Corporation Bank — rs 500 deducted from a/c but didn't get withdrawal from kotak mahindra bank atm

Since on 13/09/17 i have with draw cash of rs 500 from kotak mahindra bank atm at mumbai central near maratha mandir. While with drawing money power get fail and the atm machine gets shutdown due to power failure. At that time only i have inform the concerned authority of kotakmahindra bank atm & i have call toll free of corporation bank but they both said it will get reversed with 24hrs. I have taken patients so much till now now its 16/10/2017. Given below is the detail of

Plzz do need full help & transfer to my sb a/c of corporation bank
I have also sent mail to [protected]@corpbank.co.in but till now no response

My ATM card was blocked for operations for more than a year. Still the ATM annual subscription is debited to my a/c on 29.07.2017.

The annual subscription Rs.150 & The card service charges Rs.27/- debited on 29.07.2017 shall be reversed since i am not using the card since it is already blocked by your bank.

I tried to contact customer care helpline nos for above problems four times but every time after 5 minutes reply ringtone (All executive agents ara busy) the phone was disconnected, So please resolve these issues
