Corporation bank s f road siliguri made few term deposit under one account no through the using of 3 customer id of the same account no. Now viewing access is available for primary account holder whereas viewing access not available for secondary account holder of the same account no. My query is how to ensure that all the term deposit are captured & where the summary of all the term deposit is available

    the Ticket was not issued and the amount refunded by IRCTC. But, the same is not yet credited back till date.

    Calling Amazon Customer Care by phone is 235rs credited to your account That shows me that I did not get credit Calling Amazon Customer Care is a credit to your account.The bank said they would stop calling Amazon
    Call Amazon Customer Care and they will tell you how you transacted and refunded your account.
    Money in my bank was ₹ 399
    But to me it only shows that they were there before When the bank calls customer care they say there is no problem but I have not received my money While calling Amazon Customer Care, they emailed a reference ID number to my mail They will salvage your problem No refund due before arrival Check the balance of my bank and tell me it can be communicated by mail or message please

      Calling amazon customer care by phone is 235rs credited to your account that shows me that i did not get credit calling amazon customer care is a credit to your account. The bank said they would stop calling amazon
      Call amazon customer care and they will tell you how you transacted and refunded your account.
      Money in my bank was ₹ 399

        On august 1 i had transacted 5000 from my account. The transaction had been failed but amount was deducted from my account. Till now i haven't received any refund amount. The amount is safe with your bank and it will refunded in 3 days they are telling from so many days, but till now i haven't received any amount. I have raised complaint, contacted bank too but no response at all. Please do help me out in getting the charge back

          I went to withdraw the money from AtM machine the amount of Rs 400p/ my money got debit from bank but did not get my from the AtM machine i lodge the complaint from bank but bank people's told that wait for 12 days finally 12 days passed but i still not get refund me..

          Please take seriously to get refund my money

            On august 1 i transacted 5000 from my phonepe account. Transaction has been failed but amount has been deducted from my account. Till now i haven't received my refund amount. Please help me in getting back the refund amount. Phonepe agents said that it'll be refunded within 3 to 5 days, but till now i haven't received it. And they have said that the amount is safe with your bank, you'll get the amount very soon.

              Dear sir,

              I am m/s sadhu ram hem raj commission agents samana. I am a regular customer of corporation bank samana branch since 2012. I am face many problems from last few months. The main problem is the interest rate which is 11.55% instead of 9.55%. The interest rate 11.55 % starts from august 2018 and end in february 2019 and then after 3 months again starts from june 2019 to august 2019. The total sum of this interest is 55766 rs. I wrote some letters to manager mr ashish bansal but found no solution then after i sent few emails to customer care office, head office and ombudsmen center etc and then i contacted new branch manager mr. Hitesh but did not get any reliable result. I also send many mails to nodel office but no result.
              Now finally someone suggests me to send you the mail with so many expectations of positive solutions.

                Am having Nre account [protected] Sulaiman Razak at bantwal corporation bank ...am in uae now.. I have deposited some amount in my account, but card is in India, now my parents are not able to withdraw cash from atm., they said its showing contact bank Iwhen I called customer service they said atm card has blocked but my card expire date is 2025. To tell this issue customer care told to call bantwal branch and providing contact no [protected]. This number is not reachable. [protected], . [protected]
                Now my question 1) why all numbers are not working
                2)why customer care is providing not working numbers
                3) why did bank block my atm
                4) even if they block why didn't they send sms by saying ur card is block. So that I was not deposition money..
                Now am in abudhabi my family need money in India but I cannot visit India now... What is next procedure to withdraw cash from account... Needed money for hospital purposes.. Please help me.. Thank u

                    आज सुबह जब में बैंक में पैसा जमा करने गया तो आप के अधिकारिओ ने ५०० और २००० का नॉट खुद जमा करने से मना किया और मशीन से जमा करने को बोला जिसमे प्रिंट भी नहीं था मेने जब पूछ की क्यों नहीं होगा तो सबका जवाब यही था बस मशीन लगी है उसे ही जमा करो.
                    जब मेने ये बात लिखत में मांगी तो आप के जमा करता और उनके साथ वाली कुर्सी पैर बैठे अद्दिकार मुझ पैर चिलाने लगे।

                      This is a heartfelt complaint against corporation bank bicholim branch bicholim goa, 403504
                      It happened that every time i go to withdraw the money using the atm which is at the entrance of the bank doesn't work. As a responsible concerned citizen i thought of reporting the issue to the bank manager. Bank manager started to get upset on me. The 2 atm machines are always not available for service. When reported to manager he first said so what should i do, later he said that the atm machines dnt belong to corporation bank when the fact is that the atm machine cabin main door has official corporation bank emblem. Bank manager was responding to my grievances as if i was uneducated. Futhermore the atm cabin always remain messy like garbage room. A surprise visit is a must. If i dnt see any changes in the decipline then i know whom to report the issue.

                        I forgot my upi pin after which i entered 3 wrong attempts. The procedure is to try after 24hrs. But even when i tried after 24 hrs, it's giving multitude of reasons like wrong card details, wrong atm pin and outright non working of otp for upi pin reset. Rest of the bank transactions are working as usual with otp. Why is otp not coming for upi reset. Kindly take note of the situation and address it please.

                            Dear team,

                            This is very sad to inform that the toll free number call center guys are not behaving and working with their customers. I called the toll-free number (Issue related by debit card) and manigandan from banglore picked up my call and informed me that my card is cancelled from bank and i need to call the home branch number for more info and he provided me with 4 different numbers which perhaps are all invalid and i called him again and he tells this is all 4 number he has very rudely. I then escalated this matter to hi lead which most sadly behaved very rudely as why do you want home branch number and says no problem and disconnects the call. Please look into this matter.
                            I am very much disappointed with the service.

                                Corporation bank web login is really unusable.
                                My present complaint is:
                                - when i try to complete neft/rtgs transfer the otp doesnt get generated and sent to my registered mobile.
                                It works sometimes, but most of the times it doesnt work, particularly when you want to do any urgent transfer.

                                - the web center service is extremely poor (I will give a 0 rating if i could) - the web center never picks up the calls, and they dont answer emails. There is no way to reach them, and even the branch employees have a problem reaching the web center.
                                - there is a request i sent to the web center which has been pending for 10 months now and has not received a response or remediation.

                                There are also many other issues:
                                - they upgraded the software and locked all the old users. Since otp does not get generated and web center does not response, it was impossible to unlock the acccount.
                                - their software is really poor in terms o[censored]sability and predictability.

                                  I am using the corporation bank account 11/11/2005, in corporation bank ambattur branch, i went to print the passbook in epass book machine, its not working so i went to manual printing person, she don't she refuse to print passbook due to entries for one year, and i told i using the internet banking but i not able take the old months in their new software, and also epassbook not getting statement, she refused with some nonsense words and i can go and complaint any where and return the passbook.
                                  Its happened today 23/7/2019 (Within time of 3 pm to 3.30pm)

                                    Today i went to bank to receive my atm where i had my name mentioned reema durtado instead of correct name reema furtado when asked for why such a mistake was being done so one of the executive in the branch named manpreet replied it is ok it can work like this which for me was a useless answer and a lame on to give being a reputed bank this kind of mistake is really not acceptable. Also to mention the branch manager who is for the people to hear complaints was not even present during his office hours. What kind of service you are giving?.
                                    Therefore i request you to issue me a new atm card without me writing an application to the manager knowing the mistake was totally from the bank side even after providing all the documents correct.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      This is reference to the telecon held with your customer care executive on 22 jun 2019 and on 02 jul 2019. I did not received satisfying solution to my problem arised due to the technical issues of clear trip.

                                      1. I have booked airline tickets through clear trip on 12 jun from lko –blr (Indigo - zhllkz-trip id[protected] for 18 jun 2019 and from blr –lko (Goair-e81jyj[protected] for 23 jun 2019. But due to exigency i had to cancel both the tickets on 15 jun 2019. Till date i have not received the refund amount. On the same before cancellation, i had tried to rescheduled my ticket from lko –blr (Indigo - zhllkz-trip id[protected] from 18 jun 2019 to 22 jun 2019 via indigo portal but payment was denied and it was put on hold. I requested to cancel this ticket from indigo people to which i have not received refund amount. Also indigo people were saying that they will deduct rescheduling charges, but since no payment was initiated how can they deduct rescheduling charges.

                                      2. I booked another ticket through clear trip from lko –blr (Indigo - zhllkz-trip id[protected] on 15jun 2019 for 22 jun 2019, to which my amount was deducted on 15 jun 2019 and i received confirmation mail from clear trip regarding the same. But to my surprise when i went to airport on 22 jun for check in. I came to know that there was no booking at all in my name. It was very inconvinient for me as i had to attend urgent official meeting. Then i had to book another ticket for next flight on same date for same day ie 22 jun 2019 from lko –blr directly through indigo window at lucknow airport.

                                      3. On the same day i had a word with your customer care executive who told me that i will get my full ticket amount back. But i did not received it till date.

                                      4. On 02 jul 2019, i once again called clear trip customer care, but not providing solution, they put me on concall with indigo support team who are really not concerned about my money. He was fighting and lying that rescheduling was done as the amount was paid from my account on 15 jun 2019. But there was no deduction from my account. No rescheduling happened and it was put on hold so i had to cancel this ticket and booked another ticket for 22 jun 2019 on 15 jun 2019.

                                      5. Since i have booked the tickets through clear trip it is your duty to provide refund amount asap.
