Faurd company and faurd executive

I am adit garg. My credit card has been lost 9 th may 2019 and some one transaction 1, 40000 rs without my permission and i have already block the card
With in 3 hr and reported to hdfc bank customer care. Bank customer card provide the merchant name and i raised the dispute but my refund is not recived
I approached to merchant but they denied the transaction refund. My contact no -[protected]

    Countryholidaysinnsuites directors mr kapil somra, kumar sambhav and vishal kumar rai do you people have any idea how the company is looting innocent people's money by fraud. The sales person promises are all fraud. So many people are suffering it's my request to you please close the fraud company and return people's money. We are mentally harassed by the customer care team

      I would like to register a Complaint against Country Holidays Inns & Suites Pvt. Ltd. I have received a call from Country Holidays Inns in the month of Jan-19. They have requested us to collect the free movie ticket and 2 night complimentary stay in selected location. They said that they wanted me to accompany with my spouse.
      On 9th Jan-19, we went to their Noida office and they explained and shown us so many properties and said that all the properties are their own property and insist us to get the member ship in Rs. 70, 000/-, initially I denied to take the membership, however they insist us to have some coffee. Me and my wife had coffee and after 15 min they managed me to sign the agreement and debited the amount from my Credit and Debit card.
      My Membership No is CHISND775990, The amount is debited from my Debit and Credit Card vide Invoice no CHIS-ND783271 for Rs. 10, 000 and CHIS-ND783270 for 40, 000/- Total Amount paid is Rs. 50, 000/-.
      When we came back to home and inquire about this company we found that they are fraud and cheated so many people in past where many people register the complaint on consumer forum as well.
      I have been requesting them to cancel my membership within 72 hours of buying it and also requested to return all my amount, however, they are denying it. They shared all false information with me and look like they drugged us in coffee to sign the agreement and debit the amount from our account.
      We request you to please register the complaint against their mentioned directors and help us to get our harden money back.

        I really appreciate the confidence of mr. Rahul arora, executive of country holiday inn and suites wh wayo called us and say that i[censored] approach to consumer court, then also consumer court can not take any action against our company. I request all the users not to take their company membership. Pls avoid this company as it is totally fraud and make this company a black listed company chis... And i also requested to consumer court to take action against this otherwise we will take further action against chis company.

        only they we take money only, customer sending mail and contact regarding their solution, but they will not response to customer.

        At the time of sale their membership so many facility are there, but in documentation differ.

          Rahul Arora has asked me to mark my complaint as resolved without any resolution and he is reluctant to return my money. He has been doing the same to everyone and I do have call recording where he is repeating just one phrase " you just marked your complaint as resolved, just mark it resolved, But how can I marked resolved without solve my problem and without refund my money .

          “As per our discussion, please be informed that we have accepted your cancellation request and initiated the process of reversal accordingly.”

          But currently I am not Recived fund 140000rs . He said we are mistaken by used your card . And he was pressured plz marked the resolved complain . How can I resolve this complain without solutions. Plz guide me can I resolved this complain or not because my money is not refunded this company or merchant.

          Currently no refund .i am waiting for response for bank and merchant. Merchant said they are not Recived any mail regarding refund and bank said member bank wants 50 day time frame . What can I do for our refund Plz suggest me .

              Victim of fraud by countryholidays
              We have purchased holiday package from country holidays but now it is turning a mental harassment as the service provider is denying from the promises. We are asking for refund of our money. This fraud company should be closed and appeal to everyone dont get trapped into this company that is countryholidaysinnsuites

                Country holiday is a fraud company and I am being harassed by the sales team members specially Mr Rahul Arora. First of all they promised fake things and now when I came to know their reality and I am appealing against their fraud. This is request to all that don't get trapped in the fake. They are just extracting the money from innocent people by fooling them

                  Chis is an utter fake company making false commitments just to mint money.
                  I am a member since october 2017 and i have got a chance to use just 4 days of my membership. We have to literally beg them for options of hotel despite of paying a huge amount. Every time their answer is we don’t have availability. I want my money as i am severely disappointed with this company.
                  They also have the worst customer service who purposefully don’t answer your calls just to avoid the discussion.
                  We have been trying to reach deepak gupta, but he most of the times ignore our calls.
                  Upon, asking for options they would give the worst hotel available in town despite o[censored]s being flexible for dates they say it’s not available.
                  They have mentioned the roseate hotel in delhi. We pleaded them to give us that and upon arguing their executive says that’s only for complimentary purpose so that people have good impression about the company and they proceed for the membership so they won’t give us as we are already an exciting member.
                  Another major issue is that now they have come with new way of making money is that if we book more than 1 room, we would need to pay extra for it despite of having the no of nights pending in our account.
                  This was never communicated to us during the time of taking the membership.in fact, their manager vinay had told we can take any number of rooms and from the 6 nights given, it will be deducted accordingly.
                  Despite of having so many issues, none of their executives have come up for help.
                  We had also been to their office in gurgaon metropolitan mall, but it was closed. Upon asking, the security told that the office hardly opens during the day and there are lot of people coming and saying that they have been conned by this company.

                    On 26apr2019, i had received a call from mobile number [protected] and also got an sms wherein i along with my husband were invited by countryholidaysinnsuites.com (Full address of company obs tower 3rd floor, block a - 37, sector 63, noida, uttar pradesh 201301 and registered address - 2045/1, 2nd floor, street no.6, chuna mandi, paharganj, central delhi, new delhi -110055 (India) (As couple entry) with entry code b0149 on address sf-06, 2nd floor eros metro mall, near sector 14, metro station dwarka. I was informed by the representative namely akhlesh sawariya (Mobile [protected]), that they will give me free vouchers for holidays and movie tickets without any cost.

                    On the basis of assurances and representations, on 26th april, 2019 i along with my husband visited them at the above mentioned address. When we reached there, we met three persons namely abdul, kayyum and shahrukh who represented themselves as employees in countryholidaysinnsuites.com. They also showed their identity cards. Their mobile numbers are [protected], [protected] and [protected].

                    During our discussion with them for 2 hours, they represented to us about the sound economic condition of their group and also gave us a rosy picture of their holiday package. They represented to us that we could cancel our plan any time and get full refund. Subsequently, they asked us to pay 70, 000/- in emi for 24 months for holiday package of 48 nights in any of the 7 star or 5 star hotels listed on their website. They also informed us that the directors - kapil somra, kumar sambhav and vishal kumar rai of the group also comes to above mentioned office and the features of the package has been approved and has been regularly monitored by them.

                    Believing their assurances and representations, i had provided them with our aadhar id’s for booking and they used my card on their portal for booking of rs. 70, 000/-. Soon after the booking a new non-judicial paper was brought in and they insist us to sign the same. We objected and told that the holiday package, which they have just now explained, is not the same and terms and conditions are not accepted as they contradict with what was been told before payment. Deepak kindly elaborate on change terms and conditions. When i had asked for refund of the payment, they dilly dallied the issue on one pretext or the other.

                    Now, i have realized that the above mentioned persons in conspiracy with unknown persons have induced me and my husband in parting away our hard earned money by making false representations and when we asked for refund they have threated us with dire consequences. I request you to take immediate action against the culprits by registering my complaint, as i feel that there is a larger conspiracy involving other unknown persons in the matter.

                        This fraud company is again and again repeating the same thing by mail but at the time of the agreement the sugarcoated sales team mr rafiq and mr abdul assured us that definitely we are going to get two rooms booked but now they are providing on tariff basis this means 80000 for their package and second room on charges again. Don't get influenced by these crooks.

                          At the time of purchasing membership they promised that we will provide luxurious hotels within the range of 6-10k and showed luxious hotels as well, but now when i started using their services i found they looted me. I purchased membership and i have to submit 6000 rs. Every year before using their service. I am using their service i booked hotels about 3 to 4 times and when i check hotel rates online it cost only[protected] and these or normal hotels not so luxurious. There is no use of purchasing there services else book yourself.

                              I am very disappoint with the company and feeling very bad to come again on consumer forum. They are not able to provide me a single hotel booking in last 2 months and every time they come up with new excuse.

                              Once i taken holiday package with this company at that time sales representative said they have all the tourist location covered all over the india.

                              Now i have booked my air ticket and asking to book hotel for guwhati/shillong/cheerapunji then they coming back with the answer we do not have any single location available. Last time also these guys were unable to book my hotel for massori.

                              In this case what should i do for this holiday package when these guys are not able to provide me accommodation for a single time even. I requested them to cancel my membership with immediate effect and return my all money. I have not taken any service with the company till now and when tried these guys always with excuse.

                              I am waiting when they going to return my money and give me confirmation for cancellation of membership

                                I had recently purchased the membership with chis for 5 years worth rs. 87, 000 and this membership turns out to be a nightmare & worst decision of our life. Never ever purchase their membership at any cost!!! (Personal advice)

                                Below are some of the highlights of our membership experience :

                                1. Initially sales team members promote free holiday vouchers in mall premises and asked you to visit them if you need it. Once you visit their offices, trap starts from there as i have also been the victim of the same.

                                2. They will discuss about their best properties although they do not have tie up with a single 5 star properties in most of the cities. Sales guys make verbal commitment of providing best of services with countless promises that fall flat as soon as you purchase the membership and start dealing with customer service. They take their own sweet time in responding to your queries and will keep asking same question time and again for which response is already provided just to pass the time.

                                3. They have so many clauses which will come to know only after purchasing the membership. No transparency with the customers. Big liars!!!

                                4. I was informed that the 5years membership would include a international trip and the. Emi paid is going to be interest free. However nothing was as discussed.

                                5. Infact, most of their tie-up hotels are outside the cities.

                                They are the worst company in travel & leisure industry, customer services and satisfaction is the worst.

                                  I purchased the package in december and i found that what they say and what they provide is completely different. They promised me to provide two rooms but afterwards at the time of booking they say that second room will be provided on tariff basis. They are completely fraud specially their sales team completely sugarcoated. Now when i am asking for refund they are denying it. Sales person mr rafiq fraudster

                                    This is my worst and horrible experience with a country holiday inn & suites/chis (Don’t confuse it with country inn). The sweetness and the kind gesture the sales team will show while selling their membership, you will be bound to fall into their trap and once your card is swipe, they will give you an agreement to sign stating that this is the written commitment of what we discussed showing the amount paid. They will not let you read the other conditions saying that you can read it later.
                                    Following is the description of the incident that i have gone through with “country holidays inn & suites pvt. Ltd, tdi mall, rajouri garden.

                                    I have filled one coupon at raj mandir, rohini, new delhii where the person told me that ‘country inn’ has opened new hotels at few locations including shimla, jaipur, goa etc. And they will provide you 2 nights/3 days stay at their new hotels if your names comes in lucky draw with free pvr movie ticket.
                                    Immediately after 2 hrs i received a call from a boy informing that i won the lucky draw for free vacation along with bookmyshow voucher. I was not willing to go as i don’t trust in these offers, so i denied. But he kept on convincing me that i just have to visit the tdi mall, rajouri garden, rohini. With my wife for collecting the freebies and have to spare a time of 45 minutes so that they could explain the freebies.
                                    I did not go for collecting the same as i was not so interested in these types of offers. But, they kept calling me again and again to collect the gift. I counter questioned them whether there are any terms and conditions to accept the offer which they denied. I then said okay, i will come.

                                    I finally decided to go there on 19th aug, 2018. I reached there and enquired about mohd. Junaid. Then a person shared a form with me asking the entry code to collect the vouchers. I was then asked to attend a presentation about company’s promotion to get the free vouchers. There were few more couples sitting there, thus, out of curiosity, i also agreed for the presentation. A well-dressed person came to me and started introducing himself as “prem kishore”. He then asked that please introduce yourself so that we are comfortable with each other for next half an hour. He then asked you must be having some questions in your mind why any company is providing any free vouchers, which was right at that moment. He then said it’s for your time for promotion of company’s new app “chis”. He then started that you must have heard about country inn and i was also under the impression that it is related to country inn hotels as the name is similar to that only and the text message also mentioned the same. He then asked me about my last vacations and said that he will offer some plan only if it is relevant to you, else you will be provided the voucher without spending further time. He then said that offer would be valid for today only. He then said this is unlike other membership plans where they sell life time plans for 5-10 lakhs rupees. I started losing my interest and said that i am not interested in buying any plan. He then convinced that he is not at all selling any plan to me and started showing some five-star properties (Hotels). He then said what if this hotel will be available to you at 2 star hotel price etc. I said yes it would be a great deal. He then said we have a 10 year membership plan for inr 1, 80, 000 lakhs. I straight away denied the offer since i cannot afford to pay it. They asked me that they will provide some cashback if few digits are appearing on my credit card. (I think they wanted to check whether i am carrying a credit card or not) they brought it down to 1, 35, 000 for 10 years and talked about various emis with many further freebies including 2 weeks of extended nights. They said no company will provide such kind of offer costing less than rs 2, 000 per night for such kind of hotel stay. I completely denied their offer.. They then very politely said that please collect your free voucher before leaving the office. I will take only 5 minutes. Moreover he then said offer can be utilized by you and your family simultaneously means you can go with your family and friends and book two rooms. You need not to pay any charge for extra room booking as the same get deducted from your limit of nights allotted.

                                    Then he casually started talking that what resists you to take the offer so that he can provide feedback to the company. I said it might be useful but it takes time to decide before spending such a huge amount for a middle class like me and i may opt for it if you will provide me one day’s time after exploring about the hotels. He then said it was already informed in the beginning that any offer would be valid for today only and he is not feeling great that we have wasted an hour. He then offered me another plan for 5 years stating that though it is for old age person only, but he will somehow manage for it. He additionally offered me one-night stay at roseat hotel, gurgaon along with free breakfast. He additionally offered me 2 nights with breakfast at either jim corbet or shimla and 2 bonus weeks making a total night of 47 nights at inr 95, 000. I then also denied that i can’t pay such amount at once. I told that i can confirm it over the phone at the later part of day but they forced us into this by saying that this is an exclusive offer for few selected families which would expire the minute we step out from the room. He then said he will arrange emi plan exclusively for me. He showed some of the membership bought recently and said people who bought membership plan 4-5 years ago came and thank them for making an asset. He then said i only have to pay rs 7, 500 per month for such a stay for 5 years. He then showed on calculator that per night stay is costing less than rs 2, 000. I and my wife also seems convincing as the offer was lucrative, then finally inquired about the cancellation part again where they told us that at any point of time we can cancel our membership. I finally fall into their trap and said them okay. He immediately swiped my card for inr rs 78000 from credit card and rs 2000 from my debit card stating that we have offered you discount of interest to be shared by credit card. I immediately got an email with tax invoice for the amount. He then came with an agreement and while signing when i wanted to go through the agreement but they did not allow us to do so saying that “sir, need not worry. It has all the information that we have discussed now and you can read it later showing the membership plan details and freebies only. You need not worry, country inn is not a small brand, you know”. We were happy to get this deal and was waiting for membership details.

                                    I got a confirmation call about the membership followed by an e-mail with login credentials after few days. I then tried login on app to see how it works, but it was not successful. I then tried customer care number for several times but it was not serviceable. Then, i checked google about the company and it seems that it is a scam as the company was registered in december 2016 only. I then related that country inn and country holiday inn & suites are two different companies. There were many such scams mentioned on the internet. I was shocked to realize that a fraud has happened with me and that i have lost my hard-earned money.

                                    Finding so much negative comments about this company, i talked to prem kishore and mohd. Junaid several times on number of issues which will be detailed below. He started changing his commitments made at the time of selling and tried to manipulate me again. Somehow i did not loose hope on chis and asked for my first holiday booking in jaipur against the voucher for lemon tree hotel. At first instance they denied saying that i cannot make the reservation request for lemon tree because we can provide only achrol niwas in jaipur. Thereafter, i tried to book room for darjeeling and gangtok but they denied by saying that we can not provide two room which was previously assured at the time of selling membership. I also shocked to know that i also need to pay amc for the first year to book hotel which was assured to be paid after one year at the time of selling of membership. On which i asked for refund as i totally lost faith in the company. I asked for refund on mail, the reply was “we regret to inform you that the cancellation cannot be processed against the specified reason, as the booking has not been denied.”
                                    I then immediately replied with “i was informed that i can cancel my membership if i am not satisfied. Also, website clearly mentions the same as below:
                                    In case of any valid point of dissatisfaction, the member can cancel their membership within 7 days of availing their first holiday after deducting administration charges, asf and gst.

                                    I, then, read the so-called agreement which mentioned things which were totally opposite to what they said. This is a void agreement which can’t be enforceable as it is one sided agreement which doesn’t gives me any right to cancel.

                                    Thus, this is completely a fraud where you will not get booking of your choice. They don’t have their own hotel as mentioned at the time of booking. They have floated a company whose name is like country inn just to make people fall into their trap easily.

                                    I am enlisting all the false commitments and hidden things below:

                                    1) at the time of sale of membership i was told that you can book hotel as per your choice with in eight location (Delhi, manali, jaipur, jin corbett, shimla, agra, jodhpur, udaipur) through redeem of voucher but at the time of booking hotel in jaipur it was said that you can book only acroll niwas in jaipur. Thereafter, i tried to book hotel in udaipur through redeem of voucher then it was said that you can book hotel at other location like bhopal, delhi etc but not in udaipur.

                                    2) thereafter, i tried to book hotel in darjeeling and gangtok with my family for two room but it was denied by saying that you can book only one room as per agreement but at the time of selling of membership it was said that you can book two room. This happened again at the time of booking in udaipur also.

                                    3) at the time of sale of membership it was said that the amc would be paid after utilizing one year allotted nights but at the time of actual booking of hotel they replied you need to pay amc first before booking of hotel. This is agin example of false commitment and wrong intention
                                    4) at the time of sale of membership it was said that you can book hotel even 7 days prior the date of journey but the reality is miles away. Room is not available even 50 days prior intimation.
                                    Company is cheating with innocent people by showing a very rosy and lucrative picture of the facilities and services offered, but in reality, by misrepresenting and concealing, they are willfully laying a trap by making people at large believe in your false promises and representations and fooling them and extorting their hard earned money.

                                    Please help me to get my money back since this a purely a fraud that has happened to me. I have not availed any service from country holiday till date.

                                      Country holidays inn and suites company is not ready to cancel membership despite my so many requests and follow up. Now there customer relationship manager mr. Rahul arora not taking my call. We take there first holiday on 21st march 2019. And we are not satisfied by hotel services that they provide to us. So we immediately raise a request for cancellation on 22nd march 2019 with list of points that we don't like at hotel. According to there refund policy if customer is not satisfied with his/her first holiday than customers can cancel membership with in one week after taking first holiday. We request them to cancel our membership according to their policy. But country holidays inn and suites are not ready to cancel my membership. It's become a nightmare for me and i am feeling mental harassment. As i am working in public sector bank, and i am unable to focus on my work due above reason. My membership id is chisrg 776221. I have also attached screen shot of cancellation request made by me. Kindly help me out. I want my refund as i don't want to avail any other services.

                                      From Last few days country holidays Inn & suites become non responsive. When I write to consumer forum after that
                                      I received call from Mr Rahul Arora. He told me to mark complaint as resolved.
                                      Why they don't pick up my call from last few days.
                                      If consumer complaints was not there than they will never Called me.

                                      County holidays Inn & suites gives me one extra holiday.
                                      Which is already denied by us.
                                      My wife's birthday was On 22 March 2019.
                                      That's why we booked hotel through country holidays Inn & suites membership.
                                      We give them Rs 65000 in advance.
                                      After taking first holiday we are not satisfied with their services.
                                      We wanted cancellation according to their policy. But they continuesly denied for the same. They are not ready to refund my hard earned money.
                                      They provide off-site hotels where there is no nearby market available so that customers have to eat in hotel restaurant and prices of that in hotel restaurant is very high.
                                      Example simple aloo ka prantha price around Rs 300.
                                      I think they earn commission from hotel.
                                      They earn from both sides from customers as well hotel.
                                      Thanks again to consumer complaints forum.
                                      I will mark complaint resolved when I get my refund in my account.

                                        Hello, my name is seemant rawat. I am from haridwar uttarakhand.
                                        Unfortunately i am also among the many people who have been deceived and looted by chis organisation by showing false fixture and total false commitments.

                                        My chis id is 773905 and i was attended by chis so called sales manager akshit kakkar (From delhi) in feb 18 and given many false commitments such as

                                        1) i only need to pay 55 k initially and will get 14 leaves or 3 years to pay the rest (95 k) and total 6 night for 10 years and 35 bonus nights.
                                        2) i can take 2 rooms easily and even 3 can be get depending upon the availability.
                                        3) if i will not find the service satisfactory i can quit and will get the refund.
                                        4) travel and sight seeing will be provided on giving fuel cost.
                                        Many other commitments done to me.

                                        As i am aware of the working as i ahve been in club mahindra many times we thought 1.5 k is not a bad deal as they offered so much in verbel commitments.

                                        I asked mr akshit that if i will get all in written he said yes and they don't even give you time to think so we have decided to take up and paid 55 k to chis.

                                        After that for my first trip i have paid 8.5 k as afs also.
                                        My first trip with chis was in corbet which was decent but even before my first trip they people have started asking for payment. We found it annoying as they only have given 3 years/ 14 leaves deals which eventually was not ca. Me on contract.
                                        After the first trip they only started giving pressure for payments and even have denied for giving 2 rooms stating the contract and all as all the commitments were fake and not the parts of not shown contract at the time of deal.
                                        I have talked to many people including sales head to customer care head but the reservation and care team kept on feeling us like beggars.

                                        Finally when i have asked for refund and quitting process..

                                        I was told that mr akshit kakkar has given me all wrong information at the time of deal and neither i can quit nor i will get the refund as per policy.

                                        Even will not get 2 rooms anyhow and no more rooms untill full payments

                                        Akshit kakkar was contacted many times
                                        But he is only having sugar coated tougue nothing more than that for us.
                                        In chis nobody cares for customer. Biggest mistake of life

                                        Have bought to have moments but came as spoiler.
                                        I want the money settlement as committed to me but as per contract and over smart policies of chis we found our self disgusted with chis and cheated in every sense.
                                        .

                                        Shameless people and organisation. Will never recommend it to anybody.
