This is my worst experience with a Country Holiday Inn & Suites/CHIS The sweetness and the gesture the sales team will show while selling their membership with below conditions.
• 5 years Membership with Bonus 2 years’ extension (7 weeks / 42 nights)
• Accommodation with Breakfast during your membership holiday
• 50 % Discount in all my extra food Bills while my holiday membership
• Complementary Holiday in ITC fortune for 1 Night 2 Days including Breakfast & Dinner

Hence I will be bound to fall into their trap and once your card is swipe, they will give you an agreement to sign stating that this is the written commitment of what we discussed showing the amount paid.
I send emails several time to customer care of chis and sales person but regret say that they are still not provided any solutions and reiterate the same, hence my welcome calls is still pending and not availed any holidays yet.
Now I am mental harassed with CHIS customer care responses, and it seem to be fraud company hence looking for my hard money back of Rs. 75000/-, which was paid to CHIS (Country holiday inn and suites) company on dated 11/04/2019, Receipt No: CHIS-ND783919 / Reg No: CHISGND776462.
Kindly intervene and help me to get my money back as CHIS stating that membership is non-refundable as per agreement which is mutually signed.

    Fake company, false promises and stupid executive rohan arora. He called us today and said to take back your complaint from consumer court when we refuse it they told that you signed the agreement that not to return the money back. But all fraud, we never signed it. We have a recorded volume of them. We have a proof of this fraud. We want our valuable money total 50, 000/- back.

      I agree with you mr. Ravikant sharma. This company is totally fake. Their executives shiv kumar and ali all are fraud to take your valuable money. I also lost my 50, 000/- in this trap. Mr. Shiv kumar and ali said that you can go anywhere in domestic hotels after giving first installment of fifty thousand but there is no bookings o[censored]s from last six months. We buy it nine months before. And when we try to do our booking they pressurized us to fill all other installments.

        I posted the below complaint on this site in the month of jan'19:-

        I and my wife were called for an offer by chis, garden galleria, noida.

        We were explained about the offer by sales staff. We chose to go with chis domestic holidays package which is applicable for 5 years and we were looking forward to upgrade to international holidays package if we find the experience & services, impressive & at par with the made commitments. It was informed to us that the cost of domestic holidays package shall be rs. 75000/-, all inclusive, for which we made the payment of entire amount (Invoice dated 30th dec'2018: "chis-nd783206" & "chis-nd783207", against payment of rs. 20, 000/- & rs. 55000/-, respectively).

        However, when i received the confirmation call on my registered mobile number yesterday, the 31st dec'2018, i was informed that there shall be additional fee of rs. 8500/- every year, for next five years, under the header amc., which was not informed to us at the time when we availed the mentioned offer and made the payment of rs. 75000/-.

        Later, when we checked for this amc with sales staff, he confirmed that they informed us of this amc, as far as he remembered.

        Due to this incident, we have lost complete faith and confidence in chis & its services, and have decided not to joint this offer, or any other in future as well.

        You are requested to immediately process the reversal of payment made by us, that is rs. 75000/-

        This is for your advance information, we have not used any services, holidays or movie coupons, provided by chis. You may please check the same at your end as well and expedite the refund of our payment, without any delay.

        After many follow ups, i received the below mail from chis:

        Dear sir,
        Greetings for the day..!!!
        As per your request for your cancellation of your chis membership, the matter has been resolved at our end and the whole consideration would be reversed within 45 working days in which saturday and sunday are not included.
        Also note that the payment may reverse from the same account from which the same was received. As according to us rs. 55000/ were received from the account of bhawana arora and beneficiary name is require for the payment made of rs. 20000/-.
        Kindly confirm the exact account name for preparing the cheque.

        I replied to above mail with relevant details. And immediately i started getting calls from chis, requesting me to mark the complain as resolved.

        However, 45 days completed on 5th april'19 and i have been following up with mr. Rahul arora of chis, but i'm not getting any response nor my payment refund.

          I have been following up with mr. Rahul arora since 5th of april, but there is no update till now. Every day i call him and ask for the refund and every day i get the same response that he will confirm by the evening for sure, but i never get any call back and next day i call him again.

          I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with such behaviour from chis and it’s customer care head.

          I hereby demand the payment refund with interest from 1st january’19 till the day i will get the payment in my account, calculated at 14% annual interest rate.

          I have been experiencing mental harassment from chis since 1st january’19. For more than a month, from 1st january’19, i called chis and followed up on mail, on daily basis, for my refund. On 3rd february i received the refund confirmation from chis, stating that the same shall be done within 45 working days, which completed on 5th april. After many calls and follow ups on mail, i got a mail confirmation from chis that the signing authority was not available and i shall receive the refund soon, about 20 days ago.

          The above mentioned instances are forms of mental harassment and i am looking forward to file a case against chis for causing mental harassment and stake the claim for maximum possible penalty.

          Since the day i came in contact with chis, i have wasted hours of my time (Totalling to several days), lots of my energy, and most important of all, “the peace of mind”. From my this experience, which is the worst one of my life till date, i will make sure that i save other innocent people from getting trapped with chis, so they do not have to suffer the way i have. I am going to start a campaign on electronic media, social networking sites and by the word of mouth as well, to make people aware of the reality of chis! Your sales & marketting teams inform people that chis is a sister concern company of renowned hotel chains country inn and holidays inn, i will make sure that these renowned hotel chains are made aware & informed of the fact that chis is using their names to trap & con people.

            Fake company chis, fraud executives verbally their schemes are many but at the time of booking a room there are many problem. We buy it in one lakh fourty thousand in installments. First installment is of 50, 000 we had given. But at the time of booking they refuse to book our accommodation and said to book by ourselves. When we call at the hotel manager for booking they told us to pay extra for our second child but at the time of taken this shiv and abdul said that our accommodation with our two child isfree. Please don't buy it, i pray to you all. Don't waste your valuable money in this trap.

              I have taken the membership on 11 th april 2019 and till now not availed a single benefit they have given. First of all let ne tell to all of you that what they are doing is a kind of trap. I was badly pressurised by the representatives to purchase the membership. I said no and then they tild me that i can cancel the membership in next 7 days if i want. I thought it's ok and paid the fees. But i was surprised as u got they mail after paying my membership fee that amount is not refundable. So that's a big lie on there part.
              Second thing is that i got confirmed of some medical emergency for which i need all my money back. Now they are refusing to refund and showing me there non refundable clause. This is cheating and i am quite frustrated and left with no option but to end my life if they don't give my money back. Please treat it on urgent basis and if any thing happens to me then these people will be responsible for that.

              They are inhuman. They are not concerned about my medical health even. They just want to keep money with them. Advice every person to not fall prey to these people. They are totally greedy and inhuman. They just want sone how to attack and grab your money.

              I dont understand for what reason they are not refunding my money. I have not taken any services from them. Not even they have spent a single penny on me. Then for what reason they can keep my money. Is there no law in our country to throw such people behind the bar. Now i just dont want my membership refund but also the compensation equal to the membership amount as well.

                  Dear sir, i would like to register a complaint against country holidays inns & suites pvt. Ltd. I have received a call from country holidays inns in the month of jan-19. They have requested us to collect the free movie ticket and 2 night complimentary stay in selected location. They said that they wanted me to accompany with my spouse. On 9th jan-19, we went to their noida office and they explained and shown us so many properties and said that all the properties are their own property and insist us to get the member ship in rs. 70, 000/-, initially i denied to take the membership, however they insist us to have some coffee. Me and my wife had coffee and after 15 min they managed me to sign the agreement and debited the amount from my credit and debit card. When we came back to home and inquire about this company we found that they are fraud and cheated so many people in past where many people register the complaint on consumer forum as well. I have been requesting them to cancel my membership within 72 hours of buying it and also requested to return all my amount, however, they are denying it. They shared all false information with me and look like they drugged us in coffee to sign the agreement and debit the amount from our account. We request you to please register the complaint against their mentioned directors and help us to get our money back. Ltd My Membership No is CHISND775990, The amount is debited from my Debit and Credit Card vide Invoice no CHIS-ND783271 for Rs. 10, 000 and CHIS-ND783270 for 40, 000/- Total Amount paid is Rs. 50, 000/-.

                    I have filled one coupon at dlf mall noida, few months back where the person told me that ‘country inn’ has opened new hotels at few locations
                    including shimla, jaipur, goa etc.
                    And they will provide you 2 nights/3 days stay at their new hotels if your names comes in lucky draw.

                    Then i received calls from a girl she informed me that i won the lucky draw for free vacation along with pvr voucher.
                    I was not willing to go as i don’t trust in these offers, so i denied.
                    But she kept on convincing me that i just have to visit the garden galleria mall with my wife for collecting the freebies.
                    I finally said okay, i will come. They sent me a text message –
                    (Welcome country holidays inn & suites india pvt. Ltd.

                    "congrats!
                    Mr. And Mrs. Today both are invited to collect your gift vouchers your 1st voucher is 1 couple movie tickets 2nd voucher is 2night & 3day holiday voucher.
                    Collect your voucher at for all details.. Plz take a 45 minutes

                    In Jan, when i visited given venue then Prince Mishra, feroz and 2 other person tried to convenience me to buy a holiday package by doing lots of false commitment like:

                    We have 5000+ hotels in india
                    We have hotels in around 30 other countries
                    You will not get any issue while booking restaurants at any time if you informed us in advance.
                    We have at-least 7-8 options in each cities.
                    Each option is a 4-5 star properties.
                    You will also get discounts in Flight bookings, sight seeing and meals, if you take membership through CHIS.
                    You will save at-least 50-70% on each stay. Etc...

                    But when i came back and search about this company's review i found lots of complaint about the company,
                    people are saying that most of the time all good options are showing sold out even if we are trying to book in advance.

                    On their website:
                    Only 67 hotels at 35 locations are listed under chis-associated category.
                    Only 50 hotels in 12 countries are listed on chis-internal-exchange page (Excluding domestic hotels)
                    Only 117 all hotels are available on both pages.

                    It was not conveyed that i have to pay annual maintenance from 1st year as well.

                    On above complaint i received below reply from country holiday inn (Chis) that
                    "we regret to inform you that the cancellation cannot be processed against the specified reason,
                    the membership is non-refundable as per agreement which is mutually signed as there is no valid justification in the reason being provided."

                    According to country holiday inn (Chis), this is marketing strategy to do false commitment to sell the membership and it is not a valid reason to cancel membership.

                    As per indian laws, including indian contract act, 1872. This is a void agreement which can’t be enforceable as it is one sided
                    which doesn’t gives me any right to cancel.

                    I have requested very next day after buying this membership to cancel this request but still they are not ready to refund my amount.

                      I fell in their trap in Dec’18, got to know about their reality on 1st Jan’19 and denied them my membership the same day, without using a single offer or coupon of theirs!
                      After wasting hell lot of my energy, time and peace of mind, and complaining on this site, in the beginning of Feb’19 I got a commitment through mail from CHIS that I will get my full refund WITHIN 45 WORKING DAYS (Only God knows how they made this rule by themselves!). After assurance through mail, I marked my complaint here as RESOLVED after hell lot of follow ups by Mr. Rahul Arora, the customer care Head of CHIS.
                      I called the contact person, Mr. Rahul Arora, after completion of 43 Days and received a very bizarre reply that the refund shall be made exactly on 45th Day!! Anyways, I let it go and waited till 45 Day, which completed on 5th April’19.
                      On 45th Day, I got another reply that the signing authority was out of office and he assured me that he will get back to me on 16th April’19, which is the 56th Day against the committed time span of WITHIN 45 Days!!!
                      However, I called Mr. Rahul Arora by myself today, on 16th April’19 and as expected, received a reply that he will get back to me by the evening!!!
                      Nevertheless, I didn’t received any call from him.
                      I guess I am done with these guys now! I have decided to file a legal complaint & case of harassment as well, against CHIS. Now, I am going to demand the refund of my payment along with the interest incurred since 1st January’19, that is the day I refused the CHOS membership at the confirmation call, and I am going to claim a huge penalty for the mental harassment as well.

                      PS: Dear Mr. Rahul Arora, I am fed up with your sweet talk! I hope you now know & have understood well that this complaint here can not be marked RESOLVED unless the case has been marked closed by the honourable judicial system of Republic Of India!

                        Hi,

                        I had filled one coupon at mgf metropolitan mall gurgaon last month where the person told me that ‘country inn’ has opened new hotels at few locations including shimla, jaipur, goa etc. And the company is offering 2n/3d trips to families.

                        In the ensuing week, i received many calls from a person named ashish and another named pooja informing that i was entitled to free vacation along with book my show vouchers. I was not willing to go as i don’t trust in these offers, so i denied. But she kept on convincing me that i just had to visit their shop in mgf with my wife for collecting the freebies. I finally said okay, i will come. They told me that they are having an event for families such as mine in le meridien, near guru dronacharya metro station.

                        On 24/03/2019, we went to the hotel wherein three people, ashish (Introduced himself as jr. Sales rep), prabhanshu gour (Introduced himself as sr. Sales rep), and akshit kakkar (Introduced himself as branch manager) started selling a holiday package by doing lots of false commitment like:

                        We have 5000+ hotels in india
                        We have hotels in around 30 other countries
                        You will not get any issue while booking restaurants at any time including 25 dec to 5 jan if you informed us in advance. We give confirmed domestic booking at hotel of your choice if advance notice given of 72 hours and confirmed international booking at hotel of your choice if advance notice given of 1 month.
                        We have at-least 7-8 options in each cities.
                        Each option is a 4-5 start properties
                        You will save at-least 50-70% on each stay. Etc...

                        After spending about 3 hours listening to them, i asked them one question repeatedly: how do i need to book.

                        Their answer always was that we only need to book through the app / website.

                        When asked would i need to send them mails and wait for replies for booking, they confirmed that no; all of their properties are shown on their website and i only need to book through the app / website.

                        We paid after multiple such promises and then we came back and searched the app. It had only 3 international destinations and about 20 domestic destinations with less than 100 hotels.

                        We immediately went back to tell them that why so - all three again confirmed to us that it is because you are logging as a guest id and when you will log in as a member, you will see all locations. This is a company tactic to provide better choices to its members.

                        The next day i searched about the companies reviews, and i found lots of complaint about the company, peoples are saying that most of the time all good options are showing sold out even if we are trying to book in advance.

                        Two days later i got a call from customer care stating their rules of engagement, wherein when i asked them how will i need to book, they told me that i will need to send them a mail stating my choice of dates and the city and they will send back hotel options available. This is the exact opposite of the promise that was made to me.
                        When i also asked them whether once i log in as a member, would more destinations which they have put on their website and in their booklet they have provided would become available, they told me no; those are the only ones which can be booked through the app; for everything else, you need to mail us.

                        On your website:

                        You are providing only room only package i have to pay extra for breakfast and dinner but when i am booking directly with b/d i am getting better options.
                        I paid 3, 20, 000 /- for 30 weeks holiday and with the reality it is too costly without any options.

                        I replied to them that i need my money back and i do not confirm the membership. On this complaint, they are delaying and ignoring my mails and calls. The customer care is responding by saying that the sales rep mr. Prabhanshu needs to mail them that i should be given my refund. I call up mr. Prabhanshu and after 10+ calls over a week, he says he has mailed them. I call up customer care and they tell me they haven't received any mail.

                        I have requested within two days of buying this membership to cancel this request but still they are not ready to refund my amount. They are just going in loops with me.

                        Immediately after finding out the issues and false promises from the customer care team; I did not confirm to the membership terms for them to initiate my login ID and in parallel I disputed the transaction on my Credit Card statements. My Credit Card companies (Citi through Mastercard and Amex) handled the dispute from thereon and basis proofs of my mails to CHIS stating fraud promises, the money was not credited to the account of CHIS. Ultimately, CHIS (Rahul Arora) told me to come down to their office in Noida to resolve the issue (by meeting Ujjal Roy). Ujjal told me to take back the dispute and then he would refund me the full amount within 15 days of my taking back the dispute. I told them to give it to me over mail in writing and once I received it, I forwarded the same to my bank instead of taking back my dispute. This helped my banks win the dispute and a permanent debit occurred in CHIS account of the said value. If I would have taken back the dispute, then I don't know if it ever could have resolved.

                          I have taken the membership on 11 th april 2019 and till now not availed a single benefit they have given. First of all let ne tell to all of you that what they are doing is a kind of trap. I was badly pressurised by the representatives to purchase the membership. I said no and then they tild me that i can cancel the membership in next 7 days if i want. I thought it's ok and paid the fees. But i was surprised as u got they mail after paying my membership fee that amount is not refundable. So that's a big lie on there part.
                          Second thing is that i got confirmed of some medical emergency for which i need all my money back. Now they are refusing to refund and showing me there non refundable clause. This is cheating and i am quite frustrated and left with no option but to end my life if they don't give my money back. Please treat it on urgent basis and if any thing happens to me then these people will be responsible for that.

                          From last 8 days they are just befooling me. My all the money is still with them and nothing has been done from there end. I have also shared all my reports as a proof of my illnesd but still no reply from there side. Its frustrating. I am done now and will collapse because of excessive financial crunch. I am already paying emi to Amrapali for Dream Valley for the flat that i am never going to get and now one more like this. If this is the punishment for paying all your taxes and believing in system then yes please punish me. I must say living in this fraud world is like living in hell. No body is there to help you. Long live my country.

                          They have my rs140000 with them as membership fee. I want to cancel my membership because my medical condition is not well. I need this money back for my treatment. Country holiday inn is not refunding my money. They are waiting for me to suicide and keep all the money with them. I know they can think that way because we are common man who will listen to us. Love my country.

                            I have purchased the CHIS holiday package in Jan2019. Before purchasing the package, I asked CHIS representative, if there is any other hidden charges, they refused that.
                            So I paid the amount by taking EMI plan for 12 months.
                            According to them, I can pay through EMI of 12 months and it will be of 0% interest charges. But actually, they charged 13% interest rate for the same.

                            After making the payment, they told me that I have to pay Annual Maintenance Charges(AMC) which is 8500 per year.
                            I asked many times before making the payment about any kind of hidden charges in this package but they refused that.
                            I asked them to refund the amount, but they refused to do so.

                            They are continuously forcing me to take one trip after that they will refund the whole amount.
                            But I am afraid to do so as there would be hidden clauses or any policy which might we dont know.

                            They cheated me fully and now they are not even agreed to refund my amount. Anyone please tell me how to get the refund back without taking any trip.
                            As I have not availed any of their services including complimentary trips. Also I dont want to avail the trips in future also.

                              Iam a serving in indian army on the rank of major and by proffession me and my wife both are doctors.

                              Purchased of rs 1, 75, 000 on 11 nov 2017,
                              Sales representative mr akshit kakkar.

                              Cust care nonresponsive and states that offers made by the sales team is imaginatory and fluke and the firm is not bind to oblidge it .

                              eariler it was promised that i can book any number of rooms against my membership options accomodating my family members along with me after paying amc for each year but now they say that only one room can be booked.now should i book rooms for them after paying in some other hotel while i stay in a different one??

                              It was stated clearly that we need to request for reservation 07 days prior to actual date in terms of domestic reservation, however i have applied for request of reservation since 27th mar 19 for booking at jim corbett on 13th and 14th apr 2019 and on 29th mar i received the e mail that no rooms are available and i was asked to plan on 11th instead. I told them that 11th is the election date and i need to vote and dates are fixed and as a member they have promised to deliver in their or their associated properties and more so over after lot of arguments they said only one room can be booked but not against offer but membership only after paying amc fees of 8500/-. When i asked that if the room is avail for membership why it cannot be given in offer?, they replied ur offer has expired whereas it is clearly mentioned that i can avail offer after complete payment .it takes multiple e- mails correspondence of weeks w.r.t.simple booking and still issue is not resolved.

                              Cust care puts call on hold for 10 min and later on disconnect it when asked to speak to supervisor or senior executives, namely miss twinkle, mr anand dubey .mr rahul and miss jyoti one of the member of cust care teams laughs and passes sarcastic comments when asked why 2 rooms cannot be booked ?? Earlier they had provided with 2 rooms at shirdi and aurangabad and now he says it was a mistake. When i told him it was promised to us, he stated technical terms of agreement and stated that mr akshit kakkar must have told you and u believed him, it is not our problem. Such is the harrasement and events of lies of country holidays.

                              initially all the 5 star properties and resorts were promised but till date i have availed 3 bookings in which i was accomodated in 2-3 star hotels that too after fighting day and night with the cust care team. They dont have any 5 star accomodations.

                              in addition to membership for negotiation and sealing the deal offers made to me in written by mr akshit kakkar are being said as valid only for initail one year by cust care team whereas it is written clearly that these offers can be availed after full payment which i have done in mar 2018, on chis website and app. Also, it was stated that i can combine 2 offers as well and now i cant avail the primary offer only.

                              Rooms provided are substandard with bare minimum walking space avail example the accn provided to me at amritsar which was the first trip planned with country holidays and at all the hotels i have myself paid for the upgradation to standard room.
                              Later, on multiple occassions they have apologised and promised this wont happen in future and try to lure by providing extra holidays but the situation is worst from ever.

                              I was promised flight tickets of 4000 each and later on that too was also not paid completely. It was reverted later on that we will refund you the amt but for now i should make the payment. I am yet to recieve the payment since may 2018.all this correspondence happened with cust care and mr akshit on mail .

                              After much arguments with mr akshit kakkar and cust care they agreed that on a special exception on offers given to me they will give me 2n/3d at corbett but for the second room i should pay them on tarrif basis which was 5500 plus gst which is in excess to the mrp rate provided on internet for a particular property in that vicinity.
                              That associated property offers cottages in 5000 incl gst with all 3 meals of the day and country holidays are providing the same for 5500 plus gst and breakfast only. Such is the level of their crookedness that on one side i am a prestigious member and on other they are cheating by asking for more money .

                              It is requested that my complaint be taken on its merit at the earliest and i wish a refund of my comlete payment i.e rs 1, 75, 000 be done taking into account the level of mental harrasement, cheating, fraud and duping a customer of his/her rights.

                              BUT HERE IS THE CATCH...

                              THEY WANT ME TO FOREFIT MY REMAINIG OFFERS.. CHECK OUT ATTACHMENTS...

                              I WANT MY REFUND AT ALL COST AND I M WILLING TO GO TO ANY EXTREMES AND ALL POSSIBLE OPTIONS TO TEACH THESE PEOPLE THAT YOU CANNOT PLAY WITH THE HARD EARNED MONEY OF CUSTOMERS..

                                I would like to inform you that I have taken Membership from CHIS –Country Holiday Inn & Suites on 2Nd December-2018 based on their false commitments.

                                Below are few false commitments made by them –

                                1. Sales Person Mr. Sharukh and Mr. Khyaam have told me that membership would be for 10 years 6N/7 DAYS under T1 category which includes Husband and wife with 14 years Child. Moreover, I can Travel with my family to any of their locations within India and aboard, for which I have to pay Rs.7000/-as their AMC Amount per year. They have also shown Andaman location and told us to visit soon.

                                Proven False Statement:

                                1. I have sent mail on 15Th December-12 to CHIS customer care [protected]@holidaysinnsuites.com) to Book the Package for Andaman (in Jan-19) but I have received mail from them on 16Th December with below statement -


                                “That my membership of T1 category which accommodates either 2 Kid below 6 years or 3 adults and since I have not paid the full amount hence, I can’t go to any abroad location”

                                2. I also approached Customer Care to book 1 Night Complementary stay (as stated above in point no.3) but hey told me that since I have not paid the full amount so I can’t utilize complementary offer.

                                I have sent mails for returning my Advance Paid amount but I have given regular commitments by Customer Care and Mr. Khyaam to be associated with CHIS and soon my issues will be resolved.

                                In the meantime they have told me to visit their Jim Corbett location against given free vouchers by paying Rs.2000/-, so since I also wish to be associated with CHIS so I paid Rs.2000/- and visited their Location against Voucher not against my membership.

                                But after returning still my issues were not resolved, since then I am continuously calling Mr. Khyaam but no positive response has been given and assurance given that solution will be given soon.

                                On 28Th Mar-19 I have again approached Customer care for doing the booking for Jaipur but again Customer Care Mr. Lalit replied to me

                                “That my membership allow booking for 2 adults and 2 kids below 6 years”

                                I would like to inform you that I have taken Membership from CHIS –Country Holiday Inn & Suites on 2Nd December-2018 based on their false commitments.

                                Below are few false commitments made by them –

                                1. Sales Person Mr. Sharukh and Mr. Khyaam have told me that membership would be for 10 years 6N/7 DAYS under T1 category which includes Husband and wife with 14 years Child. Moreover, I can Travel with my family to any of their locations within India and aboard, for which I have to pay Rs.7000/-as their AMC Amount per year. They have also shown Andaman location and told us to visit soon.

                                Yesterday I have received call from CHIS [protected] and told me that no refund will be given. Whereas I have told them.i have proof with me of conversation had with your sales person Mr Khyaam in Chat and calls. But still they speak very rudely and even not listening to me just keep sharing their views. They are keep on making fools to customer even in thier seminar they promised something and then deny.

                                As of now CHIS has not sent me any confirmation mail on refund. I think they are not taking my complaint seriously posted on consumer complaint portal. Kindly guide me further course of action as I need my money back.

                                  I along with my family visited radisson blue hotel on 31st mar'19 after being called off multiple times by their sales person ritesh jain. There in the meeting room, we met with a girl and shoeb khan and dhananjay. They trapped us with their sweet gestures and fake commitments regarding the chis membership and forcefully asked us to sign the documents without letting us review the written terms and conditions and swiped my debit card with rs.1, 50, 000. Thereafter when i read my documents the terms and conditions are totally different regarding the amc charges, hotel locations and numbers etc etc. They promised around 6000 hotels worldwide, though i can see hardly 100.

                                  The girl even humiliated us many times in between when we tried to leave the place in between the presentation and didn’t talk appropriately. No ethics at all.

                                  When i asked to give me assurance of any kind then they said i can cancel membership even after using 2-3 trips and complete amount would be refunded with no questions asked.
                                  Now, because i don’t trust this company who sold membership with fake promises, i don’t wish to be associated with it and would like to get the amount refunded. Its only 1 day. No one is responding to my messages and calls.

                                  This is a fake company and sales people are just making fool of the customers.

                                  Had words with Mr. Dhananjay and got his assurance that everything briefed in the presentation was true and would be provided to me. He also said that I may cancel the membership even after my first trip if I am not satisfied with the hotel etc. In this event complete refund would be done. If I am not satisfied even after attending the welcome call, I would like to withdraw myself from this membership and would open a complaint again. Till then, I am closing this complaint.

                                    I am using this forum to take out my frustration because I cannot do anything else.
                                    My experience after taking the package has become a nightmare.. whenever we asked for any bookings ..the answer is always a Big NO...you people played a very good tactic by giving us a package which is of no use to us.

                                    Even during low season, you can not give a room...then how you promise during the purchase process that u will get the rooms in any season.

                                    Sales person is a big liar and Joker.

                                      I am very much disappointed and decided that not interested to take this membership for me. I am mentioning all the point below how you guys swindle me from started.

                                      1. Your executive (Rani/ritu) called me and said we have holiday plan with breakfast included and they will meet me at royal park hotel personally to explain all the things and no need to carry single rupees or card.. Which was completed false statement.

                                      2. Once mr ajay started discussion i asked for minimum tenure then he started with 10 year which was again completely wrong statement as 5 year plan was minimum tenure and it is showing on website also.

                                      3. You confirmed me that i need to pay 7k per/year and later confirmed that it is 7k/week which was again wrong statement at all.

                                      4. You guys confirmed we have 7 to 8 properties on each location and when i checked on site it was again completed false statement. I asked for demo then also you denied.

                                      5. Finally you guys given commitment that this will not repeat and best service will be provided and i accepted the request to take 5 year membership.

                                      6. You committed that by 23rd maximum you will return dd of 40 k which is access amount you taken but again false commitment.

                                      7. Customer care send an email that you will return in your card but that also rahul denied later.

                                      8. Rahul committed that by 2nd april i will get dd in between 12 to 2 pm

                                      9 now rahul called me and changed his statement that he will provide check not dd.

                                      This all completely unacceptable and beyond the limit. I have not taken any service till now then also more then 50 emails i send but no one want to take ownership.. If company not having money 40 k in account to return in 20 days then i think company should declare bankrupt.

                                      Cancel my membership with immediate effect and return 1.3 lakh asap.

                                      Hi Team, I am taking my complaint back as of now because My Ujjawal was very kind and he was listing issue very carefully .he asked to take complaint back .I paid 1.3 Lakh to company and they returned 40 K as a check today which was access amount they taken for 5 year membership . 90 K is still with company for my 5 Year membership and I have not taken any service till now. I hope they will provide best service in future when I ever I will contact then for reservation and fulfill all the commitment which been given during selling me membership. Hoping for the best and hope I will come again over here for any complained if they will not make any false commitment later. Thanks a lot

                                        Our Complaint has yet not been resolved and CHIS is not refunding our hard earned money at all. we are writing them since December 2018 and communicating even before that to cancel our membership. they are openly looting people with this fraud membership. We have not availed any stay out of this membership. Please help us for getting our hard earned money back. the story of how we were trapped is again being told below.

                                        We received a message from Country Holidays Inn & Suites(CHIS) stating that we have won 2N/3D stay, 2 movie tickets and dinner vouchers. To claim this, we had to visit their office in MGF metropolitan mall, Gurugram. Initially we ignored this, but then we got multiple calls from them saying it'll take just 45 minutes and requested us to visit their office. After so many calls of chis, we agreed to attend their session. The calling person insisted us to come for this session in the evening and committed that we will not be forced to buy any membership. We will just be shown some presentation which will take around 45 minutes. However, the truth is something else. When we reached there around 7 pm on 20th july 2018, they made us sit in closed room and they started playing with our minds. They kept luring us till 11 pm midnight and did not let us go. We, with two young kids, were so hungry & tired by that time and finally got trapped in their plan unfortunately & cheated under the membership no. Chisdl774711 which was forced on us, with all false statements, lies and false promises and commitments at the time of offering the membership to us.

                                        Their sales person ms. Gayatri dubey in gurgaon office at metropolitan mall, mg road, gurgaon, trapped us to take the membership by telling all fake statements that they have all 4-5 star properties in their list which generally costs rs.8, 000/- to rs.10, 000/-, but it will cost to us only around 2, 000/- after taking the membership. However, in actual we see most of properties listed at their app are generally available in the range of rs.3, 000/- to rs.4, 000/-.

                                        We had paid hefty amount of rs.1, 35, 000/- for taking their bogus membership wherein no breakfast, no dinner or lunch is included. There is never ever any support from their so called consumer support team. No one picks up the call first of all. If by any chance, they pick up the call, they ask to refer online mobile app only. For everything, we have to write email, for which again no response comes. At the time of selling this membership, ms. Gayatri dubey said they are available any time if we want to have any suggestion, any support, any clarification about any property. We can anytime approach them for booking related matters. Now for anything we approach them, they says they are not available. Office opens up only up to 6 pm etc etc. And we have to write to customer support only and they cannot help us.

                                        For the reason of having such a bad experience with chis, till date, since the membership taken, we had not availed any booking of hotel accommodation with chis membership. We were forced to sign the agreement there and then only under complete undue influence by ms. Gayatri dubey and she committed the agreement can be cancelled anytime, if we are not satisfied and the entire money will be refunded.

                                        Despite paying our huge hard-earned money to you, we are suffering from a complete mental torture and harassment after taking this membership, therefore, we requested them so many times by writing e-mails and calling to cancel our membership and refund our entire amount of rs.1, 35, 000/-, as this membership was sold fraudulently with all false commitments / lies / promises, but they are not returning our money and not resolving the matter.

                                        Being a bona-fide consumer and having paid for the services for unjustified consideration, we would expect the fastest resolution of this matter from chis and refund of our money of rs.1, 35, 000/- immediately.
