I have purchased a product due to defective i have cancelled the amazon people have done the refund successfully on 15 th june of rs 4600 but the amount still not reflected into my bank account more the then 8 days have passed i have sent email with complete details but still there is no response For the mail many customer say that you don't respond to any complains please Do it as we are depending on you people My account no-[protected] My txn refund id[protected] My card no-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

My savings bank account wrongly debited on 3-6-17. Complaint lodged to branch, ZO HO. No reply fromany level after more than 20 days. Worse customer service at corporation bank. Delay for a reply or acknowledgement means denying it.

The Refund of Rs. 4290/- has been not received in my account but on calling to Amazon services they said that they have credited refund you have to contact to bank branch so my Refund Reference # E5QHF16U0000KE2XA0IC.

I placed an order using my Corporation Debit Card with account number "[protected]" on Amazon on the September 22nd 2020 but later I cancelled order and Amazon processed the refund of Rs.660 on the Oct 10th 2020. Normally it takes about 5 business days and I should have got my refund. But, nothing till date..
So, as usual I contacted Amazon customer care, they sent an email with the "Refund Reference # EWZTLVZM0000KEU79YXL" number and asked me to contact the bank customer care. So, I first call the customer care for corp bank, the agent just shooed me off with an email address. I sent an email with a refund request and I didnt get a reply.. So, I call customer care for the bank again, they said nothing can be done on their end so I need to contact the branch again no solution for my problem. Could you please help me to get back my money.
