We have observed that inspite of giving letter no. Str/ao-cash/corr/2017-18/11 received to you dated 03.05.2017 of reversal for unjustified ledger folio charges amounting to rs. 15, 870/- in contravention of our centralized agreement with your bank, such charges are not yet reversed which is not at all appreciable. Further charges of rs. 4, 720/- have again debited in name of ledger folio charges for the period 01/04/17 to 11/08/17 in our account.

Consolidated details are as follows for your information and necessary action:

    I had account in kansawadi branch 15days back i applied for net banking of my account if i changed my pw & uth when change day are worked but second day it is not working. If correct id & passward enter the system are shown wrong. I tried lot of times
    Our time is waste if we are calling web center around 50 times allways engage. Then they are web [protected]@corpnet.co.in it is showing error, this summery of net banking is compare to other banks. Corporation bank till very very back

      I have been operating an sb a/c no. [protected] with your madipakkam branch (Chennai) for more than 10 years. I have been using your debit card as my primary card for all my purchases. The last entry for reward points was on 23rd february 2017. Since then there is no points credited for the purchases i made till now. I have reported this matter to your customer service centre through emails a number of times, still the problem is not solved and the points are not getting credited. My mobile no.         I have ordered a phone from amazon. But my order was cancelled. So amazon returned my payment of rs. 5998 on 10 august. But payment does not reflect back in my account. My refund reference number is[protected]. I contact to amazon several time but they said my payment is done by them. Bank also said we have no option to check this from reference number please refund my payment as soon as possible. I think that change of account number from 14 digit to 15 digit is issue. Please do

          Sir/madam,
          I am the account holder of your bank for past 4 years. My current account number is a/c: cvpod 150001. I would like u to bring this to your kind attention that your employee rajesh patil from chiplun does not behave properly with its valuable customer who has brought for the bank 20 customer through his own identity. Not only me many people are unsatisfied with him he speaks very harshly with each and every customer. I recently took a loan from your bank and at that time he had demanded a bribe of rs 25000/- to which i even agreed n gave him that amount.
          So kindly look into the matter so that the name of your bank doesn’t get spoil and u do not lose the name of your bank. I request you to take appropriate action againt him so that he does not do that again

            Hello sir,

            I had used my corporation bank debit card for online payment on paytm mall app for online purchase. Unfortunately, the item got canceled and the amount has been refunded to my account. It's been more than 48 hours since the amount has been refunded, yet it is not reflecting in my account balance. Upon contacting at the help center of the online retailer, i have been told that the amount has already been refunded but not credited by the bank.
            I am in debt and i urgently need money. Please help me resolve this issue and revert back to my email asap.

                    Hi, tarnaka branch employees have been not taking relevant action on our accounts when we have applied for net banking as well as for new cheque. Instead they have gave a wrong instant kit of some other customer and recklessly argues when we say the kit isn't working or the ph no linked to the account is not mine. Gave n no of complaints but the issue has not been resolved. I am 60+ yrs of age and they keep making me come to the branch and yet the issue is not yet resolved. It been nearly a month since i have applied for net banking and till today i m not have net banking. I had to drop mails to webcorp as well as customer care to resolve as branch employees are reluctant and inefficient. From the back office got to know the employee at branch have given a wrong net banking kit which is of diff customer. I am not having security concerns about my account and my family members account. Can you please take appropriate action and make sure the issue is resolved. If not i am ready to close all my family members accs associated with this branch/bank.

                      My self Nehalkumar Ashokkumar Shah. My account number is [protected]. My bank account is in Cambay / Khambhat (Anand) barnch, Gujarat. I was submitted my account closing application on 05/08/2017, but till date my account not closed and my account amount not credited my HDFC bank account. My HDFC bank detail is already submitted with account closing application. Today talk with bank manager but he told me its take a time but still not sure about date.
                      So please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                      My ATM number is forgot to exchange the pin
                      I sent one of my friend to the CORPORATION BANK SRIGANGANAGAR BRANCH at 3:37 pm with a cheque of Rs. 7000 and he was told that come tomorrow as timings are till 3:30 but as per govt. rule banks accept and give cash till 4:00 pm
                      My ATM number is forgot want to change the pin from online

I have given complaint application to the branch manager on 03/08/2017 so that i can get back the amount in my account. But, till now i have not find any information.

                          I am a sb account holder of corporation bank, sarakki layout, bangalore -560078
                          My account no is [protected]. I had given four rtgs applications on 7th august 2017 at around 1 pm. The amount was debited to my sb account around 5:40pm on the same day. Till now the amount has not been credited to the concerned parties. When i contacted the branch in person, the concerned official assured me that he will look into the matter. Till now, nothing has happened. The very idea of transferring funds through rtgs/neft stands defeated. I request you to sort out the problem immediately.

                            Sir i went to branch for rtgs /neft payment but the branch people said that connectivity is low come afterwards and

                            If we are going for for local cheque clearing they simply say that it will take 15 days for clearing. I feel very bad for such a respose from the bank officers treating the customer as they are beggars.

                            I urge to the management to take issue seriously and help the customer and inform the officer to behave with customer as human being not like beggars.

                              Hi myself rahul kumar tiwari i request to print 2 dd one of 1500 and 750 in favour of amfi in your noida sector 18 c block branch mr jha is so ruthless behavior i am giving the dd request on 11.45 and one of the bank employee confirms me that my dd is print in 2 hours but when i go to the bank to collect my dd they make fun and say sir mechine is not working when i politely told mr jha he shouted on me and say hum nahi bana rahe jao kahi or se banwa lo i run this account almost 12 years after this they refund only one amount 1500 in my account i just want to know if dd is not printed why you are put dd charges on me after one day i visit the bank again and request sir kindly refund my another amount of rupees 750 some time back the amount in my account but this is not the issue i want my refund who your bank charged me against dd commission which i already didn't received kindly help me asap

                                I am pradeep kumar padhy.
                                My wife is anita kumari padhy.
                                We are having joint account which is active.
                                But my wife 's single account is inactive.
                                When we requested them for activating it with an application. Bank gave account opening form for kyc.
                                Filled the form. Attached the aadhar card no with photo too with the application duly signed as done while opening the account. She asked for aadhar card original which i gave it.
                                Then she asked pan card original.
                                I didn't had at that time. So i told him that pan card original is not required for activating but she declined & returned me back.
                                To manager too i requested but he too denied putting me into more trouble by asking me to bring the a/c holder.
                                I requested him that i am her husband and having joint account since 20 years in your bank. She the bank assistant too checked, verified the signature of a/c holder.
                                A/c holder is working and ur bank closes at 2.30. So that is the difficulty.
                                But he didn't listen to me at all even though i showed him the papers where the assistant signed & verified.

                                My wife's a/c is - 0639/sb/01/002912 inactive.
                                Joint account with me - 0639/sb/01/012527.

                                My expectations
                                Manager has to be considerate rather an unreasonable.

                                        I am ex-staff of the bank. My a/c sb/2/205782 at srinagar branch bangalore (Br.0215) is debited with rs.15890/- on 20th july towards payment for water purifier from eureka. But the amount has not reached the beneficiary and i have not got the product.

                                        Kindly check up and re-credit the amount at the earliest.
