I have deposited a cheque bearing number 211866, amounting Rs. 15, 000/- drawn on ICICI Bank LTD. branch Connaught Place, New Delhi. Since, i had deposit an abovementioned cheque in corporation bank in Laxmi Nagar Branch and got cleared and though received a confirmation message regarding the clearing of cheque but still i am not getting the cheque amount in my account which is maintained with Corporation bank in Faridabad Branch having A/c No. [protected] with IFS Code no. CORP0003266. I had a talk with my Branch regarding this issue about 1 week ago and after that on[protected] but still didnt get any satisfactory reply from there.

So i am requesting with fold hands from this Consumer Forum that Kindly have a look into this matter.

    I have paid tax through my acct to odisha entry tax on dtd. 03
    -07_2017 particulars - CN[protected] entry tax. from acct no [protected]. The amount was debited from the account but at the time of CHALLAN generation it was error. Now I am not able the submeet the challan at the govt .

    I have given mail on theiir prescribed adddress i.e [protected]@corpbnk.co.in.

    I have also generated a complain on their grievance site s complai id- [protected] dtd 4_7_2017.

    As it is a govt tax payment, I am unable to submit papers at govt portal.

    Plz generate the chalan

        My name is Sumit. My mother has an account with Corporation Bank. Last Saturday, an amount of Rs. 700 was deducted from her account. When I visited the GTB Nagar branch to get a proof of payment, they simply said "we can't give you that" . I mean it's my money and I was not told where it was being spent. Proof of payment is the basic right of the customer and they refused to obey it. I want my money back or a valid proof of payment.
        Corporation Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I am trying to contact customer care number many time but fail to contact them, every time said all Excutive are busy. Please try later, .

          I opened an eRD electronic RD (Corporation bank flexible RD), through internet banking for 36months ago. It matured in 30June 2017.I got sms and email stating you have Rs0 in your matured RD account. The bank refused to give the maturity value of my RD, and expressed inability to credit the value of my RD amount in my Corporation savings bank account. The Corporation branch in Synthee DumDum, Kolkata asked me to call WEBCentre of Corporation bank in Bangalore, which i did and they could not give me any figure or amount as to when the RD will be available. 48 hours have passed by, no one is bothered, my money i needed badly, on 2July for payment which as of now, I dont have in my Corporation bank savings account.
          Corporation Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I am ANJU and the holder of saving a/c no o[protected] in your Rohini delhi branch ifc code no CORP0000639 On dated 20/02/2017 AMAZON has sent a refund order for rs 2499 under the above mentioned reference no but the same has not been credited in my account so far, Please locate the reference amount and credit the same in my account

            I, Mirza Farooq Ahmed Beg operating one account no. SLSB/60/120007 with customer code 000075 in Bagmugaliya branch (IFSC code CORP0001690), and another jointly with my wife a/c no SB/01/000010 in the same branch. Every year I was receiving Form 16 well in time but this year after repeated reminder and visited the bank the concern authority (The branch manager )is unable handover me that Forn-16 stating that the same is net received by them from their CA. The date of filling the incometax return is coming near.
            It is therefore requested to fallow up the issue and solve the problem.

              Yogi nagar branch in borivali west of Mumbai is the lousiest branch of a bank i have ever seen. Staff is non cooperative. This branch keeps having system related problem almost every week. Branch manager is careless. That is why I have decided to close my saving account but My work of account closure is still pending over last 15 days and staff is not bothered. Please close this branch or change the entire staff to save your corporate image that's the only suggestion.

                I placed an order using my Corporation Debit Card with account number "[protected]" on Amazon on the September 22nd 2020 but later I cancelled order and Amazon processed the refund of Rs.660 on the Oct 10th 2020. Normally it takes about 5 business days and I should have got my refund. But, nothing till date..

                So, as usual I contacted Amazon customer care, they sent an email with the "Refund Reference # EWZTLVZM0000KEU79YXL" number and asked me to contact the bank customer care. So, I first call the customer care for corp bank, the agent just shooed me off with an email address. I sent an email with a refund request and I didnt get a reply.. So, I call customer care for the bank again, they said nothing can be done on their end so I need to contact the branch again no solution for my problem. Could you please help me to get back my money.

                  My savings bank account wrongly debited on 3-6-17. Complaint lodged to branch, copy of the same endorsed to zo ho. After submitting a reminder on 15-6-17, there were no reply from any level after more than 20 days. Worst customer service at car street, corporation bank. The delay for a reply /acknowledgement / correct the mistakes means denying it.

                          I sangeeta chopra is the owner of part basement in which corporation bank, janak puri branch is functioning. I am regularly receiving the rent for the basement portion by transfering the amount in my sb account=/01/000148. It is further brought to your notice that while filling the income tax return for the year 2016-17, the following descripencyfound in the income tax records form 26a is as under.
                          S. No date as per pass book entry as per income tax form 26a remark

                          1. On 8.03.2017 tds deducted rs.37152.00 entry made in passbook needs immidiate action for entry in income tax tds

As per them, the amount should have been credited to my bank account by 1stjune but i have still not received credit from the bank.

                              I have ordered the phone from amazon website, unfortunately the order got cancelled because of some sever issue. The amount 16270 has already been deducted from the account and amazon has initiated the refund on[protected],
                              As per the amazon team the refund should reflect in the account by[protected]
                              But still the amount is been refunded into the account.

                              Please find the authorization code for the transaction for the refund[protected]

                              Kindly process the pending refund from your end at the earliest as the refund was initiated on 6th june.

                                As per the website interest rate trend (Attached) it is not supposed to be beyond 10.5% however corporation bank has charged me higher % of interest between 2013 to 2017.

                                I have paid 480000 as part payment apart from the monthly emi of rs 15500 from the time of purchase (2010) and for the first 3 years rate of interest was supposed to be 8.5% to the max for a loan of 20 lakhs and my emi accomdates it and even with the attached roi rate the balance should have been adjusted apart from the part payments but the balance does not reflect the same.

                                I need a quick resolution on this as my money has been lost against the agreed interest charges.

                                  i have received a fraud call from this number.-[protected].
                                  he told he is a Corporation bank executive.
                                  he is requesting for my debit card number & CVV number, but i refused to give the details.
                                  action should be taken against fraud call.

                                    Sir i have deposited amount 49000+49000+5000 on 19, 20th dec 16 3transctions to my wife account at the time of demanitiation time. That money is savings amount of my salary (Am govt employee). Now me&my wife went to bank to withdraw they can't give money, bank manager says ur ac was close by rbi norms. Pls submit proof for depositing amount, what is these we r normal people so many my friends are deposited lakhs and they r withdrawing easily in other banks. How can we submit proof of saving, without customer notice how can close the account, what is going on bank, i was going two times he refused to give money, we r deposited more money it should be give us notice, but they can't, but bank manager was doing too much, rbi rules are only for corporation bank. My wife submitted self declaration for that amount. But they can't give money. My wife name is s. Rahelamma ac no [protected] ifsc code is corp0001719. My wife was taken aadhar and self declaration also. Bank manager said to me when u give proofs when the rbi satisfied then amount withdraw. How many crores are am deposited sir, all are going to suffering small, middle class people, how can withdraw my amount. Pls give me suggestions other wise we should go to court, so many my friends are taken without conditions withdraw like sbi, sbh,. How can withdraw my money, other wise i should go to consumer forum.

                                      Sir this branch employees behaviour are very bad. I was give money for the draft. At 10:30 am. After one hour iwas came back to the bank for collect the draft.. But bank are locked inside the gate. And i amstil waiting for open the bank but he is not open the bank. Current time is 14:07pm.

                                        I am a retired government officer. I availed a housing loan chome/01/010001 which was released on 22/01/2001 for construction of house on property situated at plot no 173 sector 21a faridabad, haryana. This loan was closed on 07/03/2011. We have taken permission to mortgage from huda in favour of corporation bank. However due to some mistake no dues certificate and release of property letter was not obtained and submitted to huda to de-mortgage the property.

                                        Now i approached branch to issue me such letter so that i can submit the same to huda for de-mortgage of the same. However the branch is harrasing me and refused to issue a an appropriate letter for de-mortgaging my property on the pretext of old matter. They probably shirking work. They want huda to write to them then they will take action. They are not going to take action on the request of me an old customer of the bank.

                                        You are requested to look in to the matter and direct the branch to issue this letter at the earliest.
