On 05feb 2019 unauthorised transaction occurs with debit card. I had informed the mumbai kandivali west branch immediately about the transaction branch request to launch police fir that also done after all the procedure done and after every 2days visiting branch there is no reply becz bank is lacking in his server they have no solution. Till date 10april2019 no solution. Please do not trust on this bank.

AWAITING FOR YOUR REPLY ITS ALMOST 92DAYS PASSED BUT THERE IS NO REVERT OR SOLUTION FOE MY COMPLAIN.
IF THERE IS NO SOLUTION FROM YOUR SIDE KINDLY REVERSED BACK BY AMOUNT AND CLOSED THE COMPLAIN.
AS PER RBI NORMS IF BANK NOT REPLY THAN BANK IS IN FAULT AND SHOULD REVERSED THE AMOUNT.
SO KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL.

    श्रीमान मेरे पति का जन धन योजना का खाता दिनांक 05/09/2014 को ब्रांच MICR CODE[protected] में खोला गया था जिसका अकाउंट नंबर CPSB/01/000489 हें I
    श्रीमान मेरे पति की मृत्यु के पश्चात जन धन योजना बिमा के अंतर्गत 30000 रूपये की बिमा के क्लेम के लिए में अपने बच्चे के साथ कई बार सम्बंधित ब्रांच में गई मगर बैंक द्वारा सही जानकारी नहीं दी जा रही हे और हमें मन कर दिया जा रहा हे बिमा पालिसी के आवेदन के लिए जबकि हम बीमा लेने के लिए नियम अनुसार सही हे मगर ये बताने के बाबजुत भी हमें मन किया जा रहा हे हमें बैंक में काफी परेशानी आ रही हे और कोई हेल्प भी नहीं मिल रही हे I
    श्रीमान सम्बंधित बैंक स्टाफ द्वारा जन धन योजना को पूर्ण करने के लिए सही दिशा निर्देश व नियमो का पालन नहीं किया जा रहा हे I
    इसलिए आपसे अनुरोध हे की दिशा निर्देश का पालन करते हुए हमारी जल्द ही मदद की जाय एवं बैंक को सही दिशा निर्देश का पालन करने को अवगत कराया जाय I

      This is Meghana holding an account in corporation bank, Kushalnagar branch
      I got a message saying 1000/- has been debited from my account.. But I have not drawn any money from ATM nor I have not transferred any money to any friends account.. Please transfer back the amount.. It's been deducted without my knowledge

      3050 rupees Amount deduction my account yesterday at 3pm through phone pay app but not credit receiver account and till now I have not receive my money.

        On 30th march 2019 i transfered cash for which transaction has been failed but
        Cash has been debited from my account and now being more than 48 hours i haven't recived any reverse cash. On the
        Other hand cash hasn't been deposited into my friend's account. This is annoying
        Matter so please solve this problem as fast as you can

          I have ordered a product.. But my money is deducted while making online payment due to some error... Very tensed Because my money is deducted.. I have asked Flipkart customer care they told that your money will be credited as soon as possible... But I want my money back with in 24hours..             I have been a customer of your basavanagudi branch at bangalore since 2003.
            I have been experiencing the above problem every year and the staff/officers and even the manager is helpless to assist the customers nor give a convincing reply. On the part of the customers, we have to undergo a lot of mental turmoil due to the problem. We will be having year end commitments which we are not be able to fulfill in a timely manner due to the uncertainity at the bank. Neft transactions get spilled over to the next day, cash withdrawals/ deposits is a problem. Our credibility with our business associates is being eroded due to no fault of ours,.. So also the reputation/ image of corporation bank is taking a beating in the business community.
            It is felt a permanent solution has to be made at the bank's end so that the year end report generation, etc., has to be done after or before the business hours, without affecting the routine operations.

              Sir/mam i am customer of corporation branch sec-16 noida on 23rd feb19 i wrote a complaint in branch for amt debited rs.10, 000 due to cash withrowal from indusind bank atm there was a guard who is cheated me he powerd off machine from backup room before transaction completed. I have footage when he withrow cash when i was went outside and cameback for atm slip. Still no any respose from bank. Please help me out.

                I am Dr. Keith Gomes. I visited your Mapusa Branch, Goa for updating my passbook.

                The Banker Mrs. Anita was extremely lethargic and did not know her work well. Further there was no communication from her at all.

                Though I was the second person standing in line she kept entertaining people outside the line.

                When I told her I've been standing for the last 30 mins for updating the book, she rudely told me to sit down and said that the system was down. In reality she was clearing a big heap of cheques in front of her.

                I wish to reemphasize that I've been to many banks but this is the 1st branch where there is no discipline at all. There is no token system and the staff mentioned above is incompetent.

                I also wish to bring to your notice that the customer always comes first. Your staff (Anita) should be courteous with the clients.

                Your staff is not doing the customer a favour by updating their passbook. It's their job and if they feel So, I'm sorry I will have to change my bank.

                I hope you look into the matter and make the necessary corrections to avoid such an unpleasant experience to other customers.

                    My amount rs.2360/- was debited without any notification from corporation bank, i tried to call customer care but no response for last 4 days so checked with bank, they advised to check with mobile app but that also not able to login so i have trying to login its failing. This very worst service from corporation, they doesn't helping me to check why amount was debited. Check you please check and revert my amount to same account

                      I had ordered a jacket through amazon and i returned it. I haven’t received the refund yet but amazon claims to say they have refunded the amount and the transaction has been successful. There’s no amount reflecting in my bank account though. I had provided a wrong account number and amazon says they have successfully sent the amount to the wrong account number. I have contacted my bank and they say no amount has been received and shows no trace of transaction.

                        A refund amount was initiated by amazon on 28 feb which was guaranteed to be credited by 8 march but it has still not been credited. On the other hand the cash hasn't been deposited to my cousin's account. This is really annoying matter.                                       My complents as follows.
                                      1. The branch staff & manager don't now how to interact with the customer.

                                      2. From last 20days my mother as a nominee wants to get the fd amount of my late father.

                                      For this facility they asking to wait for next 20 days that to useing singular world & in a rough language.

                                      Just i'm checking with you sir.. Is it this is the way you are given training to interact with the customer.

                                      Just for information i'm teling you.. I hv a account in icici & karnataka bank... Till today i didn't faced a single problem in service from them.

                                      But, your staff are great!😃😃

                                      3. The speed in the work are excellent! (Note - i saw the service. If some one came to withdraw the money moring.. He will get the cash after 2 hours of submission of cheque)

                                      For our god sake only have corporation bank for the service in that particular area. If have any other service provider bank.. I bet you "no one visit your branch"... Because. Your staff are great in singular word!!! All are behave like they are government employees...

                                      Sir, hope you will consider my issues as early as possible & i get a solution on this...

                                        I am having a Education Loan in Corporation bank with the Account Number : [protected], I have completed my Eduction in April -2017 and I have started repayment of the loan in the month of Feb 2018 soon after getting the Job.

                                        As it is a education I was told that the Repayment of my loan Should be started in June 2018.

                                        The Loan Start date is June 2015 ( with initial Disbursement ) and my College Ended in March 2017 .After that the Repayment was needed to be started from June 2018 as there Will be one year Grace period to start the repayment( All the education loan will be designed in a Same manner, because a Graduate need to search for Job and the same was informed by then Branch Manager who has Approved my Education loan."                                         But I am Deeply disappointed to See my CIBIL Report and in which Bank has Reported a Delay in payment of 272 days in 09/2017( This is logically not possible as the actual repayment to be started in June 2018 according to the policies of corporation bank) .

                                        This will remain a Black mark in my credit history and also have reduced my credit Score.This Is a clear System Error From the Banks side, and I would request the concerned team to help in resolving this Error and report the same to Credit Authority.
                                        Corporation Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
