Good Morning Sir, Mera Paytm mei account hai.[protected] ko mere account mei Rs.20 the. mujhe videoconD2h recharge karna tha. isliye mei videocondd2h recharge karne ke liye paytm Rs.20+80 atm se use kiya. par transacton fail hone ke karan, mera paytm mei jo Rs.20 the. wo bhi deduct ho gaye. main continue paytm wale ko email karta aa raha hu .par har email mei bank ka statement mang rahe the aur aapka balance safe hai. Par jab main bank statement email kiya to last paytm wale ka email aaya ki aap pehle balance use kar chuke hai. Please resove my problem.
