Bank give me a rupay debit card but card is not working all my transection failed.
I have sufficient money in my acvount and i doing rupay based pement mode but all transection are failed. And my branch not listing my problem.

I am ex-staff of the bank. My a/c sb/2/205782 at srinagar branch bangalore (Br.0215) is debited with rs.15890/- on 20th july towards payment for water purifier from eureka. But the amount has not reached the beneficiary and i have not got the product.
