I tried withdrawing an amount of rs.2000 for medication from corporation bank atm located in selvapuram (Date - 9/09/2017). I just recieved the statement showing my withdrawal amount but then i didnt recieve my rs.2000 from the atm. I kindly request you to refund my amount as soon as possible by today itself since it is for my medical expenses.

    Your internet banking sucks... Seriously.. I am never able to see the exact amount in my account. Every time i make any transaction, i receive an sms saying this much amount has been debited from your account but if i check through internet banking, no such transaction is being shown. Every time i have to wait for at least 2 days to confirm whether the transaction has been executed or not. Even today i transferred some money to an account. I got an sms stating that the xyz amount has been debited from my account but the status of transaction was showing rejected in the internet banking. This happens every time. I am never able to send money in 1 attempt. I must have sent countless mails to the customer care raising this issue. But no one replies to them. There is a difference of 10, 000 rs in the balance as shown in sms and internet banking. Cant submit feedback on your official as you do not allow your customers to submit anything having more than 300 characters. Please tell me if you are doing something to rectify this problem or should i change my bank?

    Worst internet banking ever. Fed up
    The user experience is horrible. That is an understatement, I've had issues figuring out which button does what. The site keeps crashing, the UI keeps bugging and it looks like a 5-year-old could have done a better job. Quit cutting corners on your website if you are really serious about remaining in business.
    yes they are the worst and the attitude is vile and rude

      Logged in to corpretail website and submitted a neft (Ref no 964947) on 2 sep 2017. Till this day, it is in authorized status and not credited to beneficiary account. There are sufficient funds in my account to honour that transfer. Tried calling the customer service toll free no since yesterday. Nobody picks up the phone there or at the branch (Coimbatore agri fin).

        Yesterday we have make 5 neft payment with reference number 93345, 93375, 93918, 93937 and 93431 with enough funds in our account. But out of this only 93431 got executed rest all are still pending with status authorised. We are even unable to make 2nd time same payment and party is getting suspicious about us.

        Hence we have lodged a complain to your call centre with number[protected] your representative mr. Mohan was online. We are filing a suit against bank in consumer forum.

          Purchased asus zenfone worth of rs.8428 from amazon.in. That was defective and returned back on 24th aug, 2017. On 28th aug, 2017 refund from amazon was processed and reference number is[protected]. And said that money will be reflected in my account in 5 working days. Today more than 7 working days happened. But there is no response. Please resolve

            Dear sir, this is p. Venkata nagarjuna, i have account in tirupati branch (0557). And my account number is -4778. I want to transfer my account from tirupati to nellore. So, i was submitted my request on 03/08/2017. But, still they didn't transfer my account. And they collected my passbook &atm card. Now i am suffering because i have no money in my hand.

            Dear sir still not transferred my account . Thirupati branch staff is telling from head office side staff is not responding, how can we do.This is too bad now I want to quit from your bank.

            I have complained to the bank many times

                Hello respected sir/madam
                I have a saving account in you bank my account no is [protected]
                I needed money so i went to the nearest sbi banks atm which is just next to
                Ph diagnostic center in santacruz (West) opposite society stores
                There i tried to withdraw rs 3000 through my corpatm card btreceivedthe message showing temporarily unable to proceed the traction so i waited for some time btthe home screen appeared without providing me money or the traction slip so i tried to withdraw the same amount from the another atm machine at the same place sbi atm btthat machine flashed a message saying"ur daily transaction limit is done" and from this machine also no slip was provided.
                Plz help me get my money back

                      Sir we the employees of epfo who are having salary account with danavaipet rajahmundry are being treated as second grade customers by ur staff
                      They are not crediting salary on time this month and telling cock and bull stories

                      And asking for any loans they are deliberately postponing asif they are busy all times we transfer from sbi for better service but sbi is better now

                      Your andheri midc branch from maharashtra giving services is very 3rd class level. I complaint about that 1st isno one picked phone, 2nd is no one giving satisfied reply n last processing is very poor n low quality. So please take action n provide good service to bank consumers.

They had also processed my refund to my bank account on 24th august 2017. I have still not received the refund amount in my account. Kindly speed up the refund process.

                          ​w​hen ​i​ tried to withdraw rs ​10, 000​ from my a/c ​[protected] on ​ ​​6​th july around ​11​a​m from the ​central bank atm, omnagar​ at the time​ when i put the input in​ atm the pop up open and show this message "the transaction has been cancelled. ​so that i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm.
                          But​ after 1-2 mintue​ ​i​ ​got​ the​ text from the bank the balance was deducted from my a/c​ twice means 20, 000 rs. ​

                          ​s​ir ​i​ have already given the complain ​multiple times ​to the corporation bank c. G. O complex phase i, lodhi road, new delhi-110003 but till now no any reply come not the money.

                          So i ​am requesting you to take necessary action

                            My daughter made a dd (Nos. 46279 and 46277) from corporation bank for her examination fee (Mumbai university) during the month of june 2017 and she submitted the dd to her college (Institute of science, mumbai). Unfortunately the dd bounced and got a letter from the rbi stating that "being unable to obtain payment of the enclosed dd, we return them to you".

                            The next day on 11th august my daughter approached the corporation bank, mira road branch from where she made the dd but the bank officials was unable to give any reason for the nonpayment they just asked her to submit the dd for cancellation, accordingly she submitted the dd for cancellation. Till now the money did not credited back to her account. She approached the bank several times but did not get any valid reason for not crediting the money back to her account.

                            I have send several emails to corporation bank mira road branch as well as zonal office and send another email to their complaint redressal forum but till now i did not receive any response from the bank.

                              I have been receiving sms alerts from corporation bank very often that cheques issued on my account is presented for payment and i am being advised to contact my branch if there is any discrepancies.in this connection, i have to state that cheques mentioned in the sms alerts are not actually issued by me. I have contacted by branch and they advised me to ignore such false alerts.
                              Sir, my name is k baburaya n kamath, retired employee of corporation bank, maintaining my pension account and other savings with founders branch, udupi.
                              My worry is that, if such cheques are debited to my account, all kinds of correspondence and follow - ups the mental tortures i have to undergo.

By a person named r nagesh rao (Ramachandraiah nagesh rao) who is residing at gayathrifarm, indiranagar tirthahalli shimoga 577432. He has provided all fake documents he is not an agriculturist and doesn't have an income. The property is 10.5 acres land worth 1.5cr. He has applied for a loan with your bank. Please be aware as it would lead in a bad debt with fake documents. There is some manager adjustments being done also. The agreement is done in his name and his wife's name gayathri n rao, son nitheesh n rao and daughter in law sathvika n rao

                                      My wife having corp bank saving a/c.-[protected] in gurgaon branch. She had made transaction rs. 2600 through swapping machine during shopping on 3rd july, 2017, at first time swapping as per merchant transaction shown failed so has to do another transaction just after 2 minutes but only 1 times rs. 2600 credited to merchant. He has provided his statement. Issue is that amount deducted 2 times from account. Complaining through branch bank complaint no.-crm[protected] and crm[protected] due date 20th aug, 2017 has already passed. Today i met branch again but there is no solution has provided by branch manager.
                                      I have 3 times mailed to [protected]@corpbank.co.in and [protected]@corpbank.co.in but no resolution have provided. All scanned copy of proof have been attached in mail to you.

                                        My complaint is against corporation bank, shop no. 87, sector 4, 1st floor, panchsheel commercial complex, airoli, navi mumbai - 400708.

                                        My wife had apply instance debit card on dt. 03.08.17 when she went to native place but it is not active till time & reason is card block, we follow-up to bank 6-7 time for unblock card but every time they told us it will be active in next in 2 days, after all this harassment i was requested to her please cancel this card also & issue me new card & they gave me new instance debit card but this time also they told me it will be active in next in 2 days. Today morning again my wife went to corporation bank for non-activated debit card so banker leady argue with my wife and when argument is crass of limit banker leady told my wife i will call police, it means wrong behaviour by banker leady & they threatening about police
                                        It is disgusting that banker persons behaviour like that with customer.
