I shopped on myntra & returned the product due to quality issues. I made payment using my corporation bank debit card for Rs.736.22/-. They had also processed my refund to my bank account on 27th January 2017. I got the same confirmed from the Finance Team of Myntra but I have not received the refund amount yet. As per them, the amount should have been credited to my bank account by 4th February but its more than a month & I have still not received credit from the bank.
I had already sent many mails to your bank but there is no proper response from your side. Why are you people so negligent about your customers & their hard earned money? When I complained to Myntra they clarified my issue within 24 hours & apologized for the inconvenience caused though the mistake is from your bank side. But you people are least bothered to respond & clarify/sought out the issue as they did. I am really dissapointed with your service.
I have attached the screenshot of reply & refund process already being done, which was shared by Myntra team. So kindly look at this issue & sought it out as soon as possible. Also get my refund amount credited to my bank account at the earliest.
