPTLY DEPOSITED BEFORE DUE DATE, IT IS NOT OF MY FAULT.
HENCE I RQUEST THE BANK TOREVERSE THE LATE PYMNT FEE OF RS.400 PLUS SERVICE TAX AND ALSO INTEREST CHARGES OF RS.646.35 PLUS SEVICE TAX OF RS.66.67. I[censored] GO THROUGH MY PYMNT RECORDS, U WILL FIND THAT THERE IS NO DEFAULT OR DELAYED PYMNT ON ANY MONTH.
PLS. KEEPING IN MIND THE ABOVE I ONCE AGAIN RQST TO REVERSE ALL CHARGES LKEVIED ON MY STATEMENT DATED 12.12.09 IN RESPECT OF CARD

I have taken a loan of amount Rs1, 00, 000/- in credit card ([protected]), and i payed emi regularly, on 03/08/2007 there was Rs72, 716/- balance which i payed as Rs49, 000/- on 05/09/2008 and Rs23, 716/- on 06/09/2008, now all my settled but still yoursending me the bills for emi.

Actually you shoulkd should have sent me a statement of nil amount balance instead your sending still.but your taking my money and putting interest for the amount incliding service tax, emi, emi interest..

last month FEBRUARY you have sent me a staement as total amount Rs500.28/- and minimum amount Rs 500.28/-it means there is no more amount to be paid, i payed that Rs500.28/-.but again this month(MARCH) again a statement with Rs3, 670/- as minimum amount and Rs3704.58/- as total amount to be paid is stated...

i want to know whats really happening.if i dont get proper responce within 10 days, i will suely take this issue to CONSUMER COURT

I have a credit card no [protected]. I have posted cheque NO. 215205 (IDBI Bank) of AMOUNT 7885.00 rupess against outstanding amount 7884.29 on dated 02.06.2010 at your Phase-7, Mohali punjab ATM dropbox.
But still (19.06.2010) this amount not detected from my account.
Kindly let me know the status of my cheque and reason why its pendiong at your end.

ICICI Bank Credit Card — levy of late payment fee charges & interest thereon

Sir,
I am holding a credit card of ICICI bank since 2005.I have never been in any default of paying any dues towards the Company. I have been facing a problem of late payment charges & interest charges levied on us since October'05.The Company didn't send me the credit card statement on time & henceforth they charged interest & late payment fees. I had followed up with the customer care employees & they reversed the same. The bank repeated the same mistake again, & I followed with them & explained them that I had received the statements after the due date. In spite this, the customer care employees gave me vague reply that my address of communication has changed etc. After their complete ignorance on my complain I started to pay towards my purchases made & not paying the interest charges. I have also visited the bank branch & I have a complete evidence of the employees whom I have called throughout the years. Please suggest me how to approach on a waiver of these interest charges.
