Sir this branch service will provide the poorest service in have seen they don't know how to talk to the customer.there is staff name is akansha .I have already informed her that I need my DD as soon as possible and there is only 2 or 3 customer in the branch and our DD is completed in 5 min but see is talking with some friend and keep me waiting for 40 min i reqest please take some actionin a branch name Alli gao near mohan estate metro

    I withdrew rs 10000 using atm card of my a/c c**56...307 at +kaverinagar cd on 10/10/2016 at 19.54. text message recieved on my phone [protected] shows two withdrawals of rs 10000 each amounting to 20000 whereas i withdrew only rs 10000.
    Please sort this out asap. i am really worried.
    As i would be in need o[censored]sing atms for withdrawals please attend to my complaint asap. please refund immediately and confirm.

        I am preeti khanna, residing in ug-4/d-56, ganpati - villa, kaushambi ghaziabad. I took a home loan from corporation branch, delhi, vasundhra enclave. Ifsc code corp0000563, micr code:[protected]. And my loan account number is [protected] and i have been paying all my em. I of home loan on time. You can check the same. Sir, i had been aware that two years back, according to government of india have released new scheme to escalate all the home loan to lower rate of interest i. E 9.65% from 12.5% and i was under impression as the rbi raises the rate of interest on home loans are applicable to all by default, similarly, the same deflation on rate of interest on home loan may also be applied automatically. Since i have not been doing well in our business, and health. I was not able to visit the parent branch of bank, but was regularly updating my passbook on time to keep a check on accounts. Sir, i was little disappointed to see the stable figure of principle amount therefore contacted manager of nearest branch to consult regarding the same. There, i came to know about the status of rate of interest being paid by us is 12.5% instead the existing 9.65%, i raised voice in respect of consulting and written application given to you. I request you again about my economic crisis and consider to modify / revised rate of interest to be adjusted in my home loan account since it was issued by the government. We are middle class educated people and know our rights that government of india is doing all best possible things to help those who pay their e. M. I out of their hard earned money. But, here in my case, little wrong impression that all the new rate of interest whether those increase or decrease, is applied by default, i have been asked to bear it without considering my economic condition. It has been more then 13 years, i have paid more than 20 lakhs to the bank as a interest, therefore i have written to you with all the hope that you would consider this issue, and revive the rate of interest as 9.65% to be adjusted, in last 2 years from where the date, this was issued. Secondly, kindly confirm me whether waiver request for migration to new rate of interest (I. E 9.65%) charges (0.5%) have been considered?

          Dear Sir

          My son, Dr Manav Sachdev, has a savings bank account (No. 2927) with your Gujranwala Town, Delhi branch. He is not operating his account since a long time as we have shifted our residence from Gujranwala town to Dwarka sector-23 during December 2005. He wanted to close his account then but the manager coerced him not to do this for reasons best known to him. As per him there was no harm in keeping a small amount in the account. It appears that closing of an account affects the record of the manager.

          He received an SMS two months back that a penalty is being levied as balance is below minimum limit. So my son decided to close his account. I went to the bank on Monday ( September 12, 2016) with proper authorization letter and my identity proof. I had to stay outside for 35 minutes as I reached at 1 o’clock and bank was closing for lunch.
          The peon did not allow me to sit inside. I met the manager Mr Dubey after lunch. As expected he advised me not to close the account. But when when I insisted that the account has to be closed as we are not operating it there is no point in paying penalty. He changed his stance immediately and told me that Dr Manav will have to come personally for getting the account closed. My efforts to convince him that Dr Manav goes to Bhiwani every day at 7.30 am and comes back at 8.30 pm and it would not be possible for him to come personally, did not achieve any result. He was quite rude in telling me that I was wasting my time

          At that time, one Mr pankaj Seth, who has a office in the same complex, arrived. He knew me very well. He casually told Mr Dubey “Ye mere khas aziz hain, inko pareshan na karna”. On this rules changed, he called his officer to do the job. It appears for Corporation bank rules are based on principle “ You show me the face and I will tell you the rule”. I am 70 years old suffering from high blood pressure and was waiting outside for 35 minutes.

            Today I went corporation bank to check few new students acount details and bring passbook so I approached ur employee for this
            I have name of student, father's name, mother's name and date of birth
            I gave the detail to your employee
            But she told me
            i can not check the detail due to luck of information for checking account detail
            I requested u please check mam
            Other wise I will to come any other day
            She replied me
            I don't want see your face again ( tum itne Sundar nahi ho ki aapko bar bar bulaya jaye)
            I'm shocked after hearing this kind of word by well educated person
            Please give advice to learn same manners

              As I wanted to deposit the money to my savings account, i went to the bank at sharp 3:30.. First the depositer denied me for depositing the money and gave the reason that auditors will be checking transaction so it is too late..after a request he agreed and spoke very rudely, the behavior of the staff is too disturbing. If the same behaviour continues then I would like to close my account from this bank. This happened in corporation bank shankarpura branch-574115

N. Subramanya) but, he did not commit to do the reversal on rate of interest applied till the date and just informed me about the migration to 9.65% for future would be applied. I kept requesting him about my economic crisis and asked them to modify / revised rate of interest to be adjusted in my home loan account since it was issued by the government. We are middle class educated people and know our rights that government of india is doing all best possible things to help those who pay their e. M. I out of their hard earned money. But, here in my case, little wrong impression that all the new rate of interest whether those increase or decrease, is applied by default, i have been asked to bear it without considering my economic condition. It has been more then 13 years, i have paid more than 20 lakhs to the bank as a interest, bank is behaving selfish and seeing their profit, they are ignoring our request and it left a very disappointing impression on us. Therefore i have written to you with all the hope that you would consider this issue, and revive the rate of interest as 9.65% to be adjusted, in last 2 years from where the date, this was issued. Manager have refused to accept my request though staff of other bank branches and retired bank officer or Manager have advised me that bank has power to modify principle amount on the basis of extra amount paid as a higher rate of interest.                   Dear sir/madam,
                  I have opened an sb account and current a/c on 12 th august 2016 in vijayapura branch, devanahalli taluku. I applied for cheque book on 18th august 2016 with letter request. It is very urgent to do the business but staff will misusing this and refusing to issue the cheque book. I went to bank for nearly three time for the enquiry and there is no proper response. When i went for the last time staff asking to give request latter again and scolding some local language. Im totally dissatisfied of the service provided. Staff will providing bad service. I swear staff only encouraging to open account in other bank.. I dont know he is name but he is working in cash contour at vijayapura branch. Please i requesting you to take action against them and provide good service to customers.

                  I took auto loan from corporation bank. Despite having sufficient funds every month in my account bank is not deducting EMIs on time. As such my CIBIL report shows delay in EMIs from 30-90 days
                  Mera nam shubhangi hai aur mera saving bank account corporation bank ke Matunga (e), Mumbai - 19 branch mai hai. Bank me 3 Machins lagayi hai . main dt. 8/9/2016 ko rs. 500/- bharne ke liye gayee thee lekin machine accept nahi kar rahi thee to main cash counter pe gayee lekin waha ke lady staff ne jo cash counter pe baithee thee (uska nam pata nahi) usne paise lene se inkar diya, bolne lagi, abhi sab cash deposit machin per hi karna hame aise allowed nahi hai. to Maine us staff se RBI ka Circular manga to usne inkar kar diya boli ki bank se hi notice ayee hai to uski bhi maine demand ki to wo mere se jhagda karnae lagi. uski side lene ke liye aur ek staff a gaya aur wo bhi jhagada karne laga . maine bhi cash deposit karne ke liye force kiya tabhi usne mera cash deposit kar diayA.
                  agar CORPORATION BANK NE MACHINES LAGAYEE HAI TO STAFF KO KYA KAM HAI KHALI CUSTOMER KE SATH MISBEHAVIOUR KARNA.

                  Muze hamesha hi is bank ka staff ka behavoiur acchha nahi lagta hai. isliliye mai mera saving account band karan chaha thi huu.

                    I am savina raicar i had transferred some amount online from uk through net banking on 08/08/2016 in my account at corporation bank navelim-goa. When i called the bank on 20/08/2016 they told me the money is not yet received told me to check online transaction. I checked and called again they took the phone and kept it on hold for half hour. When i called again the phone was outservice. Again i tried but the didnot provide me proper service. Its was really upset with the bank. I have still not got a proper response from the bank nor did i receive my money in the bank

                      Dear sir/ madam,

                      I would like to bring it to your kind notice that i have got worst experience in corporation bank, guduvanchery. I am putting my concerns for your perusal and immediate action.

                      Yesterday my daughter approached corporation bank branch manager, guduvanchery branch (Who is a lady sitting in her cabin) for getting details to apply for education loan for her engineering studies. I am the customer of your bank for the last two years. She shouted at my daughter and told her why you are coming to this bank for education loan and don’t you have any other banks to approach and asked her to go to laxmivilas bank, dena bank and indian bank and said “why you are unnecessarily disturbing us” and asked her to leave the place. My daughter felt ashamed in front of others and came to home without any respond to her furious talks and cried at home. This is a really serious issue which spoils your bank reputation. This issue is condemnable and unacceptable. Is this the way to run the bank with these kind of staffs. How can she tell to go to other banks when we approach your bank as i am customer of your bank. If there is any reason, she could have talked politely and not furiously. This shows how your bank is showing interest in the needs of customers. Why i am raising this complaint because this should not happen to others. Since i am out of station, i am not able to come to bank and discuss with her regarding this issue. I hope you will understand this situation and take severe action against her.

                      I am expecting your feedback for my complaint immediately or otherwise i will have to take up this issue to higher levels.

                          I made a atm transaction in 2015 march month.
                          On 17th of march 2015 i had withdrawn the rs. 10, 000/- from corporation atm card through pnb atm from kaluram complex mehrauli. New delhi only one times, but on the same time i got received the a withdrawn massage two times, of withdrawal money rs. 10, 000/-. When i checked payment has been deducted two times. We are mentioning the transaction details.

                          And still i am waiting for my excess payment.

                            Sir,
                            I am holding account with ponda branch under account no. [protected].

                            I had applied for loan with ponda branch at ponda, goa, in the month of march 2016, all required documents were furnished to the bank. Somewhere in the middle of april 2016, i was told that the loan has been sanctioned. Manager showed me sanction letter even and asked me to prepare for sale deed for purchase of duplex bunglow.

                            When i approached bank for date for fixing sale deed, i was told some more sanction is required and the same shall be obtained within a weeks time, but as on date i have been told that such sanction is still pending.

                            It is being disgusting that housing loan is kept pending for such a long period. I have been visiting ponda branch with no response.

                            It shall be hard for me to transact with such a bank, who has no value for its customers.

                              I kedar dinesh pasarkar, had applied for a loan through jilla udyog kendra vyara (Tapi).
                              Loan was for educated unemployed to open new business. Amount was rs.5, 00, 000/- i was not aware that my loan has been sanctioned after receiving the notices of loan repayment dues, that time i came to know that i have a loan at corporation bank songadh,
                              I have not received a single rupee from that loan and i am told that i have to repay the loan.
                              Kindly take a note of the same and help me in getting out of this problem. My family has suffered a lot, and lots of medical problem has raised to my parents after knowing about this matter..
                              Please take serious steps against such frauds
                              So i request you to be kind enough and do the needful.

                                On 29/11/2015 i withdrawal rs 10000/- with corporation bank atm besides sbi ge road tatibandh raipur chhattisgarh its amount debit by a/c but cash did not received.
                                I complained to bank for returned my 10000/- on complained no.[protected] but passed after seven month till today i didn, t got my atm lost amount.
                                Kindly as soon as possible returned my amount within 7 days.
                                After that i will go court.

                                  When i did not withdraw money how transaction successful if Corporation bank is saying transaction successful.they should registered FIR.Why Corporation bank forcefully wants to give CCTV footage.What i will do to see the CCTV footage it is bank responsibility not customer This is scam corporation bank is responsible for that Corporation bank tries to harassment the customer not giving satisfactory answer.

                                  1. My first point is that when i did not withdraw money and not put any amount. How my transaction successful.If Bank is saying transaction successful then Corporation bank should registered FIR.
                                  2.How Corporation bank ATM machine hanged.Why bank is not giving me
                                  Corporation bank ATM machine detail.I do not need CCTV footage.
                                  3.Why cancel button not working.Who is responsible for that.
                                  4. Why gatekeeper was not there.Who is responsible for that
                                  5.After corporation bank ATM machine i insert my ATM card in BOI ATM
                                  machine and done transaction successfully and did not insert ATM into
                                  Corporation bank ATM machine then how transaction successful.
                                  6. This is cyber crime and Corporation bank is responsible for that.

                                    Respected Sir.
                                    This issue is from corporation bank Songadh. Dist-Tapi, State-Gujarat.
                                    Here many cases of fraud loan provisions has happened. During year[protected]. I had applied for educated unemployment loan for getting Banner printing machine to start my own business. My loan was sanctioned from District employment department so I applied in corporation bank Songadh for loan. My process was clear without any obstacle. So I was told that I will get loan of 5 lac confirmed.
                                    But after few days I didn't get money due to some reason they (bank people)told me won't get loan. So I dropped that idea. But after few months I started getting calls from corporation recovery team for payment of loan installments. I told bank people that I have not received any loan amount. So how would I repay the amount. But nobody took a note on this and told me that loan is on your name and you will have to repay the loan.
                                    I have already submitted a written complaint at songadh corporation bank.

                                    I don't have single rupee to repay that loan so please take a note and do the needful.

                                        I have submitted my claim no.12729083 documents in the month of may 18th 2016 and they have received their at end 26.05.2016, further they have sought awaiting information like clarification letter from non utilization cashless facility and provide pre numbered cash paid receipts. I have again those documents submitted through speed post on 13.06.2016. Frequently i have call to customer care they have ask same information. Now today morning again i have called to customer care they have told received at today at 11.00 am. I have inform to your notice it is delay almost more than 30 days. Kindly look the above claim at settled as early as possible.
