Corporation Bank — refund amount not received

I cancelled my gym subscription from cult (Cure fit) in january 2019 due to health reasons. They refunded my amount on jan 2nd of rs 13892/- at 12:14 pm. However, it has been more than a month and i haven't received the amount. I have gone back to cult fitness and they say the payment has been executed from their end. I have also spoken to the bank and they too are unable to help me out. The refund id is (Rfnd_bf4sqvvmtphdxk) Please look into this matter as the amount of refund is high and i haven't been able to get the money into my account so far. Was this information helpful? Sir i purchased a shoes from amazon, due to size issue i return ed the shoes.. they are saying that your amount is transferred to your given bank account but the amount is not reflected in my account .they given a reference no ..and said that you give this no to ur bank and they will transer ur amount..

Hi, I have made a transaction of 12000rs to SBI Bank Beneficiary, amount is credited and after some time it is reversed, but the amount is not credited to my account. I have used Phonepe as the UPI interface.
