I have done net pack recharge on idea website on 04.04.2017 at 10.53 am through internet banking of Corporation Bank. Amount debited from my Account but recharge not done. I contacted Idea network but they told me that I have to inquire in
corporation bank. Since morning trying to contact
corporation bank customer care but not successful. Please help

    I made an NEFT inter-banking moneyTransfer yesterday, 04-April-2017. The status of the transaction is still pending. I tried reaching your customer but it didn't work. Your bank has the most pathetic internet banking service & totally useless customer care. I had to make this transaction before 5th of this month, but I'm unable to, just because of your poor & lethargic service.
    Corporation Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I have deposited 20000/- in my account but only 10000/- balance amount is showing, I want to know my deductions. when I tried to call customer care it didn't connect. customer care service of corporation bank is very very lethargic. they even don't have any information to share with the customer query. since my bank is at Gurgaon sec-14, reaching out to Gurgaon as I am residing in delhi is tough, I am trying for my customer ID from last 20 days, but IVR didn't connect to internet banking service desk.

    service is very very poor.
    Absolutely pathetic service. I sent mails, called 4 times to activate the account, they say it will be done in 30 mins, they never do, never respond to emails. This is bangalore sarakki branch - pathetic service

      I have corporation bank account in siddarthalayout branch mysore a.c. No 013858. And I am not able to draw cash and swipe my debit card in any outlets. And the reason stated by the bank employee was that "it is year end". I have not got any notification regarding this by the bank.now I can't use my own savings. I can't go to bank everything to stand in queue to withdraw money. And the employee is so inconsiderate about the problem and doesn't care to suggest any alternative

      I have tried to call the toll free customer care number and they have put me on hold for 15 minutes for two times and hung up on me. It is busy. And the other main branch numbers are not getting connected.
      I have been trying to access my corporation bank account since morning, not happening.
      Had to use my Yes bank account for urgent flight ticket bookings.
      Will close my Corporation bank account, very poor online services.

        Dear sir,

        I have the above mentioned account in your bank.

        I am trying to transfer funds from other banks from Saturday continuously till now, as some S. I. was to be debited on 2nd April. But your bank node is not active. Your customer care people told yesterday that today morning 6am it will be all right, but it's still not working. I had done 2 pos transactions on Saturday & it also still not debited to my account. Pos transactions SMS is coming after 28 hours. Why it is so? How we can confirm to the shops that transfer is ok, done? Now a days technologies are this much improved but why you are in back foot? Why can't you improve your software? In other banks in one clik transactions are get done.

        I am going to close the account, this is the service. This is not only today's problem, I gone through this problem several times. That's why I forced to open the account in other banks.

        Please pass on this mail to all your senior officials so that bank can improve.

          I deposited two cheques to pay my dues in LIC at LIC Agra. The cheques were from my s/b account in your bank M block Connaught Place, New Delhi. These cheques were deposited by LIC Agra in their account at Corporation Bank Sanjay Place, Agra. After 11 days after I enquired as why the cheques were not debited I was told that they are unable to do the same. This has resulted in financial loss as well as loss to my credibility.

            Dear Sir / Madam,

            This complaint regarding rude behavior from the staff (Ms. Shweta) and Manager (Mr. Dayal) at Agra main branch.

            This is the second time when my father(Mr.Mahendra Nath Gupta) have visited Corporation Bank (Belanganj, Agra branch) for printing the transactions entries on passbook. It is required for them to maintain the required amount monthly as multiple accounts and RDs are opened in the same bank (with my and mothers name).

            They denied to do the same saying that the staff is not available to do it. It was 11:30 AM (not the lunch or Tea break time). Asking after 10-15 mins again they have given another reason saying their software updates are running and they cannot do it. On asking again and again that when it can be done, they said we don’t know and we are busy don’t waste our time. Is that the way to speak to a senior citizen or your customer? My father staying too far from that bank and difficult to visit the bank on daily basis just for the small work (that to bank is on first floor, and it will be difficult to go via stairs daily). I don’t know if you /Bank will able to understand this. They have treated my father with the rude behavior and was very harsh with him.

            I called them from Hyderabad on[protected] and ask for the reason that why they are not able to do entries on passbook? And Manager (Mr.Dayal) gave me three different reason – Software Update is running, Staff is not available and Staff is busy with other works. His one of the staff person (Ms. Shweta) mentioned that she cannot do it as billing is not done for her to do that work. Later manager asked me to call my father and come back to the bank, so that he will do it now. Not sure how staff was suddenly available and how billing was done for Shweta and how that software updating was completed just with my call.

            Even on the call, Manager was talking about my father with so much disrespect (woh chala gya, usko bolo aane kliye).
            After all this incident for sure I will be closing my/mother’s accounts/RDs for sure with this bank. Don’t want to continue services with your bank.

            But I have few queries here –
            1. Why staff was not available on seat at 11:30 AM (working hours)?

            2. Billing for that work is done for your staff or not, is that really matter for the customer?

            3. How much time will be taken for Software updates? My father visited twice in a week and last time also same reason was given.

            4. As a customer, should I expect this type of behavior from Staff as well as Manager? For this rude behavior if Manager is talking like that I think, I should expect same with Staff as well.

            5. Why everybody was scared to tell their name, even over call, I ask their name multiple times then only they have said. It was very very very rude behavior by staff/manager.

            This account was my first bank saving account and wanted to continue with same but with all these incident for sure I will be discontinue everything from this bank.

                  I applied for transfer of my sb a/c. Sb/01/15708 maintained at main branch vellore on 10.03.2017 for trasnfer to Corporation Bank, Sainathapuram. Till date not transferred to sainathapuram branch in spite of my personal visits to vellore main branch. I have surrendered even the ATM card and not able to take cash. kindly do the needful.

                    Thia is to inform u that corporatiob bank staff of sector 20 branch panchkula haryana haa been very rude. Cashier was not on time today. When asked about same that business hours are from 10 am. I was told that there is no benefit of argument. You will have to wait for 15 mins. This is not a way to talk when mistake is of staff.
                    Earlier also on my last visit to bank on 27th feb i was asked by cashier to open current account because there were many entries in my passbook which were to be updated. On one hand PM wants that we should do minimum cash transactions & then this kind of attitute of banks. Its not tolerable. I ignored same on 27th feb but the way staff talked todat ia not acceptable when u are providing customer service. Why should customer wait if staff is not on time.
                    Also the complaimt nos available on website were not attended deapite repaeated calls. Whats the use of such numbers when you are not going to hear customer complaints.
                    Worst service seen in any bank so far.

                    I was reach bank at 1:40pm less then 5 minits i fill the sleep and i was stand near 1 customer at the cashiers counter but he is not complete only 1customer in 20 minits after that he says that go and come after 2:30 why this is happen i am already stand at before 1:45

                        SB [protected]. My ATM card is locked due to wrong pin by me. I have submitted letter to the branch in person. On that day you were changing to new version. I was advised to wait for 2days. No response. I contacted branch twice with a gap of 3 and 4 days. They promised to unlock. So far not done. On one day I tried so many times to contact both 28604048 and 28600109, nobody lifted the phone. I'm retired LIC regional manager, 64 years, residing at KK Nagar. I can not go to branch traveling 9 to 10 KMS. In nutshell, pin not unlocked even after 10 to 12 days. No response from branch. Do the needful immediately. I want to use ATM to withdraw amount.

                            i am dipan patel having an account with your panchwati branch rajkot with branch code 2128 and sb account no. [protected].
                            I ma deposited the cheque on 20/3/17 with your main branch 0191
                            it must be cleared by 21/3/17 but when i am contacting my panchwati branch he says thst your cheque will be cleared on
                            22/3/17.
                            When i am asking him that why it is cleared on 22/3/17. He says that in the main branch staff problem in clearing department and then i am contacting main branch and he says that on 20/3/17 more than 40 or 50 cheques not posting because of staff not feasible by branch manager.
                            I have need the money on 22/3/17 in the morning. I have to make an rtgs of rs 400000/- to another party. Pl do needful to us.

                                My chq was deposited on 16th march at Delhi branch U-129, ground floor main road vikaspuri, delhi 110018, near my kind till today its 21st march the chq is not reflecting anywhere and no one is ready to response on the chq status.
                                what the hell is this bank of only for the name sack is corporation but no staff is aware the meaning of corporation... to hell with this bank

                                  I have a home loan with above corpbank account. Usually I do a direct transfer to my loan account for EMI payments and I would receive mobile confirmation message from bank for the same. But for below transactions I did not receive any mobile confirmation message .
                                  1. March 4th - Rs.28, 500.
                                  2. 17th March - Rs. 2, 50, 000.
                                  (Attached proff of bank statement for the above transfers)

                                  Then I realized one of my unread message from Corpbank said "Your A/c 650CHOME01120020 @Br Coimbatore-GKNM changed to [protected] as part of Technology Transformation." I am in a limbo situation now, not knowing whether money transferred to old account will be redirected to new account or old account is completely closed. Please help me in this regard, since money transferred is huge.

                                      I am writing to make a complaint. I was completely disappointed for the second time with your branch manager - Ratna – Vijayanagar Branch, Mysore.
                                      I’m really disappointed with this kind of experience that one has to go thru’ for being a loyal NRI customer of the Bank.
                                      Let me explain my ordeal in detail.
                                      Last week, I went to your Vijayanagar I stage 10th cross branch, Mysore and I requested Ratna-Branch Manager to discount/Purchase my NRI Check/Cheque,
                                      a) She was not aware of the procedure as to how to go about it. I did tell her to contact Forex department in Mumbai. Which she never did.

                                      b) She said she will find out get back to me that she never got back to me. I had told her to find out from the FOREX branch as to how many days it will take to clear the normal Check/Cheque deposit. Because of my prior experience I wanted to know how many days it will to clear the NRI Check/Cheque. She had no convincing answer for the same.

                                      c) For discounting/Purchase of Check/Cheque, I had to explain the procedure as to how to go about told her that she will have to print a form, the same will have to by signed by manager along with my Check/Cheque forward the same to FOREX –Mumbai

                                      d) She complained that the printer is not in working condition am I responsible?

                                      e) She said there is change in the procedure. I told her less than a month ago I had discounted another NRI Check/Cheque. Either she doesn’t know or don’t want to do it and she was trying to dodge me over this issue.

                                      f) I told her to get back to me the same day. She never bothered to do the same and even the next day Saturday also she never got back


                                      g) I called her on Monday. She was not there and Tuesday also no response from the manager
                                      h) I called her on Wednesday asked about the response. She mentioned that she has no rights to purchase/discount the NRI Check/Cheque. I did tell her I already discounted 2 Check/Cheques prior to her arrival in the previous month. How this can happen.

                                      i) She also mentioned to me to deposit the Check/Cheque in normal way which will take more than 45 days. Even my previous problem has not been resolved. Which I had bought to her notice. I’m attaching email regarding the same.

                                      j) I wanted money due to a family emergency.

                                      k) There is not even an apology for the lackadaisical approach of the Manager.

                                      l) Kindly let me know who I can escalate this issue and then she did not respond to the same. She was asking to get it done through other banks.

                                      Kindly find email exchange of my previous email with the same Manager. I don’t even have a response for the deposit of Check/Cheju. Why it took more than 45 days. I had asked what the norm is and what the deviation is. Why the delay. I still don’t even have a reply. I don’t even have any favorable response for my previous email. Email correspondence is attached for your reference.
                                      I don’t even have a resolution for the current situation as well. Even if there is a change in procedure the same need to be informed. There is lackadaisical approach in this regard. I had opened an NRI account with the insistence of Prior Manager as it was close to my house. I did not expect such behavior from the successive Manager.

                                      You will definitely take some action to educate your employee on behavior with customers which will prevent the loss of your business in future.
                                      As I am sure that sitting on such a higher position in your organization, you must be concerned about the image of your bank, I believe I have done the right thing by passing on this information to you.

                                      Referring to IRBC/2016/833559,

                                      USD 319.00 cheque has been deposited at Vijayanagar I stage, Mysore branch on 04.11.2016 . the amount credited to my account on 14.12.2016

                                      it has taken more than 40 days. why delay?

                                      what is the norm and what is the reason for the delay or deviation from the norm.
