I speak with Bank Manager Mr Pandey in the month of Jan 17 to open salary account of our two new joinee employees.
As per Manager not able to open salary account due to work pressure in Jan 17, and confirm to open in the month of March, 17.

Today 9th March, 17I called up Manager to confirm to open account, but he is behaving very rude & denying to open account.
An also threatening to close our all employees salary account .

I would like to bring your notice that as per request of Corporation bank manager we open our all employees salary account in Corporation bank in 2011.
We never keen to open salary account in your bank . Earlier our all employees salary account was in other bank.

We never complaint of Corporation bank, because of all staff and managers was very cooperative.

But current Manager Mr. Pandey's behaviour is so bad & also shouting .
This is not acceptable.

Please do the needful.

    Loan enhancement applied during Aug/September 2016, was dodged 6 months and sanctioned rergistered my property took all relavent documents on which previous loan sanctioned But now enhancement loan on rejecting same income evidence agreed previously. Lost my valuable time and distress for harassment. Please do needful help to get enhancement loan fro Corpbank Shamshabad.

      मेरा खाता संख्या [protected] कार्पोरेशन बैंक गोदौलिया वाराणासी से संवंधित है। मैं आपके बैंक टैगोर टाउन इलाहाबाद गया और मैंने requisition slip के माध्यम से चेक बुक इंडेन्ट करने के लिए कहा तो शाखा से कह दिया गया कि जिस बैंक में खाता है वहीं से चेक बुक इंडेन्ट होगा।मैंने वाराणसी में अपने खाते का address बदलने के लिए दिया था, जब मैंने कार्पोरेशन बैंक टैगोर टाउन इलाहाबाद से पूछा कि क्या address change हो गया है तो महिला कर्मचारी द्वारा बताया गया कि यहां से जानकारी नहीं मिल सकता, आपका खाता जहां है वहीं से जानकारी मिलेगी, सुनकर बहुत निराशा हुयी कि जहां एक तरफ कहा जाता है कि सभी शाखा CBS है और किसी शाखा का काम किसी दूसरी शाखा में आसानी से हो सकता है किंतु हकीकत इससे परे है, जबकि अन्य बैंकों में कहीं का काम हो सकता है।

        I shopped on myntra & returned the product due to quality issues. I made payment using my corporation bank debit card for Rs.736.22/-. They had also processed my refund to my bank account on 27th January 2017. I got the same confirmed from the Finance Team of Myntra but I have not received the refund amount yet. As per them, the amount should have been credited to my bank account by 4th February but its more than a month & I have still not received credit from the bank.

        I had already sent many mails to your bank but there is no proper response from your side. Why are you people so negligent about your customers & their hard earned money? When I complained to Myntra they clarified my issue within 24 hours & apologized for the inconvenience caused though the mistake is from your bank side. But you people are least bothered to respond & clarify/sought out the issue as they did. I am really dissapointed with your service.

        I have attached the screenshot of reply & refund process already being done, which was shared by Myntra team. So kindly look at this issue & sought it out as soon as possible. Also get my refund amount credited to my bank account at the earliest.

        On 7 march
        i have booked tickets from
        Irctc fr rs 4225.
        By using my corp bank visa card.

        While making a online booking i got message
        "Unable to perform transaction
        Please try again later"
        But

        I received a sms from corporation bank

        Your A/c XXXXXXXXXXXX082 in Salem-Shevapet debited INR 4225.00 on[protected] by TRF. Avl Bal is +1269.33

        But irctc refunded my cash
        Refund id : [protected]

        But still now..
        I have not yet received my amount in my account.

        So pls kindly clear my problem.

          As per rules if Drawer & Drawee both account holder are in same bank therefore amount should be transferred on same day, but not transfer by bank till today. Sir I have contact in branch on dated 01.03.2017 but branch manager said that we have not sufficient staff therefore your amount shall be transfer till saturday, when i said to manager that my father is suffering from fever at our village therefore requirement is urgent nature but not response by B.M. and he said go out from branch & money can not be transfer till saturday or monday. Sir i am a poor worker and above refereed amount is my monthly wages . Sir i request you please help me, i shall be oblige with heart. Thanking you.

                    I pithani shankar ([protected]) complainting on behalf of my mother pithani satyavathi (A/c no [protected]) upto december she got pension correctly (45000 above) but from janauary onwards she got a 27000 only. I have already submitted life certificate and ppo recently. I have already visited branch for 5 times but no use they simply saying that we raised complaint but till no answer from head office. My father pithani satyanarayana having salary account in your bank and we continuing my mother pension in same bank and branch (T-nagar rajahmundry ap) and also fd in same branch. So please kindly solve my problem as early as possible.

                      I have an account in nanganallur cor an account in Nanganallur Corporation Bank SB 4939 old number but today I saw my account has been debited with 10000 rupees . I have not made any transaction and I have no idea why the amount has been debited from my account when I tried calling the customer care not even as single response from the side I feel so bad and I tried for almost 1 hour. I literally have no idea why it has been debited from my account I don't know what else to do and the customer care is pathetic

                        I ordered a product from Flipkart by paying with corp debit card on 26th Jan and later returned it. The refund of amount which was processed by flipkart on 4th february. But I didn't get the refund amount of Rs. 839 till now. I contacted my branch- George Town, Chennai. They said no such amount has come to my account.                         I've sent a mail to customer care mail id. No response till now.

                        Please do the needful and credit the amount in my account as early as possible.

                                I have purchased a mobile from Amazon due to some problem I returned the mobile back on 17th June they refunded my money back but still it not reflected in my account so again I contacted amazon customer service they said to file the charge dispute on given reference number but the bank people not giving proper service including bank manager

                                I also ordered some clothing from amazon.in for Rs.3000 odd but my order was canceled saying that payment not received, but the amount is deducted from my account. When I contacted bank with dispute they said transaction is successful, so checked with Pay u gateway they also said transaction is successful but amazon still say they did not get the money. Filed complaint against bank in banking ombudsman where they produced documents showing successful transaction. So went back to amazon.in with relevant document they still hold they did not receive payment and asked me to file charge dispute against bank again. Granted corporation bank service is not all that great but amazon.in service is even worse they are all sweet talk and very robotic without any substance. When such disputes arise they won't raise a finger on their side instead simply make the customer do all the work and tell you we will do anything to help you.
                                I have ordered linova tablet of rs 7999 n than after i have cancelled the order... The amount that i have paid not transferred to my account..                                   Hi my name is dhruv, i just bought a product from amazon the product was have some defect as i paid that amount from my rupay card so the refund initiated was on rupay card. But till now today 10 has passed but i haven't got my refund the problem is with the bank as the amazon ppl have completed the process and bank has also revieved but they are not transferring it in my account i don't why is this happening...

                                    Respected Sir/Madam

                                    It is here by stated that i have made some online shopping through my Debit Card which i returned and online portal refunded my money through my mode of payment. But i did not received my money yet. There is no facility of Charge Back Form in Corporation Bank as compared to other banks, other banks respond within 3 days but here i am waiting for the last one month. I want to close my account in this Bank but my misfortune i could not do so as this is my salary account, I am feeling like a very unlucky customer of this poor bank.
                                    I went to the bank with a letter to the branch in which i have my account on 24/01/2017 with proof of online shopping and executive told me to wait for a week after which the money will automatically reflect in my account but still i did not received my money and also called the Amazon customer care helpline they told me they had already refunded the money.Then i called corporation bank's customer care but could not received any satisfied answer. I am very dissatisfied customer of the services of Corporation Bank. I am again giving my details of online shopping hoping to get some satisfied reply. Please reply as soon as possible. I am eagerly waiting for some meaningful reply.

                                      I am writing this letter to inform you that my OTP is not generated where i had to transfer some amount urgently and this is possible oly through fund transfer as i reside at Muscat.This problem continued since last month, which is very annoying.if this is the case i suggest you to remove mobile banking applications.i had switched my account from canara bank to corp bank which seemed to be the best app for me last year.please look into the issue.hope i can sget OTP this time.

                                      Yes, I live in the US and the OTP code is not generated for me too, . I have been trying to get this issue resolved and Corporation Bank just doesn't care.

                                      Even Im from Oman, and same problem persist for me from last 2- 3 months... Sent mail to the customer care and getting reply like clean your inbox etc...really hectic...
                                      I live in India. I too encountered the same otp issue and reported the same to the branch clerk. But apparently they came out with an excuse, otp generates late and sometimes not .so better go for other options.What kind of thing is this...Shut down all your Internet banking services. And stick only to normal banking things only. Atleast don't make a fool of customers.
                                      I am from Singapore and I am unable to do fund transfer because of not getting OTP. Is there any issue with server? Am trying it couple of times and still OTP not generating? Will it work, if I try after sometime? I need to transfer today itself.

                                      I live in India. I am trying to register for internet banking and I'm not receiving OTP. I tried atleast 5 to 6 times and this is annoying.. I am receiving OTP almost after 20 mins and by that time the session times out. This is the worst internet mobile banking I have ever seen.

                                      Does corporation bank even bother about their customers ????? i am not able to receive one time password since 2 months... Please fix this issue asap .
