An amount of rs. 4, 000 +4000=8000 has been deducted from my account. Date 20/07/2017 at coroporation bank atm branch amravati, gulshan point, rajapeth sercule badnera road amravti, transaction was under process and suddenly got cancelled and did not received any money. I call the customer care he said me complaint to the home branch and my home branch is corporation bank koregaon park line then i go to the home branch and complaint ragister complaint no is crn[protected] manager said to me your refund is 7 working days but did not rfund my mony in my account my phone no is [protected] sir i send my bank statment please find the attachment kindly assist and do the needful

      I have opend account in corporation bank nangloi at 28-jun-17 and i submit 2000 ruppee to start account but i dont receive my passbook, atm, checkbook. Am going to this branch daily but they give unexpected reason and daily said me to come nxt day.. I am totally disapointed with the service of this branch if they dont want to give me passbook checkbook kindly close my account and give my money back that i submit while opening account

        No valid reply received from Amazon people till date. No refund received so far. Amazon is avoiding the case by not replying my mail.

          I made a upi transaction on 25th june of 2000rs from my kotak ac to corporation bank ac of my uncle but still now corporation bank says we haven't got any amount although kotak bank shared transaction details but corporation bank is on denial mode neither there customer service works nor their bank its been more than 20 days beneficiary haven't recieved amount

            I, rao narayana suresh, having nre account in kavoor branch, mangalore-575015

            Bank account no. 711/sb03001115/[protected], from this account, sum of rs. 13396.26 debited in three transactions by net patment unauthorisedly without my knowledge and also three transaction of amount rs. 4193.77 has been debited and same amount revert back. All these transactions happened without my knowledge and i have not received otp to my registred mobile phone, when these transaction happened. Already i have made complaint to kavoor branch and [protected]@corpbank.co.in, so for no action taken. Please look into this matter and help.

              सर मैं आपकी बैंक का पुराना ग्राहक हूँ। मेरे परिवार के सभी खाते आपकी बैंक के मन्दसौर शाखा में है।
              लेकिन मेरी बालिका का खाता बैंक वाले खोलने से मना कर रहे है।
              मैं अप्रैल में गया था तो कहा गया था कि थोड़े दिन बाद में खुलेगा फिर मैं 6 जून को गया था तो कहा गया था कि 10 तारीख बाद आना और आज गया तो कहा गया कि अभी हम नए खाते नहीं खोल रहे है क्योंकि हमारे पास पहले के बहुत खाते खोलने बाकी हैं। बैंक मैनेजर के बाद जो मैडम खाते खोलती है वो बहुत ही घमण्डी है। एक बार मे कोई भी काम नहीं करती है। कुछ भी कारण बताकर काम को टालती है।
              मुझे पुराना ग्राहक होने का भी कोई फायदा नहीं मिला।
              कृपया मेरी मदद करें।

                      I am having a transaction issue in corporation bank at malleshwaram branch, i made a online transaction through phone-pe pay app from my corporation bank to syndicate bank, rs.6033, transaction got failed and amount debited from my account, transaction id no-p1706041931364428904514, rrn/utr[protected], still not yet reversed. I have been following to my branch as well as phone-pe contact center but i am not getting any response from them both are telling we don't received the money, please contact to nodal office, your amount is landed there account.

                        I have purchased mobile through cash on delivery from amazon due to some problem i returned the mobile back so for refund of money they amazon customer service told to update bank details and then refunded my money back to my account but it's not reflecting in my account but again i contacted amazon service given the reference number of my refunded money and amazon cousins service told to file the charge dispute on the reference number given by them and they told to contact corporation customer service but i didn't get good service from them and again i contacted to branch but in the branch also there is worst service they are not ready to file the charge dispute

                        So plzzzzzz help me to get my refund amount back

                            I'm twinkle rawat having a savings account in corp sikanderpur branch. I did a transaction on 12.07.17 of amount inr 21000 at around 7:00 pm from account number 044*60.
                            The transaction is shown to be successful and is even updated in my passbook but has not been credited into the receiver`s account. The transaction was made from corp savings account to sbi savings account.
                            The amount has been debited from my account but has not been credited to the receiver's account.
                            Please help resolve the issue. Either clear the transaction or refund the amount asap.

                              The complaint regarding unauthorized transaction into my a/c no [protected] on dated 10.07.2017 & 11.07.2017. I had been receiving too many sms regarding transaction into your corporation bank account with transaction reversal within 2 days also. But today on 11.07.2017 when i noticed that there were some pos transaction also from my account at 11.20 am onwards from the shopping like payment for fine watch company, ab optique eye ear, aero club woodland, puma, anuj and company, etc i was shocked that no such transaction i have ever done nor authorized any one to do so.

                              Yesterday, my son bhaskar went to axis bank atm at dakshinpuri, where he had trying to withdrawn money but due to some technical issue transaction was not completed then someone came to him for helping and in between he has changed the corporation bank atm with same kind of atm card and after withdrawn money from atm my son came home. Nobody can imagine that atm has been changed because both are same type with same features.

                              However, some atm withdrawn sms i had received but it was mentioned that it’s a technical problem and money will be reversed within 2 days, so i was not worried at that time.

                              It was clearly a system failure at bank part by which i was unaware of such kind of fraud. Also, it is pertinent to mention that as per rbi guidelines if the transaction done without informing/ delay information/ wrong informing the account holder can claim such money and such system failure goes against the bank.

                              Immediately, i rush to my corporation bank home branch for informing such fraud with me.

                              Keeping in view of above, you are requested to kindly initiate the investigation into the matter so that i can get my hard earned money back as i am retired from the services and i have to marriage my daughter this year.

                                Corporation bank playing the worst role in customer satisfaction. I couldn't login net banking with the user id and password these people provided. I raise a complaint however after couple of weeks i got the reply that i will receive new password in 7 days. Now again i'm unable to login saying my mobile number not registered. But branch informed it's been updated already.
