This is to bring to your notice that, the refund of Rs.3, 781.00 was initiated successfully on February 20, 2019, at 02:35:30 PM to the original mode of payment (My corporation bank, details described below) from Amazon.in. Also, be informed that my corporation bank account was closed before it could have been credited.
Hence I request you to credit the refund amount to another existing account of mine ((My axis bank, details described below)
Please note: My cousin @Roland Rodrigues had been multiple times to the branch office (Corporation bank, Kankanady branch) requesting to resolve the payment dispute on my behalf since I am out of India at the moment.
