Corporation Bank — internet login issue | |||
Since past 6 months i tried login my my corporation bank internet banking bt i was not able to receive my otp. I called to customer care she toled in my mobile number country code is not updated so she updated. After that also problem was not resolved. I sent mail to customer support no any resolution from their end. Finally i sent mail to my bank manager, even after so many mails even till today i was unable to receive otp and not able to do any transaction through internet banking. The worst experience i have faced till now in any bank. Finally i wrote mail that i will close the account to my manager still no one bothered about it. Was this information helpful? | |||
