We visited the velachery branch (Branch code: 2109) for doing rtgs transaction on 23.01.2019. We submitted the cheque and neft filled form to ms. Meenakshi who is the staff at the branch. She told that there is some network connectivity issue in the branch and maximum 2 lakhs can only able to the rtgs transaction and also she stated that it will be done within 3-4 hours. We have been waited for whole day till midnight of 23.01.2019. But, nothing happened and moreover we didnt get any updates from her. By next day, (I. E) 24.01.2019 we asked the status. She given the reply in irresponsible way that she has not done our rtgs transaction. Always she is used to give the reply in arrogant manner and shouting in the branch in front of the customers. We felt very bad and depressed by such kind of arrogant behaviour of ms. Meenakshi. Hence, kindly take necessary action not to happen the same kind of horrible situation to other customers also.

    I have my salary account in corporation bank branch Sakinaka, mumbai, maharashtra. Account No. is [protected]. They sent me a mail that your account went in debit balance as you withdraw 9000 rs. on 4 july 2017 and got cash from atm but account was not debited and they are mailing me in January 2019. But i didnot withdraw that Amount as statement shows too but now they charge in statement in september 2018 "9000 rs" debit balance of july 2017 & Bank Branch members are mentally Harrassing me on call for depositing that amount.

        I bsnl retired employee from last 6 months. From the pension office they will send the pension book to channrayapatna corporation bank but they r not responding. So lodge complaint and recover as soon as possible. The bank is taken the document 2 time still they r not answering. We r faceing the problem so please cosider seriously and report as soon as possible

              I bring to your kind consideration that two of my NEFT transactions are failed wherein money has been deducted but not received by the beneficiary.

              I have raised the issue before too but it is really disturbing that its not being resolved.

                Since past 6 months i tried login my my corporation bank internet banking bt i was not able to receive my otp. I called to customer care she toled in my mobile number country code is not updated so she updated. After that also problem was not resolved. I sent mail to customer support no any resolution from their end. Finally i sent mail to my bank manager, even after so many mails even till today i was unable to receive otp and not able to do any transaction through internet banking. The worst experience i have faced till now in any bank. Finally i wrote mail that i will close the account to my manager still no one bothered about it.

                    I don't why my bank account debitrd by total 118 ₹ and gave me wrong information in date of 30 december 2018 corporation bank sent me a message in which written your account is debited from 100 in 31 december 2018 and after i also catch new message in which corp bank write your account is debited from18 ₹ without any reason my account is debited. I am very dissatisfied by service of corp and one most is corp bank sent me a message in which date is given wrong. We are not a foolish person... I have prove i will show this in photo

                    I purchase a product from amazon and they have refunded me the money but according to the bank my money is not reflecting in my account. The amount should be credited back in my account till thursday 3rd january. That why i filling out this form and bank is not providing me the money.

I need to book the ticket but the money is not there in the account...I called three times on customer care number every time they are telling me to wait coz am in the que and when my number is coming in waiting list on 1st after that the call get disconnect not the single time the call was connected to executive...

                        My name is nalinder bhardwaj and my issue is regarding wrong money transfer due to incorrect ifsc code. The ifsc code of bank of baroda where the payment was made is wrong but the account number is correct. My account number [protected] and the other person account number is [protected]. I have sent the money to this bank account on[protected] rs. 5000. But the money is not sent to this account number[protected]. The amount has been deducted from my account.                         On 29.11.18 I paid the Airtel bill Rs.885/- through Corp Ease (Bharath Bill) The due date was 01.12.18. On 04.12.18 the amount was re-credited with narration "BBPS not debited on 29.11.18". Due to this I have pay the bill once again with Rs.100/- penalty.

                          I am using banking service of corporation bank ganaur branch.
                          The matter is that i went to atm of sbi at hp balaji petrol pump larsauli for cash withdrawal. I withdrawal & received rs. 5000 only from my account but rs. 10000 deducted from account (5000+5000 two times) which causing a serious mental tension & harassment for me.
                          I m trying toll free no. [protected] since last 3 days but still no response.

                            Sir, during netbanking, i am not getting otp immediately, i get it after 15-20 minutes, at that time session is already expired. Called on your tollfree no. Thrice but they keep you on hold for about 8-10 minutes and then automatically call is disconnected. I sent a mail on [protected]@corpbank.co.in, [protected]@corpbank.co.in, [protected]@corpbank.co.in but everybody seems to be sleeping. I tried to contact my nearest corporation bank in vasant vihar. Their response is v v poor. Not ready to listen.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I am writing this letter to inform you that my otp is not generated where i had to transfer some amount urgently and this is possible oly through fund transfer as i reside at muscat. This problem continued since last month, which is very annoying. If this is the case i suggest you to remove mobile banking applications. I had switched my account from canara bank to corp bank which seemed to be the best app for me last year. Please look into the issue. Hope i can sget otp this time.

                                        I am trying to make a transaction. I receive the otp after 12 hours.. Which is not valid anymore. Please let me know what i should do.. I need to make an online transfer.

                                        There is nothing wrong with messages as ai am receiving other otps. Only from corp bank it's taking this long.
                                        Please i need this resolved. I need to make a payment on time and it is getting delayed cos of this.
                                        The old interface was so much bettter!!!
