I have been trying to book tickets but my transaction couldn't be done due to otp not been generated to my mobile number. My registered number has already been updated but y haven't i receiving any otp to my mobile number due to this all my online transactions has been stopped. I went to the corporation bank near my locality but they haven't been responding accurately so please resolve my problem as soon as possible thank you have a good day

I have taken a loan on my FD which is in corporation bank branch Revora.
I am also making payments regularly far more than the interest.

However every month they are reporting it wrongly to CIBIL that I am past due.

Though this loan on FD us supposed to be with no minimum payments.

It's just frustrating as I got it corrected last time.

I have applied for the PMEGP loan from your bank Branch - Kodariya, MHOW.

Applicant name (my wife) - Drishti Sharma

Project name - Manufacturing unit of Sweets and Namkeen.

I would like to highlight the process that you follow in providing the loan to your so-called customers.

I have submitted all the necessary documents (Original land papers + Diversion papers) approx. 1.5 years earlier and all the documents have been verified by the two branch managers i.e by the old one and newly posted named "Manoj Kumar".

The first thing it took almost 2 years to decide whether you are providing me a loan or not.

Second, the Branch manager has rejected my loan application without providing me with the reason for rejection.

Third, when I asked for the reason of rejection, the manager not only misbehaved with me but also said that - "Go wherever you want to go, even I also don't want to stay in this branch".

Forth, He said that - "You take care of me, I will take care of you". What it means- it seems he wants some money for the same, is it so?

Fifth, who gave the rights to hold my original papers if you are not at all interested in providing the Loan to us.

I want reason and answers to all questions.

I cancelled my gym subscription from cult (Cure fit) in january 2019 due to health reasons.
They refunded my amount on jan 2nd of rs 13892/- at 12:14 pm.
However, it has been more than a month and i haven't received the amount.
I have gone back to cult fitness and they say the payment has been executed from their end.
I have also spoken to the bank and they too are unable to help me out.

Please look into this matter as the amount of refund is high and i haven't been able to get the money into my account so far.

My mother-in-law k. Bharathalakshmi, is a pensioner having sb account in your masulipatnam branch, krishna dist. Ap. As per branch manager instructions, she had given a request letter to update dob and email in bank records on 25.01.2019 to access netbanking. But till date no updation is done. One bank staff also told her there is no option for netbanking for pensioners. As her son does not do anything for survival and threaten her mother for pension money and withdrawing money from atm

Please do the needful and arrange to update the records, so that net banking can be done. A screenshot of the letter and pass book and letter to bank, is attached with this mail for your ready reference.

Today also i have contacted machilipatnam branch twice, but no updation is done.

Whenever we go for cash withdrawal with corporation bank anna nagar east branch, chennai, they r not giving cash - they always want us to wait for 2-3 hours, the manager will go to some places and get the cash and give us, they say its rbi rules to not to keep cash in the bank, the withdrawal amount will be under 5 lakh, my company name is your choice, sometimes after waiting also, they r saying no cash for us, the behaviour of the manager is also not good, they are not at all bothered about customers and their retrival, i want the solution for my problem, pls ask the branch to hold the cash in bank oratleast they should have someone to go quickly and get the cash from their place and give it to customers.. Today i visited corporation bank located ghatkopar west.
Went to one of bank officer sitting next to cash counter alongwith my father. We informed him that we want to withdraw cash as we don't have atm card and cheque book. Upon our request instead of helping us he started shouting that why didn't we applied for the same earlier as this account is 10 years old.
I replied him that this acount is only use for lpg subsidy and that time we don't have any requirements of cash withdrawal. Now we have requirements so plz help.in reply request he again shouting arrogantly and use rude words and disrespected my father and me..
So just want to complaints about the bank officer as i tried lodged complaint to the branch manager but insisted me not to do.
Branch manager was quite polite and she helped us to get cash withdrawal and atm application.
But i wanted to lodge complain against the bank officer who sits next to cash counter and take appropriate action against him. As being customer we expect bank staff will behave in polite manner but in my case it was totally opposite. Officer was very rude, arrogant and was not in a mood to atleast listen and understand the customer query.
So plz take necessary action again that bank personal.

When you visit branch for any queries or clarification, the staffs always try to escape from the responsibility and ask us to visit home branch. If for everything we need to go to home branch, what is the purpose of setting up branches?
Even if we ask to get the passport book entered with the latest transaction, they have a problem.

Basically the staff act as though they are doing some personal favour. I don't understand aren't they paid to do what they are suppose to do!

I have taken a loan from corporation bank in jan-18 under cpmay scheme and was eligible for subsidy. They told me i'll receive subsidy in 6months. Then they told me that it will be credited by september and then december but not its january. Its more than one year but but till the date i havnt received subsidy in my account. Kindly help me out and do needful/

Dear sir in morning i visit in corporation bank distric centre branch janakpuri new delhi at 10:44 am there was not present staff in bank. I wait there till 11:30 am no staff come for deposit money. They are saying that they are coming. When no one come then one person deposit money and mistake on receiving receipt. I deposit 8000 but he mentioned only 4000.in corporation bank there is uneducated people working. Please take action my contact no. Is [protected]. Actually made a transaction of 500rs to other account from phone pay. But the amount got debited from my account n the receiver dint receive amount. Transaction was done yesterday. I received message like transsction failed if amount is debited from your account it will be credited within one working day. But i haven't received the amount. So please issue the problem as soon as possible

I am having bank account with your veerapandi branch. I am having issue regarding bhim application.
I transferred money through bhim application. But my money was debited from my account but not credited to benefitiary account.
I complained in written in my bank but they are not responding anything..

Really disappointing to inform you that corporation bank in Tirupur main branch Lunch Time 2.00 pm to 2.30 pm while as the working hours of bank is 2.45 pm and above.Customers keep on waiting after 30 min for transactions.. Today i was waiting for my bank transaction but the person holding keys of bank reached at 2.55 am.
This is really disappointing.
